Caupron Sullivan: I have been going here now for about a month, with a few visits, I have Jaclyn (I know probably spelled that wrong sorry!!!) every time I been there. She is the most friendliest person I have ever met. She didn’t belittle me for having some costume jewelry, but actually educated me, and told me what pieces were gold, and costume jewelry. She explained how some pieces that have little diamonds have higher value, how silver plated, gold, gold filled, silver, and each metal all have different worths, and also explained about different watch values. She always informed me and asked for consent before cutting any jewelry apart, and walked me through the entire process, she is an expert in her field, highly knowledgeable, and extremely good at what she does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 starts isn’t enough to express my experience with this establishment, or Jaclyn’s excellent service, because it’s an understatement of what they provide here, they deserve all the praise, and they should all get a high raise! Took me a while to finally write this review, because I really wanted to express how impressed, and satisfied I am. Thank you so much for all that you do, and I’ll see y’all later!

I watched her turn another black person away before he got into the door. Looks like she is a house slave and she has forgotten where she came from. I would not shop here. Dime Carney: Very unprofessional and prejudice! If you are a minority, they will low ball you! I went there trying to sell a leather jacket. Initially I was told that they do not purchase clothing, but then was offered $75. When my WHITE friend went in to try to sell my jacket, they offered her $200. Their favorite line is “how much do you need.” Lol I’m assuming it is to set their maximum dollar amount and they will give you anything below that. So if you are NOT a white collar, high class white citizen, I wouldn’t recommend you stepping into their establishment.

I went to an actual gold seller and sold my items for a very good price. Maybe you should teach your employees skills that are required to work there instead of hiring individuals who are biased towards their customers’ race.

Alex: Don't sell anything here if you can afford not to. Just sell it online. Yesterday I brought in $350 headphones and was told I would only get $10 for them. When I mentioned that they were actually worth $350, the person claimed to have seen them online for a lower price. However, I had checked online before leaving my house, and the lowest price I found was $180, but that was from a personal seller. Any reputable store price for the headphones used was over $240. I told her they must have entered the wrong brand or model, and I was right. She looked it up and realized her mistake, but only added another $5, making the offer for my top-of-the-line headphones in great condition a total of $15. Needless to say, I declined her offer. This felt like a scam with a smile. Especially when the business claims to give the best price for your items because that is clearly a lie. Do not support this kind of business. this is scam territory.

I had my bangle repaired 2weeks ago and wore it twice and it opened back in the same spotCalled and spoke with (Brian) which was not helpful he stated no warranty and I would have to pay again to repair item. Precious Property: They cheat you out of your merchandise and I will never go there again. I went to sell an item and they gave me one price and when I went back a month later they wanted to give me way less than what they they promised before. They were not professional and the reason I say that is because they whispered for at least five minutes before they decided to offer me two hundred less than what they offered before. Honesty is the best policy not greed.

It never fails all of the memories that occur from the goods for sale. A old game or toy from childhood, a CD from college days, pieces of me were on the selves. The staff pleasant and bright may even be willing to haggle a deal. Did I mention they have an awesome layaway program?
