Wake E.N.T. Specialists: what do users think?
Karen Powell: Provider was very professional. Seen Quickly after checking in.
Tanya Charron: I received great service. Everyone was helpful and informative. I was treated with respect and the service was great. I have nothing to complain about.
Tom DeVane: Gupta did not wear gloves during the exam where he touched my face and I did not see him wash his hands before either. He also had morning breath when he was right next to my face with no mask.I've never cared about people wearing masks during the pandemic, but c'mon man wearing gloves when you touch someone's face is a must nowadays and you need to maintain better personal hygiene if you are a doctor for Christs sake. Also, they insisted I have a head scan that cost me $200 just so they could tell me something I already knew going in (I have a severely deviated septum), and the young girl nurse with short hair and tattoos all over her hands got an attitude about it.I WOULD NOT let this guy operate on me and neither should you.
Joscar Manon: Great service from beginning to end. Very good and knowledgeable Doctor and staff!
Dhiren Shah: Very efficient and very cooperative, knowledgeable staff.
Tyler Miller: . Fantastic. My bad days would start from the moment I woke up, usually identified by a short series of sneezes, and would knock me out throughout the day, ultimately ending by eliminating my ability to breathe through my nose causing me to breath through my mouth all night. My symptoms would lead to a severe lack in focus, a grumpy attitude, extreme lethargy, painfully chapped lips(that lasted days
chris patterson: I'm finally getting the care I need thanks to Wake E.N.T Specialists.
Katharina Blount: Wake E.N.T. is a professional organization with caring staff. I left my appointment feeling I have the best care possible. I highly recommend Wake ENT.
Kimberly Ebron: I had my first visit today, the staff was so polite from Scott (receptionist) to the audiologist to down to the Dr. It was a great experience. I felt like they truly cared. My problem may not be fixed in one day, but knowing that its a start that there are others to help me try to figure this thing out is one thing I’m grateful for. In a nutshell, guys please continue the excellent work. There is no i in team and y’all proved that today! Thank ALL
Mark Williams: Was not told until end of appointment that Dr. Gupta was not doing surgeries due to health issues. Now referred to another ENT and journey begins again.
Ricky Boyce: Great appointment and great service
WM McArthur: They were great in the office however, every time I call no one answers. I leave voicemails that were never returned. My daughter needed tubes in November still haven't talked to the surgical coordinator to schedule that after multiple messaged left. Also, I was told my insurance didn't cover tubes because it was experimental, but when I called my insurance myself they said everything would be covered at 100%.
Maria CALABRETTA: Everyone has been super nice & friendly! Jackie knows her stuff!
Katy H: Excellent care. Very good staff. So glad I found them.
Eleanor Myer: I highly recommend Wake ENT Specialists. All the staff at Wake ENT was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and had genuine concern for the dizziness issues I was experiencing. They did not rush my appointment and really went above and beyond to help me find what the root issue was. Though all my examination and test results came back normal, they still knew I was suffering and referred me to a local vestibular therapy specialst immediately, and I was able to get seen quickly. I am beginning to do better already. If it wasn’t for Wake ENTs sincere care and concern for me, their advocation for me, I would likely still be bed ridden today. But now, I can sit outside again in the sunshine, all within a few days time.
Jeff Gabriele: Do not use Wake ENT! They have canceled my follow up appointment 4 times over the last month and half. Their appointment rescheduling process is a complete nightmare. No one answers their appointment line, it plays hold music for ~ 3 minutes and then drops you into a voicemail, which they sometimes respond to. Then they cancel your appointment and the process starts all over again.
Bill Taylor: The entire visit was productive and pleasant but I would like to recognize one person in particular. Kayla took my vitals, reviewed my medical history and prescriptions. I have RARELY had a medical professional do such a thorough job in tracking my medical records and history. I even commented on this during the encounter.👍👍👍 Kayla 👍👍👍
Suresh Babu Koyi: Had a great treatment.
nihar Shah: Dr Gupta and his staff is subject matter experts and treated my conditions throughly and fixed from root causeDefinitely recommend for ENT related problems
Tim Flannery: I was very impressed with all the staff and their attitude towards helping me with my sinus related issues. I look forward to follow up visits.
Ninfa Maria Villanueva: I’ve seen Dr. Gupta for a few years. He is professional, very knowledgeable, warm and empathetic. Highly recommend

John A. Garside, MD: what do users think?
April Burden: I've always had some congestion and allergy season is a nightmare. My pulmonologist referred me to Dr. Garside to see if it could be resolved. He determined that I had larger turbinates and reducing them would help with my congestion and breathing. I had the surgery a week ago and am already blown away by the difference. I can comfortably breath through my nose!He has a very pleasant and patient personality and I am so glad he did my surgery. All the nurses at the surgery center only had great things to say about him and they were definitely right. I would definitely recommend him if you need an ENT doctor.
Mohammad Awad: I saw him today he did excellent job and he is the best ear doctor I ever saw in my life and I need to him and thanks everyone works there
MO: My 5 year old was always congested, breathed through her mouth, snored and it took weeks to get over a cold. After 2 consultations, we decided to get the adenoids removed. This was the best decision ever. Immediately after the surgery, we noticed the difference. All the above stopped and when she gets a cold, it resolves in a couple of days.
Pamela Dampier: Best ENT ever!
Gatlin Ives: Dr. Garside and the staff at REX ENT are spectacular. Dr. Garside preformed a Tonsillectomy on me, my first surgery so I was nervous and anxious, but he made the whole process comfortable and easy. Bedside manner is great, very personable and knowledgable. Explains what's going on and is honest about all options. Recommending him to family and friends who need an ENT.Update 5/2022- Dr. Garside preformed my second surgery, this time on my sinuses. Again, I went into it without any extra anxiety or worry. He told me exactly what I could expect and I felt very prepared. Hopefully I’m all set and don’t need anymore ENT surgeries or services, but if I do, there’s nobody I’d trust more than Dr. Garside.
Bibhuti Bagha: He is one of the best Doctors that we have seen!Thank you so much, Dr. Garside, for all you do!
Scott Griffis: I wish more doctors were like him. He's got enough common sense within him that he can speak on your level and then just a touch of geek so you think he knows what he's doing. If I ever need ENT treatment again, he will be my first call!
Noah Asbill: He is patient, caring, and did a fantastic job with my son's ear tubes. I highly recommend using Dr. Garside.
Shannon Kurtz: This review is 7 years overdue. I took my middle school aged son to Dr. Garside after being told by Pediatricians over the years that my son's abundance of colds and sore throats was just viral and nothing could be done. Dr. Garside listened to my concerns, evaluated my son's history and took the appropriate measures to monitor his health. Ultimately, he removed his tonsils and my son has rarely had a cold/sore throat since. Doctor's like Dr. Garside are hard to find. I am still very thankful!
Ashley Pilkington: A lady who had a procedure done by Dr. Garside told my Dad how wonderful he was. I could not breathe. Dr. Garside performed a turbinate reduction surgery on me 10 years ago. It was my first surgery so I was nervous of course. His bedside manner is wonderful. My procedure went great and for the first time in years I could breathe. Will go back to him if I ever need anything again.
Lisbeth Infante: Great Experience
Kristen Podger: There are not enough positive things I can say about Dr. Garside (and his entire office). When our 4 year old needed his tonsils and adenoids removed Dr John made us feel very comfortable about the entire process, answered all of our questions, and really connected with our son so it was not a scary thing for him. Our son still asks to go to see Dr. John and have popsicles with him for breakfast! I highly recommend him for all of your ENT needs!
Jim Murphy: Septoplasty and turbinate reduction. 4 weeks post-operative and OMG! Wish I had done this 30 years ago. Thanks to a great Doctor, I can breathe again
Jeff King: Performed surgery on my deviated septum and I can now sleep at night! Great, friendly doctor.
Brittany Ferralez: The best bed side manner I have ever experienced with a doctor. I am happy we found him.
Karen D.: I have seen Dr. Garside when needed for the past 8 years - awesome care.
Farkhod Azimov: He is professional and performs well
Jason Collins: I had my tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Garside. I would recommend him to anyone. Very friendly, great staff.
Brad Carey: Dr. Garside and his staff have performed two surgeries on our family. Both experiences have been great, from diagnosis, to surgery, to follow-up/post-op. He has operated on a friend too with good result. Keep Dr. Garside on your short list for ENT care.
S N: Dr. "G" and his staff are great. Everyone, including the front desk staff, really want to ensure you have all the info you need and Dr. G knows his stuff--doesn't push you into anything, but gives you the info you need to make a decision on your clinical care and outcome.
Sara Coats: Dr. Garside and his nursing staff are fantastic! His bedside manner is comforting and the nursing staff is genuine. **As a bonus, I also had a very little wait time.

REX Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists: what do users think?
Frank Page: This is a difficult review to write. On one hand, Dr. Garside is absolutely wonderful. Attentive, considerate, brilliant and personable. On the other hand, the front desk staff is the complete opposite. Rude, unhelpful and completely inept. I would imagine it's incredibly frustrating for providers who want to help their patients to know those patients must first navigate through a phone system manned by folks who simply aren't up to the task. They might be the best example of why robots SHOULD take human jobs. The fault lies squarely with those charged with hiring/training staff. Pay more so you get better employees (Lord knows y'all make enough money to reinvest it in talent) or spend some time training them on basic phone etiquette. Because what you are doing right now isn't working. So, 2 out of five if you figure Dr. Garside is a 5 and the people you have to talk to first are a 1 on their best day.
Ramkumar Kathirvel: They are charging mor for doing nothing and not helping... Not at all good... dont go there.
M c: Checkin staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, & unhelpful. I walked out almost as fast as I walked in. I don’t do business where my business is not valued. If that’s the treatment I get as soon as I walk in, I can imagine what the treatment is when I get treated or after. Good luck with your business.
Nicole Anamarie: All I can say is wow!! What an amazing ENT. I have been to so many doctors for my ears and none of them have treated me as great as Dr. Richard Mack Jones did. He approached my mother and I with such care and was so gentle. Definitely recommend him 100/10!!
Sameh Toma: Richard Jones is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable.
Rosalind Ellwood: Made appt w/Dr for ear pain. Upon arrival stated to receptionist that I did NOT want to be seen by non Covid vaccinated persons. Didn’t ask if they were vaccinated, simply stated that I didn’t want to be in a room w/unvaccinated person.receptionist immediately became hostile & said I was violating her HIPPA rights!!!Attempted to explain that I was it asking her to divulge anything, simply that I didn’t want to be in exam room w/unvaccinated person. This is what I’ve read is the proper way to get around outright asking vaccination status. Didn’t help, she remained unreasonable insisting that I was violating her. Next asked if she could please ask the Dr if they would answer this question. Assumed that if there was a refusal by Dr they’d be unvaccinated. Receptionist still refused, saying she was being violated. Clearly a hopeless, losing battle to pursue. So I left never to return. Glad I did too!
Amanda Zonta: We got squeezed in last minute after the pediatrician couldn't remove the bead stuck in my 3 year olds nose. We were seen promptly, Dr. Garside and his staff were excellent with my willful little guy and everyone went home happy.
jason caron: My 4.5 yr old little girl had enlarged tonsils and adenoids that we greatly affecting her sleep. We selected Dr Garside, aside from his credentials and experience, because of the way he engaged with my little girl. Regardless that it was a routine procedure for him he took the time to answer questions and make her smile and feel comfortable. He was this way during both consultations and pre-op. The nurses at the outpatient facility were fantastic. So glad she is healing up well. No more snoring, night and day difference with sleeping and she is eating more :)
Renee Scaggs: For anybody who cares about not increasing their risk of Coronavirus, don't go here. 3 of the people who work here were not wearing masks at all.UPDATE: They responded to my email and took my concerns seriously. They're investigating what happened and are doing what they can to stop the spread.
Natalie Nolan: My daughter saw Dr. Garside for suspected enlarged adenoids. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks. He was extremely kind and worked well with my anxious 4 year old. We were able to lay back in the chair with her laying on top of me for him to do the exam. We were sent to have x-rays done and we were told she had significant blockage of the adenoids. She was put on an antibiotic and within a few days all her symptoms cleared up and we are thrilled with the care she has received!
Karimah Muhammad: My appointment went well both times with my doctor but scheduling my surgery was a nightmare. I had no real information on what to expect before and after surgery. No one answered the phone to asnwer any of my questions. Three days befors my surgery I am called to register and told the price of my surgery. Which i was not financially ready to pay. I would have been happy to know the information sooner. When i tried to reschedule and it was so impossible to get in touch with the manager. I left many messages. They sent me all over calling nurses and such with no one answering the phones. I feel uneasy going in to surgery with no real information. I will be going elsewhere.
Charles Fiero: Not so great for hearing aids. Expensive and then no support unless you wait for 10 days or more for them to book you in to get the expensive hearing aid looked at for repair
Libby Bean: I had a positive experience during my initial appointment with Dr. Garside. I feel like he heard and understood my concerns and answered my questions about getting a tonsillectomy to address issues I've been experiencing due my enlarged tonsils.I give 1 star to this practice because I've called their practice manager 4 times since my appointment on Nov 26, and still have yet to connect with her about scheduling a tonsillectomy. I cannot reach her live, and I've left 4 messages asking to be contacted that have not been followed up on. I understand people maybe traveling during December, but I feel like this is completely unacceptable from a healthcare provider. At this rate, I've lost confidence in this practice and have asked my PCP for a referral to another. I would advise anyone else seeking surgery to do the same.
Angelica G.: Dr. Garside is absolutely wonderful with my very curious toddler. I can't speak for others writing reviews but he is excellent with my son and the feeling is mutual . He is thoroughly efficient and makes us comfortable. So grateful that we are under his care.
crystal ragan: We have been taking our son to this office for 3 1/2 years and Dr. Garside is wonderful! They have always been kind to our child and anytime we have questions about his ears they answer them all. We recommend this office for everyone
Daniel Nourie: Kid just had tonsils out, discharge paper says to call immediately if temp goes above 101.5. Temp was 102.5 and we called and Dr Garcin was very rude and told us it's normal, even the nurse when we were at the hospital said it's an emergency if her temp goes above 101.5. Also they prescribed 16 days of hydrocodone for my 6 year old girl, it was so much that no pharmacy could fill it so we had to not give her pain meds. This may be a good office but not for us or kids.
Crystal Davis: I would recommend this place to anybody! Very helpful, honest, and most importantly...knowledgeable! Dr. Garside is the best and he has helped my son twice! Also, Sekina in the front office is so nice and pleasant to deal with!
Jeff King: Woke up this AM refreshed and not stuffed up, as I had been for most of my life, and decided to write this review to thank Dr. Garside. He removed an extra sinus and fixed my deviated septum a few months back, and I've never realized what it's like to breathe clearly until now. While I still get my seasonal allergies, I no longer get stuffed up or sinus infections. Great doctor, great guy!
Ashley Snyder: We brought our 2 year old in to see Dr Garside for snoring and enlarged tonsils. He was fantastic with our little girl. He interacted with her directly to get her more comfortable asking her questions. I liked that he didn't jump to surgery as the solution right away as surgery on your child is something you want to avoid if possible. He has a great personality and didn't rush you out the door. I will go to him again for myself if I have any issues.
Rachel Katch: Great Dr. but not kid friendly. He became frustrated easily.

Dr. Pankaj Gupta, MD: what do users think?
Kathryn Walsh: Client 6 years later and my nose still doesn’t work. Two surgeries later and 10k later and nothing is better. This guy just tries to get all your money
Merissa Crowley: Dr. Gupta is by far the most arrogant, rude doctor I have ever met. We took our one and a half year old daughter here due to repeat ear infections. We are over her being miserable for months and just want tubes done. This doctor came in, asked me a million questions but never stopped talking and never let us fully answer a question. He has no bedside manner whatsoever. He freaked my daughter out by jamming instruments in her face and never tried to make her feel comfortable. The worst part of that whole experience was him trying to make me feel bad for not breast feeding her and basically telling me that’s why she has ear infections. Mind you, I tried my hardest to breast feed but not everyone is blessed in that category. How would he know he’s a MAN. I will NEVER go back. They won’t even call me to schedule her surgery anyways. So I’m going to a different one. Please do not go here especially if you have children.
P Mac: OK, been going here for a while now and dropping my ranking from 5 to 3. The guy is a good doctor but his staff turnover is none stop and I have a strong feeling he is a big reason for it. His self-confidence is high and he comes across as thinking he is better than most. You will need a thick skin to work for this guy and because of it, the energy at the place is not great.
a np: Worst receptionist. Zero customer service and does not not know how to do her job. How do they have a job at a doctors office?Cancelled my appointment without asking me. Did not bother to call me. Reschedules a month later with the PA without saying anything.
Roblox_ Gaming: Dr.Gupta did my kids ear tube and said they make very small hole and it will fill up by itself but it never filled and now my kid has ruptured eardrum for the rest of the life. Worst decision to go there for this procedure.
Melanie Smalley: AMAZING experience! Everyone is super friendly...the front desk, billing, nurses and Dr. Gupta! They helped me figure out how much insurance was going to be, how much I would owe and surgery went wonderful! I highly recommend this ENT!!
Alawna Scherk: The receptionist said only one word to me: Insurance? After nearly two hours wait, Dr. Gupta came into the checkup room. He never looked up from his clip board. He jammed instruments down my throat and made me gag, all the while spewing technical jargon to the nurse. I felt violated. He left so fast, I didn't know what to do next. I will never go back.. Ever.
Sabrina Blayde: Dr. Gupta and his staff have been nothing more than absolutely amazing. He came in on a non-surgery day to accommodate my son. He’s very thorough and made us feel very comfortable.
John Kirkpatrick: After a referral for a minor issue, Dr. Gupta has completely changed my life-no exaggeration. Like all of my doctor visits before, he asked "Wow, you are only 26 and have severe sleep apnea?" Unlike every other doctor visit though, he quickly realized there were MAJOR problems. A severely deviated septum/uvula twice as long as it should be, both severely blocking airflow. During the scheduled surgery Dr. Gupta's expertise did not stop. Instead of just going in on autopilot to do a surgery I'm sure he has done hundreds of times before, he took time to diagnose an additional major issue. The only way my airway was getting adequate airflow was to be propped open. After surgery, I was referred me to UNC Dental School for maxillofacial surgery. 2 years after my first visit with Dr. Gupta-no more CPAP, no more napping, no more exhaustion, no more trying to simply get through the day to get to bed. I have more energy, sleep great, and enjoy life. Dr. Gupta changed my life, thank you!
Melissa Drew: I hope I can save someone from having a bad experience like I did. I feel they do NOT operate with full intergrity. I feel they are truly all about the money and not the patient. I will spare more details but if you do decide to go here, proceed with caution!
Shae: I travel frequently for work and have seen several ENT's along the East Coast---Dr. Gupta outshines all others and has always stayed abreast of technology and advances in medicine, I have had three surgeries total with him, he is an exceptional surgeon and health care provider. and has taken excellent care of me over the years.
Joanna Schechner: Dr. Gupta did not listen to a word I said and basically called me a liar about my symptoms. He fired off questions and did not allow me to answer them. He talked to nursing staff instead of to me. Worst ENT experience I've had.
Kevin Patel: You can tell pretty quickly that Dr. Gupta is a virtuoso.
Julia Pope: I had reoccurring sinus infections for several months, my primary care physician prescribed me antibiotics and steroids with no luck of curing my problem, she referred me to an ENT. Dr.Gupta also tried a stronger antibiotic and steroids to take, I felt better but I got another sinus infection that next week. Dr.Gupta told me about a procedure called Balloon Sinoplasty -- desperate for relief, I went through with the procedure. He was able to help my sinuses drain like they should have been, it was amazing to breathe again. I felt like myself again after two weeks. It's been 3 months since I had the procedure, and even though I have allergies, my nose has not been stuffed up nor have I even been sick. He is great and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Dr.Gupta!
Michael Georges: I am a 71 year old transplant from Massachusetts who has seen his share of medical practitioners and was referred to Dr. Gupta for a growth in my throat. The referral was my good fortune.Dr. Gupta ran a number of tests, scans and surgery.I have never been as impressed by any doctor as I have been with Dr. Gupta. His manner is straightforward and caring, his examinations were thorough and professional, and he has the ability to explain, in lay terms, the diagnosis and prognosis, of my ailment, treatment and recommendations.
Gine Topping: Rude receptionist!
ashley goodman: The most amazing staff! So friendly and take their time with each person. Dr. Gupta is wonderful and incredibly skilled. He performed my tonsillectomy at 31 and it went flawlessly. I would trust them with myself and my family members for anything ever needed in the future. Best ENT in RTP!
debi christian: I will forever be greatful, he helped me more than I can ever describe in words.
Roger Harvey: He is great at his profession help me greatly

Mann Ear Nose & Throat: what do users think?
Melissa Chandler: The staff are very friendly, willing to answer any and all questions that I have asked. Although they are busy, they are always willing to help with a smile on their face.
Roy Rhoden: I was very pleased with the expertise of the employee. She had the right touch to make the procedure quick and comfortable.
Marie Lanyon: From receptionist to walking out the door, I have been well taken care of for many years and even after moving to Pittsboro , I still refer driving to Cary to be seen by Dr. Mann and his staff
Fred Shaw: good visit. very informative. The doctor seems to really want to find your problem and come up with a tretment
Peter Hambidge II: Dr. Mann's associates solved the problem we went in for. They were polite and thorough. We were pleased with our visit.
hannah osterbauer: Most everyone of the staff was so wonderful, welcoming and kind. However, Dr. Mann was unprofessional, unintelligible, uninformative, and invasive. He went against what the previous doctor recommend and (after having paid for) did not perform the procedure I went in for. I will absolutely not be returning to this man.
Ryan Clarke: Had appointment with the PA and it was one of the best experiences I've had at any doctor's office. They were friendly, thorough with their explanations and most importantly, sat down, looked me in the eye and asked me if I had any questions. I don't get that from most doctors; they usually ask as an afterthought while doing something else and it doesn't feel like they're interested in answering.Procedure went smoothly and, although I hopefully don't need to go back, I would definitely return here.
Murphy Murphy: This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! Save yourself time, money, and energy… This place need to be reported to the medical board and shut down!
Terry Norris: Great with seniors,
John Plyler: I was not that impressed. Communicating with them was difficult. Their recording says they will return your call days later! It was a real pain getting them to write out a invoice with the medical code so I could file my insurance.I was hoping to have a uvuilopalatopharymoplasty procedure, and they never followed up even though I had a date scheduled this past Dec. 20th!Guess, Well, Who Knows!?!?
Merrilee Tomlinson: Always friendly staff and they work you in as quickly as possible. I highly recommend them!
Patricia Hawkins: Good experience.
JC Peel: Meghan is so nice and has a gentle touch.
RW RW: Dr. Mann is a great ENT however, he was very short with me during this visit. He had a student with him. He talked to her during the entire visit. I found myself having to ask him the question 2x to get an answer. Next time I'll ask before I make an appointment. Did not appreciate the treatment.
Elizabeth Medford: Learned a lot a the recent visit of my teen son with to Mann Ear, Nose & throat. I liked the appointment being on time, the friendliness of the staff, and the attention and information given to us as we asked questions.
Ashley Holmes: I was referred here by my PCP after months of a sinus infection. Long story VERY short…. The dr I saw didn’t even introduce himself, Dr Spector. He was quick to offer all of the surgeries that he could perform. (Even though NO BLOCKAGES were shown in my catscan!) I let him know that I wasn’t ready for any procedures and kindly went on my way. The next day I received a call from his office to schedule my surgery? I feel like this man was just out to gather patients for surgeries. I do not recommend this practice.
Kaesha Bowman: I had an awful experience with Dr. Mann. He is truly checked out, and I genuinely hope he retires soon. I have MULTIPLE items to share in hopes that it can help someone avoid him and this practice.1. I was seeing Megan the PA (who I did feel cared), but I saw Dr. Mann for the review of my recommended CT scan. He mispronounced my name, and even after correction, he continued to go out of his way to call me by the wrong name. Very disrespectful.2. He looked at my deviated septum and told me that I needed to lose weight and eat less acidic foods and that surgery wouldn't be worth it. I got a second opinion, and without even looking at the CT scan, they told me that I have a severely deviated septum AND two other issues, and I was recommended for surgery immediately. They also laughed at Dr. Mann's report and recommendations because of how inconsistent his report was and how wrong his recommendation was. They made it clear my diet/weight had little impact on my issues. Apparently he tells a majority of his patients this same thing if you look at the negative reviews here and on his own review page, so be careful not to waste money.3. He implied that I couldn't afford the surgery without insurance approval (it's fully covered by my insurance with no approval needed, and I could have afforded it without any insurance anyways).4. While waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen, an older woman came in late for her appointment. The receptionist was SUPER rude out of no where, and the lady explained that she had to wait an hour and a half the last time she was there, and that it had hurt her back terribly, so she came later. While its unrealistic for the woman to think that, they were the ones who were incredibly unprofessional first, and I was genuinely shocked at the unprompted attitude.5. His website doesn't work half the time. I sent a request online and they couldn't open the attachments or even email me back (they said they did but it never reached me).6. I asked for a copy of my CT scan for my second opinion appointment, and they only sent me what Dr. Mann documented. I told them multiple times that I needed the scans themselves. I finally got them after asking in writing, and they were very short in their communications. In conclusion, Mann ENT is a horrendous establishment, and I highly recommend that you go elsewhere. I wasted money and time. I cannot believe they act this way.
Rose Alt: The staff & Dr’s were great. Very friendly, helpful & informative. Highly recommend this facility!!!!! 👍
Monica Schario: Good timely service.
Suresh Kota: Meghan was really excellent; I went in for removing ear wax. It wasn’t hurting at all. I looked at reviews after the fact. In and out very quick: agree. Meghan excellent: agreed. Paperwork: agreed. Check in check out: good comments: agreed. Comments about Dr. Mann: seriously?! I have nothing to say because I didn’t go there to see Dr. Mann; but then seriously?! I haven’t had a bad experience with doctors at all. I know I plan to talk to audiologist at this facility.
AA M: I posted a detailed review after seeing Dr. Mann two months ago. After having worst experience ever at my appointment I looked at online reviews and he had so many bad reviews I wish I had seen that prior to going. Somehow most are gone and so was my comments. He should not have a license. If you like a doctor who is completely unprofessional then he is the doctor for you!

Richard Mack Jones, MD: what do users think?
mel kilberg: Awesome!!
joyce negron: I am disgusted at the treatment of this offices front staff and doctor!!This doctor has many years of practice (so he made clear to mention and yet he continued to have me come in for visits in which all they did was constant ear tests, look in my ears and put an ear tube (cold blooded) because he said that since I informed him that it takes several injections to numb me for dental work, that the injection he would give me would not work!! So my question was is there another solution? No..... really we are in 2022 and no other solution! He also stated each time the same response to my ear pain, itching and loss of hearing.... he never saw anything like my condition. So he would suction, look into my ears, put a tube in and prescribe expensive drops without knowing what was wrong and then after my ear surgery wanted to still bill me and sent me to collections. This was a visit after surgery and I personally asked why he was billing me and he said he would remove the charge, Im still getting billed!! His bed side manner is awful and so is his experience!!His front office staff is rude and unprofessional. NO RECOMMENDATION FROM ME EVER FOR THIS OFFICE!!
LaVonda Siegel: Dr. Jones and his staff were incredible!! I highly recommend this office. They are patient and extremely caring. I walked in having Vertigo and no appointment. Within 45 minutes they had put me on the schedule and I was able to see the doctor. Great big thumbs up!
