It is what it is: NEVER again will I use this or any other jiffy lube location. They overcharge for services that they do not even do, they do not give a receipt for services paid for. Galen Boerema: My 17 year old daughter went here and asked for a standard oil change, was hit with a $130 synthetic oil change she did not ask for on the basis that they "misunderstood" her order and that this was their "recommended" oil change - after the fact, of course. No surprise that the misunderstanding resulted in an oil change that cost twice as much. The exact same thing happened to me at a Jiffy Lube off of Glenwood earlier this month, so maybe a new "policy" is in place. Anyway, I'd steer clear of Jiffy Lube in general and this one in particular and go to a more reputable mechanic, or if you do go here, be sure to get the technician taking the order to put the order in writing and show it to you on the front end. I guess $75 extra for my daughter to learn something about ethics in low end oil change business models is relatively cheap tuition.

I ran into the Jiffy lube on High House Road in Cary NC. THE GUY THERE WAS AWESOME. HE QUICKLY TOOK MY CAR IN LOOKED AT IT DETERMINED THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH OLD IN IT AND TOPPED OFF. The gentleman could have not been nicer. He could have easily not helped me. They did not create the problem. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I’ll go there now forever. My neighbors who had been on a plane for 15 hours also thanks you. THANKS.

Dale Broadbent: The facility itself (customer side) is pretty dirty but the staff is courteous, competent, and quick. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes for my state inspection - awesome! Can't beat it for convenience and service!

Claudia Prieto: Got an oil change not long ago. I live about 4 hours away from this shop and called to request my maintenance record as my car is currently in the shop and the shop requested it. I asked if there was any way for them to email, fax, or even just send me pictures of my report and they said no there’s no way for me to get it unless I physically go pick it up. I find that extremely hard to believe that they cannot just even take a picture of the report when I don’t have a car and live 4 hours away. This is honestly ridiculous and such bad customer service on their end.
Curtis: I worked at this Jiffy Lube a few months ago and it was ok besides a few of my coworkers I worked with(Drama Kings) but not only that I'm still waiting on my last paycheck to get mailed to me and it's been at least 3 months!

The other 2 in the office said I could not get the engine flush because they were switching management and the new pricing guide for everything has not come. Alicia Allen: I’ve been coming to this particular location for the last 3 years. I bring all 3 vehicles to this location to get serviced. Customer service skills isn’t the best but the location is convenient from where I work. Alicia is usually there with a pleasant attitude and great customer service skills. Today I went to this location for a oil change I pulled up around 5:25 it told a few minutes for someone to walk up and ask what services I needed done. I told the guy I needed a simple oil change nothing else today he said that they can’t do it because they are short staffed. There was 3 people working from what I saw one car in front of me they just pulled to the bay and second car in the bay that they’ve already started working on. I asked to speak to the manager his name was Pablo or something of that sort he was rude when I asked for his name. I understand everyone being short staffed but the attitude is not needed and I was willing to wait for the service to be done.This experience was the last straw I will NEVER come to this location ever again! I rather give someone else my hard earned money who knows how to treat loyal customers.

But overall the workers there were bickering with one another and generally just not working. There were lots of employees but little business when I was there so maybe they didn’t have work to do. No professionalism at all and I will never get my oil changed at this location as it doesn’t appear they know what they are doing. I was honestly a little afraid to get out of my car for the way they were talking to one another. Poorly managed. They didn’t talk to me like that but were very unprofessional while I was there.

Robert (pretty sure that was his name) looked at it and said that my brake fluid was completely fine. They told me I had 5 nails in my tire! 5 nails on the side of the highway all landing on the same tire? Not Believable!! I was forced to buy a new tire rather than patch it. Fast forward a year. My dad gets a flat. He goes to this place. His tire couldn't be patched either. Dishonest! Dishonest! Dishonest!

T Austin: I've been a customer of this Firestone store for several years. Over the past few months particularly, they have gone above and beyond my expectations on three separate occasions, each time treating me with honesty and genuine concern for my situation. Instead of upselling me, they've saved me close to $200. Other maintenance shops seem to look for ways to minimize the savings as a result of warranty work. Rance, the Service Advisor I've been working with, has gone out of his way to find any possible savings. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I got my flat tire repaired by him around 7:30pm because all of his employees had already left the store because it closes at 5pm. He promised that he would deliver the car today and he did it. He was very nice and professional, he gave me the quote for installing (labor) and balancing new rims (I brought them) on my current tires. I couldn't believe when he said about $50 (all four, plus taxes and NC fees). Other places, like Chapel Hill tire, not too far from Firestone, asked me $267! I arrived to the appointment about 15' earlier, Rance helped me, super nice guy, always smiling and listening (same with the other customers), even it was a Saturday, the process was very fast and again, I'm still surprised by the price, the total was $64 (my new rims didn't have the valves) and the place and staff are top of the line. My tires are still good, but I'm sure I'll return to buy new tires when I need them.Service:Tires
Dr. Tim Swank: We have a small RV needing tire replacement. Service has been an issue for us in the past as many shops are reluctant to put the vehicle on a lift.Artie, the Service Manager at Firestone, had a different attitude. He said, "whatever we need to do, we'll make it work". He and his team quickly went to work and put on our new tires, using a floor jack, instead of a lift. This was my first time seeking a place to have some car maintenance done and I was pleasantly surprised! I needed to have a wheel alignment done ASAP so I came in early morning on Friday right as they opened at 7 AM and I was greeted in a welcoming manner by Carlos. He explained that my car's service may take a while due to less staff being there during the holiday and because I was a walk-in. However, my car got serviced and was in perfect condition in less than 2 hours!Before I left my car, Carlos was very thorough in explaining what would be done to my car and how much it would cost. He also provided further advice on future services that may be needed. My boyfriend tagged along with me and he was impressed at the great service provided by Carlos. Overall, I will definitely come back and recommend the Cary Firestone Shop to others based on the excellent service provided by Carlos!

Andrew Buchan: I have gone there time to time. Generally ok. Till today. Went in for an oil change. Got called up to pay the blew through the list of charges, but I did catch a 15.99 charge. I said what was that charge for 15.99?..uh...battery terminal cleaning...yeah I didn't ask for that... gave me a discount that mostly covered it. But got home and I can see they did something but it was a terrible job. Will NOT be going back there again. Now I am going to check my oil levels when I get and make sure they did that.

Nicole Christensen: I just want to give a shout out to Alex at Fast Lube Plus on Kildaire and Penny Rd in Cary. Backstory, they made me replace my wiper blades there a few weeks ago during my inspection. As I was driving in the rain today, one of those blades came loose and became stuck making it impossible to use my wipers in the rain. A little nerve wracking, but I made it there safely. Alex came right over to see what he could help with. Not only did he get the blade dislodged, but then he replaced both wipers with a premium version for free and made sure all was working properly before I drove off. I was so relived that he made this so easy for me to deal with. I never even had to pull into the service bay! I always appreciate excellent customer service so wanted to give them their props. I have been coming here since 2004, and will continue to do so.
