Dealing with a rare autoimmune disorder is always a pain with any new physician, but this doctor was knowledgeable, and dove in to the details to get me the best care possible.The office staff is always on point, professional and approachable, just an amazing support team! Loretta Moskal: Patient care is excellent. Something difficult to find in the three mega medical providers in the area. Bigger is not better. I got an emergency appt. In 20 minutes. It is nice not to be a number for a change. I thought personal care was gone forever. It still lives at Avance Care.

Shelly Smith: I visited Avance Care today and Jason was the physician. He was OUSTANDING! I previously saw Dr. Lynch at Avance Care but after she left, I did not have a good experience so I changed doctors, but decided to try Avance today and I'm so happy with the service provided. Jason was so patient but most importantly.....he listened. He was very thorough and detailed but also courteous and respectful. We need more doctors like him. He's for sure someone who can set the standard for other doctors to follow. It's not often that you find physician's who are patient, willing to listen without feeling rushed. I'm really appreciative of the service Jason provided today, especially at the end of the day. Thank you!

Tal Klayman: They should change their name to Avance don't care.It took them 8 hours to call me back to figure out if I need to go to the ER or not.They just make me come all the way to the clinic to cancel appointment while I can't walk and having a surgery in two days.They are really good in pretending to care about their patients.
John Marshall: My care has been OK, but my wife’s hasn’t. We changed insurance providers, they billed our old plan, put us into collections and refused my wife care when she needed to be seen. When you call, you’re talking to a machine. Certified letter from us pointing out their mistake went unanswered.Not too good.

The staff is awesome & genuinely made me feel at home right away. I see Alexandra Fitzgerald & highly highly recommend her. Their comprehensive care has been excellent. They offer other services through them as well which a patient can take advantage of any time if needed. Do not hesitate to call. I’m an honest reviewer and wouldn’t give 5 stars if I didn’t mean it.

Randy Monchick: Was able to get an appt here because my long term primary care physician, Dr. Elizabeth Vandergriff (who's practice was recently bought by Avance Care) had no openings for a same day appt. This Avance Care had a couple of openings and Viola! What a great experience throughout..and it is only 1/2 mile from my house!
