Tom Finigan: I have only recently started seeing an optometrist and Dr. Norville came highly recommended by neighbors and colleagues. I really enjoyed my experience at her office. Her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Norville is patient and explains her processes well. Making an appointment is super easy and they value client relationships.

Timothy Conley: Set an appointment Wednesday 6/14 explaining the urgency of the visit. They set the appointment for Friday 6/16. Then I was called 20 minutes before my appointment for them to cancel my appointment and now I can’t get an appointment anywhere else on short notice. Thanks guys. Very professional.

Camille Kauer: Loved the optometrist but I’ll never go back as long as Cameron is there. She was beyond rude. Treated me like I was stealing for asking for the PD measurement in case we wanted to shop online, since they had very limited glasses for teens. When we decided to buy from them, she then let me know I had to drive back with my daughter perform “extra measurements” basically the PD, the same PD she originally told me was an additional $25 fee above the other fees they don’t tell you about until afterwards. Insurance covers dilation but they use a machine that’s an additional fee but didn’t disclose until afterwards. It’s an optical store with a doctor. Don’t be fooled Cameron doesn’t want to help, she just wants you to buy. When they were at the Target location it was 1000x better. They cared about their clients and gave great customer service. They actually helped you decide on frames, gave suggestions, and they had a lot more fun variety. They’ve curated a collection of boring and basic frames. I’m glad their true colors are now out, so I can find a better option that’s a lot closer. I made three trips just to order glasses, which is absurd! Especially with their hours that aren’t accommodating to students and working families. Again Dr. Norville was awesome but who she hires and how they interact with customers is a direct reflection on her and her business. Find a friendlier optical shop, you’ll be a lot happier.They didn’t contact me unlike the what stated below. (04.28.23).
Sarah Hurley: Dr. Norville was very kind, patient, and asked a lot of questions to truly understand my eye concerns. Everyone working in the office was super nice and it was a great experience all around.
M L: Normally do not write reviews but, I had an appointment with Dr Norville as this is one of the few places that accepts my insurance. I arrived there on time and waited awhile to see the doctor considering I was the first appointment of the day. I had a feeling she wasn't even in yet and this was confirmed after my appointment when my SO told me after that they had seen her run in 20 minutes after I had gone in. Additionally, the front desk was in and out ordering starbucks and breakfast instead of taking care of patients imo. The appointment was fine but personally felt she kept telling me what to do instead of listening to what I had to say. After I saw the dr and tried to sort out my insurance, that's when it really went downhill. She came out and started yelling at me about my insurance in the public area when I repeatedly (calmly) tried to tell her that this was not an issue at other drs offices. It was very unprofessional experience overall and I will now have to look for somewhere else to go.

The doctor came highly recommended to me and both her and the staff were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and very timely. The staff worked with me to find new glasses that didn't break the bank and they accept our insurance. I'm so glad to have now found this wonderful office. Only point for constructive criticism concerns the use of the word "dear." I was called "dear" by every person I encountered, no less than 20 times total. Note that "Dear Abby" states that many women "consider being called “Dear” by a stranger to be overly familiar or even condescending. (Other titles to avoid would be “Honey” and “Young Lady,” if the woman appears to be past the age of 30.) Be safe — and respectful — by addressing them as Miss or Mrs." Great advice from an expert in such things.

Laura F: I’ve had glasses my whole life but once I got some real help with exercises and the expertise here I really saw the potential for progress. Sadly I moved away and went to a new place that just held me at one level not trying to make it better and my eyes got worse instead of better. I think I might try to go back here and see what can be done so far the 3 other Doctors have been no help.
Sherry FitzGibbon: Dr. Mackowsky treated me after TBI injury in car accident. Bottom line she gave me back my life. I had a year of vertigo until Dr. Mackowsky did rehabilitation therapy and gave me back the balance I had lost. She's so informative and has a terrific personality! Explains everything so you can understand what's going on during treatment.
