Mosa Pet Spa & Resort: what do users think?
Alexandra Chappell: The customer service at Mosa couldn't be worse. We were customers of Mosa for 2 years and our pup was brought in every 8 weeks or so for grooming and full day dog day care. We missed the 10 minute drop off window, scheduled for 9:00 AM due to a family tragedy- my mother passed away. We woke up that morning, and we were a frazzled mess, overwhelmed, emotional, etc- I didn't even look at our calendar. Amanda, the owner of Mosa, could care less. She refused to let us drop off our dog for grooming (which would happen prior to picking her up- sometime in the afternoon) since we missed the 10 minute window for full day care, and charged us for both the full day dog daycare and a grooming. If you are looking for better customer service than you would get from the DMV or an airline, choose a different groomer. When Amanda was informed of my mothers passing via email she didn’t respond, apparently only a public review warrants a comment which further shows that her clients are not her concern. My credit card was refunded only after I submitted a charge dispute through my credit card.
MJ Davis: Mosa is my go to for my mini Berniedoodle, Fish. Grooming, daycare and boarding. It’s a smaller place where there isn’t a large amount of pups at a time, so your dog will be supervised during playtime and rest time. Fish has some separation anxiety that they work with very well. As far as grooming Fish has always come out looking top notch. They do his face just right!
Celeste Carreon: DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. I am only giving them a one start review because I can’t give zero. I had an appointment at 9am and was only late because they wouldn’t open the door so I called and they didn’t answer till the 3rd call. When they do answer they go on to say that I was at the wrong location and that is why they were not opening the door, they told me they sent me “many” messages that had the location on it but not was clearly something that did not happen because I wouldn’t have showed up at the wrong place if I had gotten those messages. Then when I told them I didn’t want a reschedule they said they still needed yo charge me for the “no show up” the lady goes one to say that it was $90 and I was confused because I had asked for the $80 service. TURNS OUT THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR THE WRONG SERVICE ($110 that is why the late fee was $90). They wouldn’t respect the service I asked for because “that’s not what was on the computer”. Horrible customer service.
Heather Noe: Amanda does a wonderful job with my Maltese. Would highly recommend Mosa!
Elisabeth Seigel: New to the area and first time using a groomer here, but this is the best my pup has looked after a visit to a groomer in ages. Thrilled and will be coming back for our future grooming needs.
Robin StarFairy: Mosa has been terrific for my peekaboo. She had some bad experiences elsewhere and got to where she was not cooperative when being bathed or groomed. After taking her to Amanda she is a different dog. She calmly lets me bath her and trim her now when necessary. I love that they only keep her there for an hour and don’t pass her around to multiple people and stick her in a cage for hours! I won’t be taking my baby anywhere else!
Linda Landaverde: Happy with their service on my dog Daisy today (:
Julie Hilton Steele: If I could give a 4 and I/2 ⭐ I would. I just never give fives until after three experiences with a provider. But I definitely will be back.Mosa's clear expectations of clients, in and out in under two hours experience, and holistic alternative to crating and leaving a pet all day helped me choose Mosa for my special needs schnoodle for her first post pandemic appointment. My pup loved Cait, looked like a new dog and is happy now with no mats and a fluffy coat. Again, thankful for their care .
Rebecca Shampnois: I walk my SIL's dog for exercise, and when she mentioned that her sweet pibble mix was having skin issues, I knew I wanted to help any way I could. In conjunction with her vet, the team at Mosa has taken great care of her and reduced most if not all of her symptoms! They recommended the Skin Therapy add-on to the normal bath service, which includes a mud mask and a salt scrub. Each time she got the service, I could tell a huge difference in how often she would scratch at herself. Now, we go in for a normal bath and nail appt about once every six weeks. It's good to know if she becomes symptomatic again that the therapies received were effective and we can always go back to them.My SIL's dog is still young and can be quite squeamish. The team has always taken great care of her, and they have been very nice to let me know when she was fussy or if they notice anything on her skin/fur without being judgmental or non-compliant. You can tell they really care for their clientele! Now for my favorite parts:* Sometimes you get a free bandana! I think it's as they are available, but they are so cute and change with the season.* Their shampoos and products smell amazing without being perfumed or artificial. Anytime I have seen a TikTok with a dog groomer spraying some blueberry vanilla perfume, I can only imagine the dogs in those videos are suffering. Not with Mosa: the smell is fresh and botanical.* You can book everything online and text to check-in.I recommend booking an introduction visit so they can meet your pet, accurately price/book your initial service, and for you to get used to their location. Yes, it's at a house! But the basement is the main headquarters, and you can tell it's a serious operation in there.I don't remember what their policies are for new customers, and in general, I have found booking in advance to be better. Basically, don't expect to be able to take your dog in for a full groom for the first time the next day (unless some miracle happens?????) But they have never canceled on me, and I really don't know how much more I can gush about this place.Just go already!!!!!!
Danielle Holder: Worse place to take your pet. Very money hungry people and greedy too. I took my pet for the service and I was told to wait outside or come back after 40 min to pick him up otherwise they will charge the late fee. I waited whole 40 min in the parking lot and didn't even go anywhere. They brought the pet late outside and charged me the late fee when questioned why am I getting charged the late fee when I was here they said they texted me( which I didn't even get the text) and I didn't respond. I of course disputed the charges with my credit card company but very sneaky and unprofessional people.
Eric Ketchum: Since he was a puppy, Groot, our 3 year old Dachshund, would always throw fits when it came to Nail appointments, but Caitlin and everyone at MOSA really helped make the experience that Groot really enjoys, he knows MOSA and Caitlin by name and runs to the door when it's appointment time.
Jessica Lewis: What a poor experience. Mosa damaged all of my dog’s nails with a terrible dremel job and inexplicably shaved her belly and inner hind legs, claiming this is a standard sanitary trim. My dog has been itchy and uncomfortable since. Customer service is nonexistent - the owner was very dismissive of my new client questions and did not respond to my post-groom concerns until I posted in a Facebook group about them. On arrival, my gut told me to leave and I ignored it in favor of all the great reviews. Now I regret it. On top of this, I paid a premium price and my concerns were either dismissed or met with excuses and false statements. I share this review having wished I had seen one like it to consider among all of the positive reviews.
Kimberly Lilly: Mosa is always accommodating in making my appts for my 2 yorkies. They come back to me looking refreshed, clean and well cut. Love the team at Mosa!
Christine Rinne: Great grooming for my pup— they are very kind—it is a very organized place. Thank you.
Dana Ramos: Wonderful, caring family. They love my dog as if she were one of theirs!
Claire Green: Everyone at MOSA takes great care of my dog, Luna! She has been in their care a few times now with special instructions due to an injured dew claw or after recovering from surgery and they give her the extra attention needed. I have full faith when I leave Luna that she will have fun and be looked out for. Luna is so happy every time she returns!
Lauren Fox: We have been using Mosa for both grooming and doggie daycare for about two years. There is much that we have appreciated about them over this time. Sadly, their poor customer service and terrible communication has led us to finally end our relationship. We have always known and accepted that Mosa has strict policies for drop-off and pick-up (they charge late fees if you are even one minute late picking up). We have never knowingly violated these policies. Our dog has gone to day care 2-3 times per week, every week for a long time. We have recurring appointments and pick her up at the same general time every day (around 6pm). Mosa is part of our weekly routine.Several times however, they have changed their policies without communicating clearly with us, resulting in extra fees and threats of holding our dog overnight. When this happened today, I received a text message at 3:55pm that I would need to pick my dog up in the next five minutes to avoid having to board her overnight. I was in a meeting at work across town, and had no idea that they were closing early. I immediately left and started speeding to pick her up, confused about how I had missed this information.I had dropped my dog off in-person that morning and no one said anything to me about closing at 4. When I called to say I was on my way, I was told that they had informed us that they were closing early via the confirmation email I received when booking and via a sign in the lobby. The confirmation email I received was the same standard, automatic email I receive multiple times a week when booking her appointments. It looked identical to others, and I had to look several times to find the fine print at the bottom of the email where it said they were closing at 4. There was no additional email notification or anything to draw attention to the change. I receive probably 20 emails a week from them and it is just frankly unrealistic to expect that your regular customers read the fine print of what is normally a carbon-copy email that they receive multiple times a week every single time. Plus, even if I had read it in full, it would have been easy to miss the information about the time change. As a business owner, you could spent the extra 30 seconds to send a special email to appropriately communicate the change in routine hours and avoid all of this or- maybe tell them when you see them in person at drop-off. That doesn't seem like too much to ask, especially for regular customers who pick up at the same time multiple times a week. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I realized that the sign that was the supposed notice that they were closing early was a small, barely legible piece of copy paper posted inside the lobby, which has plenty of other decorations and distracting things to look at. The sign was not on the outside door where instructions are posted, and there was no reason to expect that people would read or even see the sign, which didn't look like it was an announcement at all.I had to fight to get my dog back tonight- Mosa had every intention of forcing us to board her there overnight because I arrived after 4pm (I was there by 4:15). I am thankful that they reluctantly allowed me pick her up, even though I paid $36 extra in late fees for the additional 15 minutes. This is not the only time we've had issues like this, and every time they put the onus on the customer to somehow anticipate changes. I am by no means suggesting that they should have to bend over backwards, but just making a little effort to share when changes are made and respecting that other people have busy lives just like they do would be nice. Just talk to us.I really value small businesses, and am happy to respect policies that are less convenient than other larger companies. Following these policies, however, requires being informed of them. Good communication is something that should be a feature of a small, personal business, but this is not the case for Mosa. It truly feels as though they do not respect or care about their human customers. I am sad to part ways.
Fred J DiMaria: This was Ali’s first time and she loved it!She looks amazing and she said she will be back soon ! Ladies great job Kudos to all of you ! Regards Fred DiMaria
Danilo romero: 👍👍👍👍👍
Brian Whitfield: Best pet spa around. I would highly recommend Mosa Pet Spa & Resort.
Lisa Edwards (Lisa): I cannot recommend Mosa enough! Amanda and Caitlin are true professionals, they are dedicated to the care of your pups and have an eye for detail. I have a rescue who can get grumpy and nippy during his appointments but they always welcome him back and give him special care and attention. Some groomers rather not work on dogs like this but they need help too! I’m grateful for them. They are also experts on dogs with skin issues/allergies, at Mosa they definitely know how to deal with this and not aggravate their skin more. My pup always comes home looking great and and smelling AMAZING. This is not your typical grooming shop they are heavily trained experts in their field. If you’re looking for the best in the triangle your search is over, this is the place!

Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Cary: what do users think?
Julianne Walther: Website said there was a dog wash here but there was not.
Stephany Mejia: First time in the store with our dog for his first birthday. Wanted to just get some baked goods and maybe a treat for his bday- which we got. However upon check out a gentlemen was fairly rude to us, he handed us the shopping bag to bag our own stuff and didn’t greet us or provide any customer service. Frankly it was confusing as we weren’t in the store beyond ten mins maybe he was having a bad day? Maybe not point is it made the experience terrible and unnecessarily passive aggressive
Shayla M: Update: this location now only does nail trims by appointment. I tried calling on 5 separate occasions with no answer during business hours so I had to show up in person to be told this.We get our French bulldog's nails trimmed here and they do a great job. Always able to get him in quickly and always friendly service.
Nicky Roberts: Arnold is the absolute best 💖 He takes his time with Reeses, and she loves him!!
Nancy Lee: Loved the service and the way my puppy looked after her first puppy visit.
Jessica Varner: I took my dog here today after he had a very poor experience getting his nails trimmed at the vet. The Woof Gang staff was very kind and accommodating. The groomer used a dremel for his nails and did a fantastic job! She said he did great as well and wasn’t afraid. I will definitely continue bringing him here for all future services. I also love their variety of fun treats for dogs.*update* editing my review because although I love the groomers they legitimately don’t answer their phones. I can never get ahold of them to schedule appointments and they don’t have a portal either. If you email they tell you to call.
Ebony Gorum (Ebknows): Came here to get a cake for our dogs' first birthday. Love the selection and the store. Staff is friendly too
Jaya Vepuri: Very poor service. Not sure why they have the public phone number when they don’t want to pick up the calls to schedule. And they will not callback for Voicemails too.
Timothy Ludwig: Keisha is an amazing artist and treats our baby like it's her own. She truly cares about the pets she takes care of. Also the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful.
April Mack: My fairly skittish pup has always had a wonderful experience at Woof Gang in Cary. She was in rough shape when I rescued her 3 years ago and I brought her to Woof Gang fairly quickly upon adoption. They squeezed her in since she desperately needed a groom and I have never taken her anywhere else since. For a couple years now, Keisha has done an amazing job with my pup and cares for her like she is her own. I would never even consider taking Pepper anywhere else.
Nancy Scotto: I love this shop and Mr. Arnold, my dog’s groomer. I highly recommend.
Michael Fenn: A bit hard to get an appointment, but the groomers do great work on our standard poodle. And he loves the cookies!
Daniel Jacobs: Laura & Kristen are the best. Our dog HATES getting his nails done but they do a fantastic job. Ten stars.
Maggie Kelly: Great grooming salon. They handle our lab-boxer well, and never bat an eye when she tries to eat all the treats in the front.
Kristi Chavous: Love my groomer "Aunt" Kia! She is careful and kind!
Aimee Jordan: Appointments cancelled twice and groomer late once. I will choose a different groomer.
Aditi Joshi: We love Woof gang! Arnold is amazing!! We took our older pup there and he was so gentle with him. When he passed, Arnold took the time to extend his condolences and we were really touched by the kindness. We now have a puppy and see Arnold again! The only problem with woof gang is appointments are IMPOSSIBLE to find. I have to book atleast 3-4 months in advance. I literally have anxiety if we have to reschedule for whatever reason.
Nolon Blaylock: Ask for Laura! Our pup had a bad experience elsewhere and is scared of grooming because of that. Laura has been so patient with her, and she is slowly but surely getting over that fear.
Daggi Polzin: Love love love this place. Friendly staff , incredible cool dog cookies etc.And toys and everything a Dog dreams of.
Anthony Garera: Wonderful staff and the only place I trust to take my pups!
Mrs Diane Kay: They do a good job of bathing and grooming my sweet, 30 lb. rescue girl.

PAWS Pet Concierge: what do users think?
Jack Thorpe: Still the best groomer on the planet. If you don’t bring your dog to Angelica, you’re missing out. She’s the best there is. Very attentive to the dogs and loads of compassion. 👍👍👍I'm here again today. 6-18-2023 and Angelica is taking care of my two girls. I only trust her and she is fantastic.
Ben and Ashlee Battocletti: We have used them a few times now for boarding and our dog Katie always seems to be well taken care of and we appreciate the personal touch the staff gives to her. Have the online scheduling is really nice and the facility is well ran. We will only use them for our boarding needs!
Nancy Cabrera: Penny has been getting groomed at Paws Pet Concierge for months now. It took me a while to find a consistent, reliable groomer in the triangle. She looks exactly the same after every haircut, and comes back smelling so clean. Penny isn’t the easiest dog, she’s very nervous, and can be reactive so dropping her off can get pretty loud, but the staff is so patience and they treat her as their own. I know she’s in good hands and when I pick her up, she’s always calm and happy. I recommend this place to literally every dog parent I know, and those who have gone, are always satisfied. Keep up the good work guys! :)
Arthur Martin: They ate simply amazing
Steve Rehnborg: Always an amazing experience. We bring our energetic dog here for doggie daycare. She always comes back very tired. We also trust Paws with her when we are out of town.Lastly, their grooming is top notch. They take our shaggy g”Goldendoodle and provide a wonderful bath and haircut.Highly recommend!!
Timothy Treweek: I needed a last-minute solution for boarding my two labradors. PAWS was the only place that didn't turn me down, and I called quite a few. I was really nervous about taking them to PAWS because I've never boarded my dogs before, and they let the dogs all run around together all day. My dogs are not used to being around other dogs at all, so I really expected them to be super anxious and scared, if not aggressive. The staff at PAWS did everything possible to make sure they were safe and happy and it turned out that my two boys loved it! Thanks to the caring staff, they were eased into the social environment and ended up having a great time, and they along great with the other dogs! I was updated regularly with texts and pictures, which really made me feel much better about it. They also had a bath and grooming on the last day and they were soft and fluffy and smelled great! I'm definitely going to take them back to PAWS the next time we go out of town.
Lewis Wilson: Our two dogs absolutely love going to Paws for daycare and boarding! Sherrill the owner is amazing to work with and she and her staff love our dogs like they would their own!
Maddy Parker: Hello!I have truly never been more dissatisfied and disappointed in a dog grooming location than I was with this place. Everything leading up to my dog’s grooming appointment was perfect and when I spoke to staff through text and calls they were all so kind to me. Once we arrived for drop off, everything went wrong. The location was unclean and the staff members did not seem to have a care in the world for my dog. I know every dog owner says they have the sweetest dog and I concur because my dog is beyond happy, kind, and loves people. My dog not only cried during drop off but also refused to go to staff. After I left in tears at my complete dissatisfaction with not only the people but the facilities we quickly turned around and did not move on with the grooming appointment. I write this review to urge the company to work on the initial greeting of both dogs and their families.
Tyler Henderson: I took my dog macho to get a hair cut and a bath. The owner Sherrill was rude to me the entire time. She also treated the animals and her staff as if the were not living beings. My dog suffers from anxiety in public and was uncomfortable at first. She made several jokes about “oh well if he doesn’t like me now he’s really not going to after I’m finished with him, I hurt animals all day every day.” The made me extremely uncomfortable and unfortunately I had to stop and leave in the middle of the service. The owner insisted I pay despite the fact that she had not completed the services I had requested.
Chandrall Fitzpatrick: My dogs aren't exactly the easiest dogs to deal with but the groomer is patient and does a wonderful job
Riley Thompson-Arroyo: I brought my dog to PAWS Pet Concierge about 4 times now. I have NEVER been disappointed in the services received. I always bring my dog home looking and smelling amazing. The cuts are phenomenal, he's a maltipoo, so he comes home with a clean cut all around from the face to his tail. He looks adorable every time I pick him up and I can appreciate the time they take on getting my dog looking great. Petsmart and Petco could never!
Savinna Mangalindan: Bring my dog here for daycare and it's great and convenient. On her first visit, she was a little shy and scared/overwhelmed but she now gets excited about going! Always knocks out when I pick her up
Jessica Del Castillo: Unable to answer basic questions over the phone and extremely rude.
Imad Loutfi: Grooming my 9 pound multipoo dog cost $88 just $12 shy of $100. They told my wife that she was matted and she was aggressive just to raise the price from $60 (which is on their website for full groom) to $88. Please do not lie to make an extra $28. I washed my dog 2 days before and I brushed her smooth with no knots no aggression. It’s unprofessional to tell me my dog almost the size of a chihuahua is scary and aggressive. When my wife told me the dog was aggressive I laughed. By the way, the Nails were not cut either.Looking at other people reviews I see a pattern here. You add matted or aggressive and the price goes up. That’s not a good business practice !! No one like surprises like this. Remove the grooming price from your website if you want charge randomly. On a positive note, boarding my dog there was not bad. The price is fair and the place is ok.
snir shafrir: I love this placeMe and my dog leo moved here 2 years agoDidn't find any good place so happy I found themThe groomer Angelica did such a beautiful job with Leo highly recommended we definitely going to come back
Michael Farrell (Wolfpack7-1): I used their in-home sitting service for my two and was very impressed. Everything was done perfectly and professionally. Cannot be happier. Highly recommended! Thanks again!
Jessica LaGuardia: I can't even begin to explain how much our 9 month old shepherd mix loves coming to day care here! We started once or twice a week and now he goes almost 5 days a week. If he sees me leaving for work in the morning he cries and nudges his harness and of course I cave and drop him off for the day. The staff is wonderful and the price is great. And I know he's getting the exercise he needs during the day. We are very happy to have found them!
Lisa Owens: PAWS daycare was great, price is definitely reasonable and the first visit is free. I did leave a tip the price of the day. My dog had a complete and utter blast. They sent me an update and a picture. I took her there at 8:00am and by 10:00am she was sleep from exhaustion. She ate while there and came home very tired and slept really good that night and the next day. We will return
deshaunne: Mickey the poodle and Ace the peekazu had wonderful baths and cuts. It's nice they can socialize with other dogs while there. The staff is great. Grooming was amazing.
Marie Liebelt: They take excellent care of the dogs
Matthew Marusak: They did a wonderful job grooming my cat. He's a big boy with lots of fur that gets matted easily, and they always do a neat and careful job. Elvis is much happier, as is his dad. Thank you!

It was a one-stop-shop for all of our needs, and I highly recommend it for pet owners of any kind. The staff was exceptionally courteous and amiable, and both they and the customers observed social distancing rules, ensuring the store's cleanliness and the safety of everyone inside. Moreover, I love the store's food quality, always kept in stock and appropriately displayed in a clean and well-lit environment. Overall, Petco is my go-to store for my pet shopping needs.

Pet Palace - Cary: what do users think?
Laura Earl: My dog Willow boarded for five days last week. Could tell she was not feeling well the next day after picking her up. Per the vet, she has pneumonia, bronchitis, and a sinus infection. I have called twice and tried to speak with a manager with no return calls. Willow is a senior dog so this very dangerous for her. The high vet bill was not appreciated either!
Mark: First time visiting Pet Palace for a grooming appointment for our 3.5 year old golden retriever. Laura did an awesome job!! Our little fur ball looks like a new pup. We will definitely be back again 😁
Pablo Sánchez: They take care of the animals
Aparna Rajesh: It's been over 2 years and here's an update: We still love Pet Palace :) Jamie and her team do a wonderful job of taking care of our Arya - be it day-care, boarding or grooming. They respond quickly and take care of all our needs.Arya loves Pet Palace. She goes in happy and comes back happy. We chose Pet Palace because it is clean and great for boarding and day care. The staff took good care of her when we were away for a week. She really enjoyed the play groups and one on one play time. The staff are kind and would let me know how she is doing.
Gordon Huggins: My doggie loves the staff
T.J. Rausch: They took amazing care of our Elle.
Elizabeth Rogers: Pleasant experience for first time patron. Appreciate the care of our animal family member... Thank you
Larissa Kim: We’ve been taking our dog here for about a year now after moving to the area and needing dog care when we’re away. It’s super easy to book/reserve a spot online for boarding. Their prices are fair. Their workers are very nice and always thorough during check in. They give my dog his anxiety meds and probiotics when we have him stay there and the 1:1 play time is great. They give a little report card of how he did. Very happy and will continue to use this location for boarding.
Michael Fenn: The groomers here are great and they have pretty good availability for scheduling.
Joanne Burden: Kona was very well cared for!! Individual playtime, overnight stay- great experience.
Carlene Mongkuo: The staff is very professional & show that they do care about their customers( pets)! I never worry when my cat is staying there. She always seems happy when I pick her up :)
Shaifali Juneja: I was traveling for work to Atlanta and left my dog at Pet Palace-Cary. He had a great time here socializing with the staff and other dogs his size. I booked a standard size boarding room for him since he’s a mini poodle (weight 10lbs). Also got his departure bath and nails trimmed, and it was perfect. They gave me a report card for him mentioned how and what he did during the playgroup times. This place is definitely our’s 1st choice now! Thanks to everyone on the staff to such a great service
Ashley Bejte: We bring our fur babies to Pet Palace very often. I feel comfortable knowing they are in awesome hands. My dog runs in with her tail wagging and jumps on the counter. She loves her human friends at pet palace!!! Our cat is just as happy there as well. No complaints from us. 5 stars!!!
arun yannam: I would definitely recommend
Jenny Lee: I take my fur babies here for boarding whenever I go out of town. The staff is super friendly and my pups are well taken care of.
Jill Schade: We’ve been going to PP for both daycare and boarding for over a year now. We have 2 dogs that absolutely love love going. Our older 4.5 GSP has been rough to board previously due to some anxiety and allergy issues. She has had nothing of that at PP. We love how they care for and truly know their personalities and try to keep their training and manners in check as we do. At Valentine’s Day I just beamed at the gifts they sent home from daycare. Now if this is not a picture of happy dogs, I don’t know what else is!
Ayse Ayrilmaz: Staffs are so nice always and my dog is happy with them. I leave him with no doubt😊
Heather Lopez: Laura is the best groomer! Always on time and professional. She listens to our needs and there are never any unpleasant surprises. I hesitate saying how awesome she is since we just want her all to ourselves 😁
Caroline Denya: Thank you so much for going out of your way to help dogs in need at the wake county animal center! What an amazing and generous gift to the animals and staff! We’re so grateful to you for investing time and resources to help our wonderful pups. It’s obvious you guys really care about the well being of all the dogs you care for. Thank you!
Danielle Mathias: We have been very happy with the Pet Palace in Cary for our boarding needs when we go out of town. When we pickup our dog Tucker, he is clean and seems content and it has been a good experience overall to where we now feel comfortable leaving him in their care. The suite is a decent size, the rate is fair and their is an option for pet cam to watch on App. After a horrible experience at a different local pet boarding facility, I am so glad we found this place.
Grace: Our cavapoo is a big fan of Pet Palace in Cary, so we are too. She’s stayed there at least a handful of times over the past 2 years. She’s stayed in different sized suits and had camera and no camera. All options have been fine. She has also been groomed there, and their groomer did a great job on her teddy bear face cut.

Pet Wash 24 Cary: what do users think?
Sheila Hopkins: disappointed that it is now closed permanently
Nicole Iadimarco: I love the concept of this place. My dog will not let any groomer work on him and this option was way better then having to bathe him at home. I brought my own supplies which made it easier for me but they do have vending machines there. I really like the fact that they have a heated infrared section to keep your dog warm while you dry them off. The owner is a very nice man who was helpful navigating me through my first time using the equipment and was kind to my dog who is fearful of strangers which I really appreciated. We really enjoyed our experience here!
Nancy J Tucci: It was a very Strange experience. I almost fell a couple of times because the floor got wet. I used to groom dogs and we had rubber mats to prevent that from happening. A little expensive and if you don't have a credit card I don't know what you can do.
Cindy Jones: Great concept and all was great except the blower was really cold. Summer would me okay but my hands froze and so did the dog. But I didn’t have to deal with hair all over the house so bonus!
Monte G.: As much as I enjoy the concept of this place, it is incredibly underwhelming and almost useless as a place to wash your dog properly. I've got two large dogs, and nothing there was good enough to wash them, let alone enough to time to even soak and wash them; we left with cold, smelly wet dogs in the end. Also, if you do decide to come here, I highly recommend paying with cash. I ended up paying with card, and while the speaker in the room says to press it for a few seconds, it still ended up charging me way more than intended, despite giving no indication that it was still running my bank account. Luckily I did end up getting my money refunded, but this is not the way to go, especially since the credit card instructions reciprocated the instructions from the speaker. Not coming back, best spend your money at an actual groomer or wash your dog at home.
Mike Doden: Two stars for the concept, but the execution is lacking. I'm not even sure any soap was stocked in the machine as every setting I used just put out water. My dog still stinks. And as others point out, the blower is very low power - basically the dog just hopped out and shook water off the free way. Finally, pricing is clear now - but $18 for 18 minutes seems like a lot for a dog bath. I'll just do it at home next time.
Anurag Pallala: We visited with GSD and beagle. The store is clean and the instructions from the speakers and store are clear. The price is reasonable for the present market conditions . I also like the business model.
MJ Worldwide: This place was pretty gross. Not well maintained. We came here in a pinch, will not return. Blowers had almost zero air pressure. Stank of dog pee.
Jacqueline House: This place is scraping the bottom of the barrel in terms of dog wash facilities. It stinks, it's hot, it's humid. The timed machines are not even close to being adequate for bathing, conditioning, and drying a dog. We paid 50 dollars and still left with a wet dog (who will beed to be rebathed if not slowly dried with a hair dryer at home) - the dryer was weak and kept running out of time before we could even get headway. A professional bath and blowout is around that price. There is no telling how much it would have cost to actually adequately bath and dry my dog. Its also rough on dogs because the owners are rushing instead of trying to respect the tolerance of their dogs. It's a pathetic excuse for a facility and business. Most DIY dog bath facilities are 15.00-18.00, are all inclusive (towels, tools, products), and are not time limited. I will never ever set foot in this place again and I will forever tell people to avoid this joke. The pricing structure, inadequate machines, and the time limit really come across as predatory. The owners should be embarrassed.
Makaila: Came here to wash our dog! Amazing! Just I didn’t get to wash the dog..
Isaac Davis: Excellent concept with 2 bays which were well lit, spacious, and reasonably clean. Equipment was modern with lots of options. Unfortunately I can't provide this with any more than 1 star as their pricing is dishonest (and inconsistent). One sign said $5 for 10 minutes, another said $5 for 5 minutes; however, when I swiped my card it actually charged me $5 for 2 minutes! This caused me to spend far more than intended on a simple dog wash, and is frankly illegal. Additionally, when there's 1 minute left the machine beeps very loudly and incessantly, which scares dogs (with only a 2 minute limit, this meant it was going off every other minute). I really had high hopes for this, but even the best ideas are ruined by poor business practices.
Tierney Schetzle: Of course it’s going to smell like dogs 🤣. Dogs are nice and clean.
LaToya McPhatter: No soap otherwise a great experience
matthew hamilton: I have visited the Pet Wash 24 in Fuquay many times and never had an issue. Today eas my first visit to the Cary location. I was not pleased. 1st off the water pressure was dreadful. Shampoo had a dirty water kind of smell and barely made any suds, really couldn't tell if conditioner was even flowing at all. Water was on the chilly side and the blow dryer blew cool room temp air and not very well at that.I have 2 large dogs (90#'s, 120#'s) and used both the $17 wash side and the $25 wash side. Both wash selector consoles delivered the same lackluster experience. Also, there is no noticeable difference between selecting dry or gentle dry on the dial. Both my dogs left cold, wet and still stinky.Maybe they need to do maintenance on the machines here??? Next time I'll drive the extra 30 mins and go to the Fuquay location.
y u: It is good if you have back pain and you need elevated place to wash your dog. They have different shampoos. My only complaint and concern is the Dryer. It made the whole experience bad. The air was super cold. I just couldn't use it on my dog to dry her. I had to take my jacket out and wrap her. She was very scared. The air should be nicely warm so it dries dog fur yet comfortable. If it had the right dryer it would have been great.
Kevin Yockey: It was pretty clean and user friendly. It was nice to be the only one there. My only complaint is that the blow dryer feature was not very strong. No difference between gentle dry setting and super dry.
Elizabeth H: It was dirty and smelled really bad. There are much nicer places to wash the dog. Did not end up using this place because it smelled too bad to stay.
Barb Hill: Positive:Quality,ValueClean, well light for middle of the night washing in a safe area. Soothing music for the dog and ample time on the washer to get everything done! Thanks for having this open 24hours. My GSD approves this message!😊
Robert C McCulloch: Critical:ValueComing from California where most self service dog washes are $12-15 for 30 min and you get multiple shampoo, conditioner and organic products to choose from this place is terribly overpriced for what you get and it was not very clean. I’m sure if you are from this area it’s great.
Gerald Weaver: Please tell the person driving this vehicle not to pull out in front of people and cutting off cars in the left lane while going 8 mph when they are going 45 mph. I had to slam on my brakes to give him just enough time to finish getting into my lane.
Allan Alford: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value

WallyWood Pet Spa: what do users think?
Deb Harvey-Hillman: I had a great experience with Wallywood. My 12lb Maltese/shih tzu is 15 years old and her vision and hearing are almost gone. Taking her away from the home and leaving her where she can’t see/hear was stressful for both of us, which is why I decided to pay more for a mobile groomer. From the minute he stepped in the door, Lizzie went right to him and was never nervous or uncomfortable. By the time I went to the kitchen to get the paperwork he needed, Lizzie was laying on the floor getting a head massage…..she took right to him. He took her to the van and she wasn’t at all nervous. I also liked that he left the van door open so I could see what was going on. Lizzie came in relaxed (she’s usually shaking when I pick her up). I highly recommend him!
Bobby Zaki: Really love coming here, Wally always does a great job. There’s definitely no better place in the area.
Kristyn Dunagan: Wally is awesome! He was so sweet with my little Yorkie, and He did such a great job! My girl has never looked so good! Highly recommend him!!
Shannon Speer: Wally is amazing!! He made my 21 week old Maltese puppy look beautiful. He made sure his first hair cut wasn’t traumatizing. I had attempted to trim his hair before making an appointment with Wally because I had troubling scheduling a grooming appointment with other groomers. I can’t recommend Wally enough! It was super easy to schedule, and he made sure my pet had a wonderful experience.
Nicole Benson: Wally did an excellent job with my pooch Sassy. She had some serious mats but with patience and care, he was able to groom her successfully. She looks AMAZING!! Thanks Wally
Adam Whitaker: Wally is the best. I was a bit nervous because our part maltese, part chihuahua isn't always the most welcoming to strangers. Wally pulled out some Cesar Millan vudu magic and Chico was at ease within seconds of meeting. Super convenient, great haircut for our pup. But most of all, Wally is just a good person who clearly cares about dogs (and their humans). No question, we have found our permanent groomer!
Christin Sollie: I'm a first time dog owner & I've been learning a lot; I'm just as protective over my puppies as I am my children, house training is a little harder than I expected & I am not, in any way, a dog groomer. After researching, I found WallyWood Pet Spa & I couldn't be happier!! Wally was so kind & responsive & has a confident, comfortable vibe that after meeting him for a few minutes (& taking a peak in the van) I handed off my fur baby. They are so happy & we are looking forward to our next appt. The puppies are the most grateful that mom can put away the clippers.
Will Blake: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessProfessional groomer. Very easy to work with. And somehow weeks later, my dogs still smell great!
Christine Bryant: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessMy 5 month old morkie had a first great experience getting his hair cut. My puppy is very tiny, only 2.6lbs and was handled with care. Once the service was over, my puppy was lively and happy. Wally was also very professional and kind! Highly recommend a grooming service with Wallywood!
Nikki Byrd: Highly recommend. I met Wally yesterday for the first time when he came to the house to groom my Mini Schnauzer, Brier. Wally was extremely accommodating scheduling my first appointment. He was professional and very polite. He made Brier feel at home with all the love and hugs. Brier was given his spa treatment looked and smelled amazing afterwards. Appointment scheduled for Mini Schnauzer number 2. Thanks Wally.
Christopher Ingison: My girlfriend and I used his services for her miniature schnauzer. He does a fantastic job. Our snoopy looked beautiful. He is very commutative and he was great with snoopy. Always on time as well.
Tricia Montgomery: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessWally did a great job with Eva. She's a clean, happy girl ready for her next big adventure! I've included her before (right) and after (left) pictures for reference. I especially appreciated Wally's follow through on making and confirming the appointment, as well as the heads-up when he was en route to my house.
Soud Cullen: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
J Andes: We recently met Wally for the first time when he came to the house to meet our new Yorkie puppies and give them their first spa experience. Wally introduced himself and was kind, professional and very polite. Our boys were a bit hesitant at first and Wally took the time to sit and greet them prior to beginning their grooming. Both our boys strutted out of his truck looking sharp, feeling great and summer-ready, bandanas and all. If you're looking for a kind and caring groomer who puts your pet first, Wally is definitely your guy!
Bill H: I have only used WallyWood one time so far and love it. He was super accommodating on scheduling my first appointment. I really like the fact that he has night appointments available which words perfect with my work schedule. Wally was extremely kind and gentle with my two boys. When was Yorkie was finished he looked fabulous--better than my previous groomers have ever done. He is very efficient in his time and his mobile grooming van is very nice. I'm happy to be booked already for the next appointment.
Valrie Horton: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueWally was amazing with my 13 week old goldendoodle, Polly. He arrived, loved on her, and made her super comfortable. She was given the full treatment and looked amazing afterward. We appreciate Wally's professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Would recommend to anyone looking for a positive grooming experience.
Samantha Jimenez: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessOur family loves Wally! He always takes care of our two pups (one of the two who is very vocal and subject to sass) with love and care. He is easy to communicate with and we would recommend him 100%! Thanks Wally!
Arsanuos Balamoun: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueI’m very thankful I have found wallywood pet spa, Waleed provided us with an exceptional experience grooming Oliver. He is very knowledgeable, professional as well as he genuinely cares and loves what he does. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an awesome grooming experience right at your doorstep.
Doug F: This is long overdue but I'm finally getting around to it. About 6 weeks ago, we had a bit of a pet emergency and our puppy was REALLY overdue for his first trim. Wally had a last min cancellation and was able to move a couple of things around to accommodate our pup and we were all VERY happy and appreciative!! Our puppy LOVED his groom and Wally even stuck around for a few minutes afterwards to play with our puppy and make sure he was happy and good to go. GREAT experience!!! Highly Recommended! Thank you!!
Anne: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessA fantastic job done, by a really nice person! He took his time. My dog is a maltipoo and had matted hair by the time I got him over there. He took care of him nicely, no cuts and he had a very nice trim. He also gave me some tips to groom him, which I so appreciate. Coming back for sure!
Benjamin Burner: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessWally is very kind and clearly loves dogs. He completely rejuvenated our terrier Layla! Will be employing his services again.

Pupsi Inc.: what do users think?
Daniel Rice: Amazing customer service!Pupsi was suggested to me by the kennel that usually watches my dogs when they were full.I like this place better. My dogs seem to like it better too. 🐶🐶
eileen smith: Love Pupsi, Louie is so happy there
Courtney Cantrell: AVOID PUPSI IN CARY FOR BOARDING—I can’t find a vacation foster for my foster dog for 2 weeks in July so I went online to Pupsi to see what they had. They require a day of daycare before boarding so I completed that and paid for it and went online that night to request the 14 days of boarding and see how much that would cost. I wasn’t sure if taxes would be included or any other fees. As I went through the process, it took several screens before I found the final amount. Once I got to that final amount, I called the rescue to make sure that it was OK, but the amount was too much, and they said to use a different kennel. By then I closed the window without submitting my boarding request to get to the final page. That was Thursday night. Friday I got a boarding confirmation and replied to them asking them to please cancel it because I never submitted the request after seeing the amount. Pepsi has absolutely positively after multiple emails refused to refund my money. They are keeping $233. They say that I agreed on the very first screen that they could keep 1/3 of the total amount if I cancel, and they consider it canceling. They said that the reason they tell you to look at the rates on their main page is that the charger goes through without you seeing the final amount that they’re going to charge on your card. Just absolutely horrible. And the guy was rude on the email and they refused to call me even though I keep asking Trace to please call so we can discuss this. I will avoid them at all cost in the future, and they are just a bad business model.
Emma Thorpe: My dog loves PUPSI! They are a wonderful daycare and the grooming is fantastic as well!
Shari Garrett: Great place for doggie day care and overnight lodging too!
Disha Victor: This is the first time I took my dog for dog spa and day care. They took good care of my dog. My dog was a bit scared of other dogs so even though he was put up in the same place with the other dogs, he wasn’t playing with anyone and so we weren’t charged for it which was really thoughtful of the owner.
Kory Hopkins: Good place to take the puppers for doggy daycare or boarding, staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all types of dogs
stefania r: I began taking my dog to Pupsi for daycare, in late December, upon receiving a recommendation from an acquaintance. It has been such a positive experience. Niko seems to really love going, and with him getting all of that playtime in during the day, he's pretty relaxed in the evenings; which means we get to spend more time cooperatively enjoying each other's company. After watching Niko consistently pull me in the door each week, as we arrived, Trace suggested that I sign him (and me) up for a day training with Sam. Life-changing. It feels like I have a different dog, though I know most of the issues we were having were due to my error, and uncertainty on how to properly offer commands, and reward behaviors.I am happy that I found Pupsi, and that I can feel safe in leaving my pup in their care.P.S. Deb at the front desk is so sweet and relatable; she makes 7:30am on a Monday morning feel 50% better!
Erin: We and my dog love Pupsi! They care about our pup, know him by name, and treat everyone very well. Can’t recommend enough!
MaThew MOorE: So I tired coming here a while ago through the phone and the owner was extremely RUDE NASTY 🤢 His Personality is that of a rotten garbage can. Like how is guy in business? I used to work with co workers that trashed talked there customers when they weren’t around. Yeah he gave me that kind of Vibes. Please guys there better options like camp bow wow in Cary that owner was 10000xs better don’t waste your money on that nasty hag
Eric Eckenrod: Absolutely love the staff!! The facility is also great and we always feel comfortable leaving our dog for the weekend. We have been using Pupsi for almost 3 years, and the service level has not diminished. Highly recommend.
Sherry Logan: Do not take your dogs here. The guy at the front desk will not work with you at all. Booked everything beforehand to ensure my dogs had a place to stay, to be told at drop off that their messages must have gone to my spam and they were booked. I’m from out of town. Did and sent them everything they requested and now have nowhere to board my dogs. Do not depend on these people like I did, because now I don’t know what to do. I thought everything was arranged beforehand or I would have looked further.
Jennifer Rosen: We absolutely LOVE Pupsi! My dog always gets so excited to go, he sprints from the car to the door and doesn’t even turn back to say bye lol. My sister also brings her dog here too and she loves it as well! Murphy always comes home all played out and when he gets a bath, smelling nice and clean. The staff is GREAT and very communicative. Also think it’s cool that they have a viewing area where you can peak over the fence to see the pups playing. I’ve recommended Pupsi to a LOT of people and will continue to!
Javier Leiva: My dogs love it here. They are so tired from playing all day.
Warrior For Christ: ZERO Stars if I Could!!!! By far the WORST dog day care I’ve EVER went too. Ladies and Gentlemen, if you love your dog and see them as family do NOT send them here!!!
Lynda Marie: I have serious mom guilt when I have to board my dog but pupsi has always made it easier!!! The dogs get SO much play time, it’s like a vacation for them too! :)
John & Natasha Ford: The best! We love pupsi! Our basil loves his pupsi!!
Kelli Kaspar: Family owned and operated. Great facility.
Eric: Trace and Debra have always been a great help when I take my dog to Pupsi for boarding.
Allen Sims: I try to give people grace & being that this place can highly recommended the standard was already set extremely high. Such a disappointment for a first time puppy cut. I wish I would’ve had the opportunity to really look at his hair prior to leaving but it was extremely choppy, his fur has lines chopped all in it, his ears are uneven & he just doesn’t look like a puppy. The whole process just felt rushed and wasn’t thorough enough for me especially as a first timer. Can’t even post pics because this cut is TERRIBLE.
Jomar Streeter: Update to this owner response: I’ve never reached out to this staff via email only phone so they gave me confused with someone else. SLOPPY. Reached out inquiring about having my dog come here, staff was VERY rude, and if that's the way they treat humans I for sure am not bringing my pup here. So many other options in the area.
