Moons Channel: A little disappointed that I was told over the phone that they would match a price a battery I needed immediately only to find out after arriving to the store I needed to bring proof I found the price lower somewhere else I wasn't told over the phone I needed to do and find it a little disheartening that they couldn't take my word for it.

Betsy Currie: Today I brought in my key fob to get a battery and have them change it. I already knew it might be hard because I had issues and could not fix it. The manager, a nice lady was so patient and kind and really tried to help. She had her assistant take over while she helped another customer. The assistant was able to get it fixed with a little patience of his own too. I am so thankful to them. This was not an easy battery change as most fobs are easy to change out a battery. Great team work there at that store!

Everyone I interacted with both trips I made there and one conversation on phone was pleasant and I left store feeling great with my car fixed.

Robert Sexton: I stopped to get wiper blades for my mercedes. The guy helping me said they could be tricky to install. So he looked up a YouTube video to show me how to do it. It was raining outside so he followed me outside to help me install them. You can get auto parts at a lot of places, but not service like I got today at this store. If you need parts but need some help then try this store out.

The staff here are pleasant, empathetic, and professional and give each customer attention in the order we entered the store.Michael and Gilberto are the best.I came in for a battery test. I noticed my radio intermittently flashing, knowing the electronics ran off the battery. Gilberto did a great job educating me on how to avoid my battery losing charge and the purpose of the battery test, and what the results mean. I felt so much more confident knowing that I had received feedback from these guys.

This shop will definitely be my go-to before any other auto store or even mechanic. A mechanic would have charged me $150.00 to do what the assistant manager helped me fix.

We decided to let the r car sit for awhile with the hood open so it could cool down. Afterwards Andrew was right there with coolant and really to roll. Thomas Quinn: I received great service today! I went to this store to have the batteries tested on my F-250 Super Duty Diesel pick up. I was told by competing auto part store that the batteries were bad and needed to be replaced. But not just a replacement but a significant upgrade in model and in price. After the gentleman at O'Reilly's ran the test he confirmed that the batteries were fine and now replacement or upgrade was needed. I appreciate the honesty I received.
