We provide occupational and speech therapy services in Raleigh, Cary, Durham & the Triangle area of North Carolina. our team has been instrumental in the rapidly growing field of speech and occupational therapy by educating the public, as well as medical residents across the Duke & UNC systems. We present our workshops in North Carolina, the United States, and internationally. He has learned to really stop and look at the world and how he effects the people around him. He has been able to do lots of social interaction work and play. It has been wonderful having him be able to play with his siblings with the OT slowing things down. He has worked with a few therapists (when his primary therapist is on vacation or he has a last minute schedule change) they have all been easy to work with and talk to. We communicate via email to discuss ongoing issues throughout the week. The people working the desk are very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this OT office to anyone whose child needs OT. Wonderful place to play and learn.

I Nesbeth: The do double up on appointments so the kids can work on cooperation and manners. I beg my mom to go. It's the funniest place in the world. I learned how to ride my bike and use proper motor skills
Mark Varney: Horrible billing practices, we have been over billed, double billed and harassed by this place. Their focus is completely on how much money they can shake out of you and not on providing a valuable service. They were completely ineffective with helping my son. My 8 year old hated going here! If it was possible to rate less than one star we would. Often times they double booked their therapist so my son would have to sit and wait while they worked with another child, yet we were being billed by the hour. We strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you love throwing your money away, then this may be the right place for you.

Ashley Reffit: Highly recommend Emerge. Top quality facility, staff team, and services. My son worked with Megan Church for 2 years and I can't praise her enough. She made sessions engaging, fun, and tailored to his personality as she went above his goals and expectations in reading and writing. He made tremendous growth and she fostered an interest in writing and excitement to read where both of these had been a battle. We drove 45 minutes each way for her services and it was worth the time and gas! She has a gift for working with children and is a blessing. Highly recommend!
Courtney Wegman: We came here suspecting that my son had a developmental delay but we were unsure why, or how to help him. In walks Clara. She is seriously the best. We got answers almost immediately and we received the help that we were looking for plus strategies on what to do to encourage him at home. She is also so sweet and is absolutely fantastic with my little guy. He improved soooo much during his time with her and honestly if we hadn’t moved states we would be coming here forever. Clara is experienced, professional, devoted and such an awesome person. We owe her a huge debt of gratitude and wish that she would just move to FL so that we didn’t have to find another PT!!

Megan has an extraordinary way of seeing and bringing out the best in the kids. She exudes passion for helping the children tap into their best selves while honoring where they currently are. Lisa Woodbridge: My son, who has autism and is 16 hasn't needed therapies in a while. During the pandemic I noticed a few issues that developed or regressed. Our old therapy place was no longer in business so I made an appointment for my son at Emerge. Ann, PT, Clara PT and Megan OT were wonderful with Ryan. Although he is older than the average pediatric patient at Emerge, they were able to connect with him and develop a program tailored to his needs. Easy check in and responsive to emails and texts.
