Associated Urologists of North Carolina, PA: what do users think?
Russell Villard: Very professional. Listened and worked with me to find a solution. Nice bedside manner. Great initial Diagnosis.
Foster Everett: Really don't know can tell you more if procedure heals up correctly prostate issues.
Mackenzie Molinar: Dr. Perry has terrible patient care!!!
Elangovan Sivanandam: This is the worst place to go. Every time you go, they make you wait for 30 to 45 mins. Very bad front desk and poor staff coordination. I complained about how they handled every visit in poor manner after 3rd visit. I was given operation director number to call and speak. I called multiple times and left voice message. No response. Given a choice I will really stay away from Associated Urologists . Worst place :( !!! Save your time and money !!!
Rebecca F.: Dr. Was good but the staff is not very professional. Pt was left alone after given nitrous oxide and fell off the table. No incident report or anything followed. Not even a "sorry was given.
Matt Henry: Don't bother. No one is ever there. No one responds to voicemails. The phones are staffed by an answering service. "They're at lunch. The office is closed."If I can't even call, talk to a human being, and ask questions, no way am I trusting them with my medical care. Find another provider.
Robert Adelman: Beware, if you pay them money which you shouldn't due to insurance you wont see it again. To schedule a surgery you must place a deposit even if you have no out of pocket costs with insurance. Then the day of surgery they will make you pay the upfront costs again even after showing that you have no out of pocket costs in insurance or they will happily cancel your appointment. Once they get your money, good luck getting a refund. It has been almost 4 months since my surgery and I am now being told that I have to wait another 6-8 weeks to potentially receive my refund. Dr. Khoudary seems like a great doctor and made my surgery as easy as I believe is possible. However the billing department is pathetic. Makes you wonder what type of investment fund they have that they are using our funds with temporarily.
Jessica Hunt: My husband was given a potentially serious diagnosis almost two weeks ago. Was told we'd be contacted with next step (biopsy) within three days. We've left numerous messages and have heard nothing. Really unsettling given the diagnosis. I'd think for a serious situation as this that we'd receive prompt and caring attention. Not the case.
Lance D Lamper: Well they make you pay a substantial amount of money to hold your appointment and after the insurance pays they hold your money for up to 365 days. You’d have to spend at least 15 min going threw a wormhole of options and then you can’t get anyone on the phone you have to leave a message and nobody calls you back it’s like there trying to keep your money as long as the can. Can you imagine all the money there holding from there there patience
andrew chaisson: Its been almost 6 months since my vasectomy. I've called multiple times about getting my deposit back. I keep getting the run around. I've also called multiple times about setting an appointment to get checked if it worked or not. Once again, no one can help me.Dr. Kaiser was good, no issues. The office staff is a joke. Very poorly run. I would not recommend at all.
Ryan Paps: Group of people that don't seem to know what they're doing and only concerned about getting paid.
Thomas Magnani: I knew that my prescription had expired when I had my pharmacy send Associated Urologists a request for renewal. No one from Associated Urologists ever called me to tell me what I had to do to have it renewed or whether I needed to keep taking the drug. To top it off, they close early on Friday, 5/27/2022, and the prerecorded answer to my call was to call them back when they are open. It is time for me to look for another urologist.
tommie hinton: Courteous, friendly, great service. would definitely recommend Dr.kizer and his staff.
NormaStokes Smith: Very caring and knowledgeable,
sharon griffin: Dr Khoudary has a great bedside manner. He makes you feel relaxed
Rudi Anne Duncan: I love everyone I saw there...they're all good people. Love the doctor...he has a wonderful personality and you can tell it rubs off on his coworkers.
Margaret Porter: I changed the second dose of lasik from lunch to dinner and am not waking up in the night. Worth every penny of the annual visit.
Kiran Alapaty: Glad that i met Dr Kizer. I was very happy when he said "let's see what we can do to avoid all medications you are taking now". It stands for his commitment to help his patients selflessly.
James Mercendetti: I've been going to Dr. Tortora for many years. He is an excellent, caring doctor. He is willing to take his time with you and answer all your questions. The entire office staff is very professional.
KennethV: Doctor and staff are super nice. Makes you feel at ease under these conditions.
Edward Jarosz: Absolute professionals.

WakeMed Urology: what do users think?
Herbert Curkin: Excellent quality care from nurses and hospitalists.
Guilherme Bromfman: Scheduled my appointment almost 2 months in advance. 2 days prior to my appointment they called saying the doctor canceled it. Trying to reschedule they offer me a date in another 2 months at a different location. Very bad customer service.
Tim P: Overcharges are ridiculous. I was forced to have a "consult" appointment which lasted 15 minutes and they handed me a piece of paper and read it to me. $350 bill shows up saying they spent an hour with me doing something of value. You call them on it and they simply say that's the way it is. Never had these issues with Duke. It feels like they don't care about the patients beyond how much they can make off them. Exactly what's wrong with the medical industry.Update: The office eventually sent me a revised bill for a slightly lower amount. Still not prefect but at least they tried to help a little.
Barry Klinghoffer: All the staff from the beginning till I left were great from the nursing staff and Dr. Rubens of Urology took the care and explained everything in detail. Putting my mind at ease. I would recommend wake med urology to anyone if the need arises.
Jody White: My urologist, Dr Branden Stacy Rubens Located at Wake Urology in Cary NC was seen by appointment on 12/13/2022 for his services. I found his demeanor and attidude displayed during my visit, to be completely deplorable. He was very rude and condescending towards me. I would not recommend him to anyone. Very unprofessional.
taimur tareen: I had the misfortune to visit this urology clinic. I wanted to know if I should remove an implant about 30 months old. I was shocked to know the doctor said he never heard of any implant! So I returned without any use. After few months I have received an e mail as well as a letter written in a very uneducated grammar as well as lacking in any relevant reference. It kind of threatened that since I did not follow up (for what?) I will come to harm (scare tactics).Later I visited another urologist who not only explained about implant but also answered all my questions in a most educated way.I strongly suggest WakeMed to dissociate itself from this useless urologist office.
Charles Kenna: Very through exams to take preventive care. When other concerns were found further exams were pursued. Great doctors and service. Wait times are always very reasonable, both to get appointments and office visits.
Justin Wears: Run around, intentionally delay of care, unreliable, and inconsiderate.
Lynne / Mark Dalton: Unfortunately another kidney stone had to be pulverized; fortunately I was a patient of Dr. Khoudary and the procedure was performed at the Cary, Wake Med center. Fantastic group of health care professionals and just good folks all around. I wish I could remember the names of each of my attendees. All deserve kudos, especially during this Covid period. Thanks again to everyone there!
Visesh Prasad: Great staff. Everything was done quick and on time from appointments to follow ups.
Dolores Byzek: Dr Lisson has been very professional during the time that I have been seeing him. He sits and talks with you as if one was with a friend. No rush. Fully explains problems and test results. I would highly recommend Dr Lisson to all of my friends!
Karen Mooney: If you have kidney stones, this is the place to go. Dr. Lisson and the entire staff were great. The kidney stone hotline was helpful for questions. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Lisson and WakeMed Cary.
Donata Guerra: This is a dynamic practice of extremely gifted people who care about the results for the patient and are focused on managing care and creating positive outcomes. Dr. Scott Lisson is a brilliant surgeon whose concentrated skills worked wonders for my husband, while Dorrie Swanson P.A. has followed him from an emergency admission all the way through the addressing of his health needs. With them, and their team of nurses and other personnel, we feel most fortunate to have this practice near us in Cary. (In addition, if a situation developed after hours, someone always phoned back with an answer. ) All in all, over a two month period, WakeMed Urology did not so much restore my husband to normal as make him BETTER than normal. Gratitude unending...

Cary Urology: what do users think?
Ashley McGee: We love Dr. Khoudary but it is impossible to get any help once you leave the office. My husband goes to the Clayton office and I believe they are only there twice a week. When you call for help the Clayton number goes to the main office sometimes and they say they don't know the number to get directly to the Clayton office. I called the exact same number as my husband and it went through to Clayton the third time. He was prescribed a medication that has been pending insurance for 3 weeks so we have been calling the office for 2 weeks leaving messages to see if we can try a different pharmacy but no one will call back. Its just very frustrating to love the doctor but can not get any help unless you are in the office.
Arelys Delgado: I have been a patient of Dr.Khoudary since 2006. I have always felt his medical care is incredible and he clearly wants to help care for you. The nurses have always been so sweet and caring.I do have to say that I can see a HUGE difference in the staff at check in and check out at my last appointment on 1/6/23. The new building is amazing. The radiology staff at check out and d ring CT and X-ray were excellent.I had to wait 40 minutes for results of a last minute Ct that they were able to squeeze me into and while I waited I listened and watched how the check out staff cared for each patient and were very professional and kind.
Matthew Clark: The care I received from Dr. Kizer was acceptable and scheduling was quick, but trying to talk to anyone at this office over the phone is an absolute pain.It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, no one is ever available. They boast about adding some new "customer care" line but since that has been implemented, you essentially just stay on hold for 5-10 minutes then you're told to leave a message. If you try to go to the operator instead of leaving a message it just tells you that no one is available and HANGS UP on you.Revised on 12/8/22:Since the office moved, the reception both on the phone and in the office has improved dramatically. Changing this review to 5 stars since there are no longer any issues.
Yujin: Have had a referral since 4/11 sent to get scheduled. Nobody had bothered contacting me so I finally called Monday 4/18. Straight to "we're closed message". Figured prob they're closed for Easter. Call again next day. Same message. Finally can leave msg the following day. Next day, today, no call back so far. Call at first today and get the same we are closed message. Call again past 1pm and finally get through and realize there are two different automated voice-mail they use; the one they use during their lunch break from 12 to 1 only says they're open the whole day with no break between, thus my confusion. When you finally can leave a message, they say there is a 1 hr gap they take where they're closed, which also isn't denoted in their online business hours. This doesn't make any sense. I know life is hectic especially in this industry, stuff like this falls through the cracks, but business hours should REALLY be updated for everyone's benefit.Additionally, once you can even call and hit the line for patient appointments, all you can do is leave a voice-mail. I have been suffering from an intense kidney infection/uti for the past week+ with two er trips and can't keep waiting forever. I've already asked for another referral to somewhere else in case I never get contacted or have to wait till I'm in the ER AGAIN or dead. I've never had this much trouble trying to schedule an appointment or even simply SPEAK with a real person, and I have a referral sent! I've never written a review like this, and I work in the service industry too, I know how bad it is especially right now, but when i have an active serious infection I can't just twiddle my thumbs hoping they'll finally remember me. Truly just disappointing and unfortunate. Great for those who have good experiences here but I couldn't even evaluate that if I wanted to, just wanted to say good luck trying to contact this office, folks.
Randy Callahan: Very efficient & professional.
Ed Romz: No matter when you arrive or what date, The process is always slow. Coming here for a while and it’s terrible. Go somewhere else unless you want to wait for long periods of timep
Michele McC7: I've never had a problem waiting a expect it to be about 10-15 min. My last appointment, I was late & I still only waited 5 minutes. The staff are wonderful too.
Randy Sjoquist: Great dr nice people. But 2+ years later now they are billing me $1500 for something unknown to me. They just keep sending bills. Bad accounting and processing they are annoying.
Krista Orlando: Wait times are HORRIBLE. Plan on waiting over an hour for your appt
Anthony Marabella: Every visit I'm in and out, Dr. Kizer is great! The Lab Work is pretty much in and out. Everyone is friendly and always have a smile on their faces.
Greg Lampe: Don't let them tell you otherwise if stint is put in you will have consistent pain.
veeral: Worst doctors office I have ever been 3 times I had to wait more than a hour and a half. There is no professionalism. Doctor doesn’t get you consent to have another person watch you being checked by your doctor. One time doctors’ kids show up and he just decided to push everyone’s appointment back.If they don’t respect you time they don’t deserve your business
Michaela Miller: If you see one of the doctors and you will need a surgery or procudere, you can be certain that they will violate your Hippa Rights by discussing your surgery or procedure with your ride. They don't care that your ride is only a neighbor. Dr. Pery won't wait till you wake up from your surgery. Make sure you all, that Dr Pery won't place a kidney stent into you, if he does and you ask him to remove it because you are sick and worst than before, he will refuse to remove it. I regret going to this place. I should have gone to Clayton like I was referred to. I have a feeling that the doctor intentionally placed an expensive stent in ,so I will have to keep coming and the money will keep rolling from the insurance company. By careful with the Cary stuff they lie. The minute you tell them that you will sue them , they will claim that that you have threatened them. By the way, communicating threats in US is illegal. Record your conversation. All, I wanted was to release the doctor civil liability by signing a paperwork so they could go ahead and remove the kidney stent and I have ended up being the villain. The Cary stuff should undergone a training where they learn that sick people in pain will raise a voice and they will say things like " I will sue you". Their mouth is the last thing that they have a control over in their pain and suffering. If the Cary stuff does not understand sick person psyche maybe they need to work somewhere else not with sick people.
Jeremy Lambert: Dr. Kizer did a great job and I must say the staff was excellent
DLana Carroll: Had a hard time getting through to make an appointment. I called and stayed on hold for over 30 minutes. Called back and left a message. The message said someone would contact me within an hour. That didn't happen. I called back again and finally got the manager that profusely apologized and attributed it new a new computer system. Showed up for my appointment at 745 and was told their computers were down and they were unsure if they could see patients. This place is a joke.
Bradley Spicer: Kizer: Nice guy. He's also aloof, checked out, and disinterested. Please make sure you get a 2nd opinion. Office staff care and follow up is abysmal.
edward holleywood: Been A patient of Dr. William Kaiser since 2016. After a procedure I never called to get my results His nurse personally send me a certified letter. The procedure went really well Felt like I was only sleep for a minute. But it was over 3 hours. The medical record staff, Tanya Moore is great she assisted me and my wife with filling out insurance documentation, FMLA answering all Insurance questions in a timely matter.
Ryan Bachman: Was informed I needed someone to drive me home after the procedure. I showed up by myself with an arrangement with my wife to pick me up after I was done. Doctor refused to see me since no one was there DURING the procedure. I may be ignorant and this is standard practice, but the reason given to was that since I am on narcotics they may need my wife's help if something were to go wrong. I am at a doctor's appointment...if something goes wrong I pray that it's the medical professionals that help over my wife. I left without the copay refunded and am going down the road to hopefully find an office managed better.
Rob Taylor: Waiting and waiting been here since 3pm for a 3:15 appointment and still sitting here waiting for a Dr. Not sure I would recommend this place to anyone.
hoopy1 (hoopy1): My experience with the doc koundary today was a visit to remember that I was well taken care of especially with nurse cara although I did not like the pinching an snapping sound of the procedure cara was right there checking on me thank you for your wonderful care
Abdulrhman Arnaout: In the two times I came here, I had to wait for about 45 minutes, even though I had an appointment and I arrive on time. What's the point of having an appointment if I have to wait that long every time? The doctor was good nonetheless
