I was shown a cervical X-ray of a patient with the patient's name present on the X-ray (not sure why I was shown this in the first place) and Dr. Bannard proceeded to tell me how this patient attempted suicide, etc. Clear HIPAA violation. Was also told my IBS is autoimmune which it is not... Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Janet Constantino, CEO of Corporate Massage Kneads: I would hesitate for any care at this location.Yesterday was my second visit for acupuncture and it will be my LAST.After waiting 15 minutes to see Dr Banner, I was taken to the back room for my treatment.After 30+ minutes, I was checked on to see If I required anything as all needles were in place. All set at that point.Following that, I made three attempts to be checked in through the intercom. No response.Unattended in that tiny back room for almost 50 + minutes with no follow up from Dr Banner, I had no choice but to take all needles out myself from scalp, face, midsection, arms and feet which was probably at least 15 in total.No inquiry or notice upon leaving from the front desk.Dr Banner left a message asking about my appt.I returned the call on Tuesday with the details posted here.Dr. Banner did call back on Thursday morning after treatment and was horrified with the details. I guess the intercom was not operational although checked each morning.All was fine as it was a result of the perfect storm.
