Durham County Register of Deeds: what do users think?
Ronald Baxter: Easy. Getting used to the building. Convenient yet empty. Lots of services at your finger tips.
Ashley Batten: Not much of a wait at 930 am. I was in and out very quickly! I was able to generate what I needed myself by using the kiosk and Mrs. Washington helped me finalize my paperwork kindly and efficiently!
Kira Canady: I just have to write a review to thank Mrs.Sharon Davis she put herself in my shoes and helped me get a resolution to a problem that was out of my hands. You are the best at what you do and I’m glad good people still exist like her.
jacob martinelli: i needed documentation filed and, unlike vitalchek, bam - done. understanding call agent, check. makes me miss the south.
Betty Barnes: They answered all of my questions. I left being a happy person with knowledge.
Dr Savai Smith: My experience today was less than stellar. To start, I called before going. There was no mention of the entire office shutting down for lunch. I didn't know places of business continued doing this. Usually one will go, while the others cover, so business continues - but that's too efficient - lets shut it down completely so citizens will have to waste time waiting on them!!! Then, you wait in line only to be told you must go to a computer room to complete your request. The manner in which the questions are posed leave it to interpretation, not clear at all; which led to the birth certificate I requested for someone else, being printed for myself, by the Hispanic employee. Fortunately, I realized it before getting on the elevator. However, she left her workspace, so a black woman (Washington) assisted me. I explained to her the error. She advised me to complete the paper form instead of returning to the computer. I asked her a question to get clarity so the same error wouldn't be repeated. She replied with a sarcastic response. smh......then, to top it all off, I had to pay for the incorrect certificate and the correct certificate......HORRIBLE experience!!!!
Liberty of America: Very rede and unprofessional, sounds very unqualified as well. You can only behave like this when you have no accountability or worry about loosing your job. No decency at all. Waste of my tax money. And will corona restriction ever go away?
Terra McGhee: The employees are rude when asking a simple question. It's no need to get smart or be rude. You chose to work in customer service. If you aren't feeling customer service friendly when a simple question is asked for understanding then maybe you are in the wrong line of work.
Susan Fields: Typical government employees they don't want to help customers. They just want to hurry up and get rid of you. I guess they have something else to do besides their job.
Rendon Foy (Rendon): I have had several pleasant and professional interactions with this office. I just got off the phone with April, who went above and beyond in offering me assistance. Thanks!
Saga Bram: The whole government system and office needed to fixed.
Debby Cole: Very helpful and hardworking employees. Thank you April for the help and some great laughs!
Joel Silverio: Is fast service
Kenneth Bullock: Hard working ladies, alway friendly.
Khalid Jamil: Fast service.
Howard Thirtle: Only mildly more helpful than the Raleigh ROD. No notification of receipt of application. Two weeks wait to receive mailed certified copies. Getting my marriage recorded & copies was a painful process.
Chad: Have to love short lines in a small town. Enter the right most front door and head downstairs, first door on your right.
Kristi M Nobers: Thanks to the Register of Deeds office for the quick turn around sending me a copy of my birth certificate. I mailed my request in on Monday, and have it in my hands today (Thursday).
