Appointments are easily made online, and I loved being able to text the office. All the forms were filled out easily online too. Dr. Ma was great. Everything was clean and high tech, which made the exam go quickly and smoothly. Choosing a new pair of frames was a breeze, because Karim listened to what I was looking for and brought me some great choices! I loved not having to go through the whole wall of frames “blind”. He was also so knowledgeable about the different options and ways to care for the lenses. Could not have been more pleased with my initial visit, and the rest of my family will also be using them.

I dealt with 4 different staff members, and each was through, incredibly friendly, and I felt like I mattered. 100% recommend them for your eye care needs. (I'll note, I didn't interact with glasses fitting staff, as I was there for contacts, but it appeared they had a great selection and helpful staff there as well.)

hayoon kim: My little sister (who is Korean with monolids) had an appointment there and the lady there was being racist. This lady kept asking her to open her eyes wider and my sister was opening them as wide as she could to the point her eyes were watering.“Put a note for next time to pry her eyes open.”No matter how important it was to get her eyes wide open, she never should have said that, especially in that tone.I am greatly disappointed in having to hear my sister’s experience. Please train your employees to have some more respect and to be kinder. My sister was crying because of the racism she experienced.

Joseph Buono: Be very careful before doing business with this practice. They force you to reveal all you personal data including pictures of your drivers license, medical cards and Social Security information before you can even decide they are worthy of your business! Then if you decide not to utilize their services they refuse to destroy your personal information and you have to rely on an unkown entity to protect it. They now as in my case own my data for life without even providing a service! It has been a frustrating and idiotic experience just trying to schedule an appointment. They sent me an 11-page document that flowed like an obstacle course full of boulders. At different times it asked to upload 3 different documents and manually filling out the same information on the documents that was already on the card! There were pages of legalese that suggested they may want to post your information on social media and with law enforcement! When I called, they were much less sympathetic and just said either complete it now or spend an hour when you get here! I would never recommend such a practice to anyone!
