Robin exudes such genuine compassion that my cats immediately warmed up to her and I actually missed interacting with her once we returned from our trip. Jack Thorpe: Still the best groomer on the planet. If you don’t bring your dog to Angelica, you’re missing out. She’s the best there is. Very attentive to the dogs and loads of compassion. 👍👍👍I'm here again today. 6-18-2023 and Angelica is taking care of my two girls. I only trust her and she is fantastic.
Ben and Ashlee Battocletti: We have used them a few times now for boarding and our dog Katie always seems to be well taken care of and we appreciate the personal touch the staff gives to her. Have the online scheduling is really nice and the facility is well ran. We will only use them for our boarding needs!
Nancy Cabrera: Penny has been getting groomed at Paws Pet Concierge for months now. It took me a while to find a consistent, reliable groomer in the triangle. She looks exactly the same after every haircut, and comes back smelling so clean. Penny isn’t the easiest dog, she’s very nervous, and can be reactive so dropping her off can get pretty loud, but the staff is so patience and they treat her as their own. I know she’s in good hands and when I pick her up, she’s always calm and happy. I recommend this place to literally every dog parent I know, and those who have gone, are always satisfied. Keep up the good work guys! :)

Timothy Treweek: I needed a last-minute solution for boarding my two labradors. PAWS was the only place that didn't turn me down, and I called quite a few. I was really nervous about taking them to PAWS because I've never boarded my dogs before, and they let the dogs all run around together all day. My dogs are not used to being around other dogs at all, so I really expected them to be super anxious and scared, if not aggressive. The staff at PAWS did everything possible to make sure they were safe and happy and it turned out that my two boys loved it! Thanks to the caring staff, they were eased into the social environment and ended up having a great time, and they along great with the other dogs! I was updated regularly with texts and pictures, which really made me feel much better about it. They also had a bath and grooming on the last day and they were soft and fluffy and smelled great! I'm definitely going to take them back to PAWS the next time we go out of town.

Maddy Parker: Hello!I have truly never been more dissatisfied and disappointed in a dog grooming location than I was with this place. Everything leading up to my dog’s grooming appointment was perfect and when I spoke to staff through text and calls they were all so kind to me. Once we arrived for drop off, everything went wrong. The location was unclean and the staff members did not seem to have a care in the world for my dog. I know every dog owner says they have the sweetest dog and I concur because my dog is beyond happy, kind, and loves people. My dog not only cried during drop off but also refused to go to staff. After I left in tears at my complete dissatisfaction with not only the people but the facilities we quickly turned around and did not move on with the grooming appointment. I write this review to urge the company to work on the initial greeting of both dogs and their families.
Tyler Henderson: I took my dog macho to get a hair cut and a bath. The owner Sherrill was rude to me the entire time. She also treated the animals and her staff as if the were not living beings. My dog suffers from anxiety in public and was uncomfortable at first. She made several jokes about “oh well if he doesn’t like me now he’s really not going to after I’m finished with him, I hurt animals all day every day.” The made me extremely uncomfortable and unfortunately I had to stop and leave in the middle of the service. The owner insisted I pay despite the fact that she had not completed the services I had requested.

The cuts are phenomenal, he's a maltipoo, so he comes home with a clean cut all around from the face to his tail. He looks adorable every time I pick him up and I can appreciate the time they take on getting my dog looking great. Petsmart and Petco could never!

Imad Loutfi: Grooming my 9 pound multipoo dog cost $88 just $12 shy of $100. They told my wife that she was matted and she was aggressive just to raise the price from $60 (which is on their website for full groom) to $88. Please do not lie to make an extra $28. I washed my dog 2 days before and I brushed her smooth with no knots no aggression. It’s unprofessional to tell me my dog almost the size of a chihuahua is scary and aggressive. When my wife told me the dog was aggressive I laughed. By the way, the Nails were not cut either.Looking at other people reviews I see a pattern here. You add matted or aggressive and the price goes up. That’s not a good business practice !! No one like surprises like this. Remove the grooming price from your website if you want charge randomly.On a positive note, boarding my dog there was not bad. The price is fair and the place is ok.

Jessica LaGuardia: I can't even begin to explain how much our 9 month old shepherd mix loves coming to day care here! We started once or twice a week and now he goes almost 5 days a week. If he sees me leaving for work in the morning he cries and nudges his harness and of course I cave and drop him off for the day. The staff is wonderful and the price is great. And I know he's getting the exercise he needs during the day. We are very happy to have found them!
Lisa Owens: PAWS daycare was great, price is definitely reasonable and the first visit is free. I did leave a tip the price of the day. My dog had a complete and utter blast. They sent me an update and a picture. I took her there at 8:00am and by 10:00am she was sleep from exhaustion. She ate while there and came home very tired and slept really good that night and the next day. We will return

My dog has “stranger anxiety”, so he requires extra coddling to break out of his shell, and every walker has given him all the compassion and patience he needs to gain his trust. Faithful Friends won the jackpot with my current walker, Chelsea! Chelsea is warm-hearted and comes with a positive and energized attitude every single day, even when she’s about to walk Onyx in pouring rain! The owner, Julie, is also very responsive to any questions, concerns, and requests, and only onboards true animal lovers to her team. kathy sandel: The care Hydee receives is excellent. However, I did request her nails to be trimmed which they were not. So this is very disappointing to me.

Eb Wolfe: Went to get our 6 month Goldendoodle groomed for the first time. I was asked what I wanted and they let me know exactly what they would do to achieve that. I dropped her off at 8:30a and with two dogs ahead of her, she was done at 12:30p. Very satisfied with the grooming, nail clipping and the recommendation for the next grooming service. I will be back. The facility was clean and the customer service was pleasant.
Molly Eness: Apparently, my dog was “in other dogs’ faces” at his meet and greet so has been in a kennel for 3 days. No notifications. Still paying for full day play. ThisPlace used to be good, but is not anymore.

Yili Pritchett: When we called to make a reservation for Lasso to stay for a week, we intended for Ruff Housing Cary but due to whatever reason it was made at another location. But Ruff Housing Cary took Lasso in when we sent Lasso there. We were very grateful for their flexible and friendly attitude.
Bridget Lenahan: Ruff housing was so sweet when I dropped my pittie mix off for evaluation day. They have web cams all day as well while they’re playing and it was awesome. Since it was his first day he was a little shy and they handled it great. Made me feel much better about wanting to board my dog with them. Especially with a breed like my dog, I appreciated the way they handled him, loved him, and corrected his behavior when needed!
Gary Steele: Son has Giant Schnauzer that they have groomed several times now and each time he comes back looking like a million dollars. Highly recommend
Thu Trinh: Do not waste your money on their daycare services!Even though it says on their website that they provide "luxury daycare" with "at least 1 to 2 hours in each play session", my dog was let out to play for only 45 minutes if not less. When I asked one of the managers, Ana, for an explanation, her response was that it’s in the agreement that our pups would be guaranteed at least 45 minutes of play, and because they already hit the duration they promised, what happened was totally acceptable. But when I asked Ana to show me where exactly in the agreement that said that, she couldn’t and turned to saying that she would try to correct what’s said on their website, from "at least 1 to 2 hours" to "at least 45 minutes". What a joke. I was hoping to hear something along the lines of such short playtime was atypical and would not happen on a regular basis, that they really tried their best but unfortunately due to xyz circumstances that's what ended up happening. The response and attitude I received instead from Ana just left me speechless.Go somewhere else for daycare pet parents. Don’t waste your time and money here.

We can't even say Nicolette's name in the house or our dog is wagging her tail like crazy and thinking she gets to go have a sleepover at Nicolette's! Leaving town is only possible knowing our sweet dog is in the care of Nicolette . She is dependable, flexible and absolutely adored by our dog.

I have 3 geriatric dogs, 1 whom doesn’t play well with others; it is imperative that instructions be followed to avoid a conflict between them. Jovana’s many years as a veterinary technician and extensive knowledge in dog behavior alleviate much of my anxiety surrounding their care when we gone. I appreciate that she meticulously follows our instructions, consistently administers their medications, and maintains the home in good clean order for our arrival home. There is no one we trust more than her, to tend to our 3 oldies.
