Matt Dominey: Bought a new Road Glide and HD Bill was awesome. He helped show me all the features and had me out on a test ride quickly - the bike sold itself. Pricing was fair and they were able to explain every charge on the sheet, which is better than a lot of dealerships I've been to. I think I was out the door on my new bike about 3hr after walking in, super easy experience.All in all it was a great experience for an even better bike.
Tony Schloss: Upgraded my older Fat Boy to a used Tri-Glide Ultra. The process was smooth as silk, the folks at the dealership knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Tobacco Road H-D has a 24-hour test drive program that I was able to take advantage of, to make sure my wife was comfortable with the trike, before purchasing. Great experience - would def. go back again, and would very much recommend.
Cristian Mendez: I did the riding academy here and the instructors were both top notch! Ashley and Susan were super helpful and everyone in the class was all new riders. To make a long story short I went from knowing nothing, to being on track to buy and ride my first motorcycle! I wasn’t a Harley guy going into it but after the class I see the appeal for why they do it! Thank you guys so much for having a great academy and even better coaches!

Joe Saintomas: Shout out to Tobacco Road HD. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and cannot ride my Harley at this time. I was concerned about getting my bike inspected so I called Tobacco Toad HD and spoke with Service. They came to my house, picked the bike up, took it in and inspected it and then returned it. It was the easiest and most pleasant experience. I cannot recommend their Service Dept. highly enough. Thank you so much for helping me!

Shaneeka Moore: I finally got a little free time out of my busy schedule to gain the knowledge and my motorcycle license the correct way so I was excited to attend Harley Davison Academy. The instructors were great, I met new people….. the first 3 days went by great but the last day it rained! and that’s when my nerves kicked in but I did OK even though I was soak and wet than around 4 o’clock the rain stop but it was puddles of water on the ground and on the last and final test in order to pass I slid in a puddle!! and failed the test!!Yes, I’m giving the Academy 4 stars because I learned a lot but the last day was a safety hazard to me and hopefully in the near future, they will come up with a better plan for when it rains also they told me that I had to retake the whole class and I refuse to pay another $325 and at the same time they made me feel like a complete failure so I refused to show my face again.No Thank You.

Alfredo Titocci: I will try to make this quick. I went to meet a friend there. As i arrived i noticed a bike that caught my attention. One sales man approached me but i was still looking around as i returned to the bike Christopher Wild approach me and said oh you need to hear this bike( good sales man) after speaking with him. I decided to purchase the bike. It was the 2008 bedlam bike that ray price and graybeard distelary designed and made together. The whole team there were easy and great to work with. I need to give a thanks especially to the managers and service team also. After taking the bike the bolts on the sprocket sheared. The team took care of me and that says allot about there character and that they care for an individual. So thank you to all there and i would recommend buying from there.

RKR Vangala: I recently moved my Home and auto insurance to this agent from GEICO.Office staff is very informative about insurance products and options.They ask for some information over the email just to have it on record what info. we gave during policy writing. But in my case the Home insurance details are out of sync with what i gave them in email, they said they will fix it once they inspect the house. Just make sure to go thru your policy to make sure what you gave reflects in the policy.
