Arnold Tijerina: I was in the market for a scooter. Called Sport Durst and interacted with Brandon for a few days over the course of Memorial Day weekend. He was always very pleasant, informative and was empowered to answer questions regarding pricing, etc. I went to the dealership and was able to consummate the transaction effortlessly through his and Quan's efficiency. Parts was great and helped me get a helmet that fit properly. The dealership also delivered the bike to me promptly (same day) and the delivery driver was very nice (I don't remember his name, sorry.) Despite the fact that Brandon didn't offer me lunch (c'mon man, an Arby's burger or something? ;) I still had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy any type of powersports vehicle.

nothing fancy: Call before you go their website will shows things in stock online but they really don't have them in stock salespeople are not very knowledgeable about what they do have in stock
J H: I have an older motorcycle and these guys were the only local shop that offered to tackle it. They fixed my issues and made sure I was able to ride again. Drove from holly springs to this location. Worth the drive. Very happy with the service and will be back for anything else I may need.

Philip Philip: Bought a brand new Can Am. After I got it home I discovered that it had no working tail lights. Tristan Davis the service manager was immediately concerned about the issue surrounding my machine and even offered to come pick it up from my home to get things corrected. Once it was back at the shop the service crew went right to work and corrected the problem. No question about service after the sale at this dealership

Alexander Drotschmann: WATCH OUT FOR 3.5% CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CHARGES!!I like Tristen and his service team a lot and would give them a full 5 star review, but after yesterday's service and not until I got home I noticed they charge and extra 3.5% if you pay with your credit card. They may decide to do so, which I also find decidedly negative, but it's their choice of how they treat customers. The issue I have is that when I paid NOBODY made me aware of that charge. I firmly believe they MUST to inform a customer BEFORE he pays. This is SO not cool Durst Powersports!!
