It was a one-stop-shop for all of our needs, and I highly recommend it for pet owners of any kind. The staff was exceptionally courteous and amiable, and both they and the customers observed social distancing rules, ensuring the store's cleanliness and the safety of everyone inside. Moreover, I love the store's food quality, always kept in stock and appropriately displayed in a clean and well-lit environment. Overall, Petco is my go-to store for my pet shopping needs.

Hannah Overfelt: As a budding aquarium enthusiast I really like this store. Most people wouldn't really think that a general pet store would take the cake in many ways against some aquatic stores but this one does.Recently I have been dropping in about once every 3-4 weeks to pick up a few things and bombard them with my aquarium questions. I really appreciate how they always take time to listen to my questions, make recommendations or let me know if they are unsure instead of guessing about things as you so often find in other stores.While I am getting the hang of keeping my fish tank hobby they have been really patient with me when one of my fish died(my fault) and got me a new one and helped me work out what went wrong. The next couple fish I have bought from here are doing well and all the live plants I have gotten from them are also thriving and look gorgeous!They have also mentioned that they can order certain fish that I might want that they don't normally carry if their supplier has them. This is really cool because most places just have a set type of common fish and it can be a struggle to find something that makes your set up unique.If you are an aquarium hobbyist I highly recommend you stop in here and poke around. They have a nice assortment of fish with hidden gems that you wouldn't see in the other box stores. Finally, over all, I haven't noticed much illness or disease among their fish as well. Just a few nipped fins here and there. I look really closely because most other places have ich like crazy and no one wants that.

Lily Lopez: We took our pup to the self service dog wash, tucked away in a back quiet corner of the store. I was very impressed by the equipment available. They provide everything—soap, conditioner, towels, ear cleaner, aprons, nail tools, dryer, etc. We were able to take a full hour, so there was no rush or limit on water/supplies like traditional self serve washes. For only $15 I feel like it’s such a great deal. The employees were also very nice, and our pup loved the taco cookie we got for her on the way out. We will definitely be back next time she needs a bath!
Camille Jones: I always have a great experience at Unleashed in Cary! Today my dog and I had a great time shopping and chatting with the friendly employees who are always willing to help. I have never had a question left unanswered, or not been offered any assistance while in this store. I write this review today, as prior to heading to Unleashed, I stopped at nearby Phydeaux to give their Cary location a chance after a very poor customer service experience at their Raleigh location. Once again, Phydeaux left me feeling completely ignored as a customer, not even being able to acknowledge me entering the store while staring right at me. My dog and I left without making any purchases and headed straight down the road to Unleashed. Unleashed is where I will continue to shop when around Cary! Unleashed hires incredibly warm and friendly employees who are always eager to answer questions, suggest new products, give honest feedback when comparing products, and speak to you as they would anyone else in their life, not just a stranger walking into the store. They are all incredibly kind and I have always had fantastic experiences shopping at Unleashed. Thank you!

Jessica Price: We adopted a super sweet 3yo American Staffie mix from the local animal shelter about a month ago. She was listed as a stray and initially exhibited a few behaviors that their staff took the time to help with. Their advice was much appreciated! She also just had her 1st grooming apt with Haleigh. We weren't sure if she's had a grooming apt before but Haleigh was AMAZING with her! When we picked her up she was happy, her coat was super shiny, and the Paw Report was SO cute! Definitely recommend 👌

I cannot begin to say enough good things about the managers that helped with my dog during a week-long stay: Sarah, Jessica, Haley, and a male manager whose name I didn't get. They took such good care of my dog when an emergency situation came up and got in touch with me after they had my dog in the right hands. They were so great about caring for her that I knew she was in good hands until we could come home (earlier than planned) to pick her up. You can tell they truly care about the pets entrusted to them, as well as the owners. They made sure I was informed and that I also felt taken care of. I've been taking my dog there for years, but after this past experience, I am definitely a customer for life. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my girl.

Ron Ragan Jr: One of the best price dog grooming places I have found in the Raleigh Durham area. These people are very friendly and very welcome. Mean and took very good care of both of the dogs as both of my dogs are very nervous and don't like people and they said that the dogs acted. Awesome with them and I assumed that's because they have a lot of experience handling various pets.
D P: I took my pet mini doodle for a grooming appt, she was matted but did not expect them to completely shave her off that I couldn’t recognize her, also they have added extra matting fees for $30 on top of it when asked why was I charged for de-matting when she was completely shaved off they said they tried to de Matt so they charged me extra, this was ridiculous and I’m never going back there.
Apple P: Staffs are ok store is very clean and organized, price tags are big easy to see and find what you want to get.Dog wash station... suggest owner sues whoever wrote layout or came up with these 3 stalls. It's very low when you are taller than 3 feet then you'll break your back washing your dog. My review goes to the 2 on the sides. I went there with a 70 lbs dog Great Pyrenees when she moved her 2 back legs fell off the tub water splashed everywhere. And the water coming out of faucet is very weak heavy in(weight) but hardly produce water so I was there 90 mins washing 30 mins drying. I bought 5 session for $40 I used one and asked refunded and made it one time use. It could've been great but I'd go to place that isn't thus cheap or sophisticated but better functional

I wash my dog at the self wash, there’s always a bone waiting for my dog at the bath. Truly the best pet store, they always have the things I need in stock and a lot of items most pet stores don’t have! Only pet store I shop at now!
Chris West: Great local pet store!! For example, I called one day about a dog adoption event they had advertised. A few minutes later THEY called ME back to tell me the event had literally just been cancelled. I could not believe they did that. It was so courteous. The service has always been second to none. And you cannot beat 5 self-washes for $25!

I have noticed some serious inconsistencies between the in-store price and the online price for numerous products. This normally occurs when the item is on sale but the sale price does not show up online. I recommend just buying items in the store and avoiding the buy online and pickup in-store option.

I have to think perhaps it’s the management perhaps that makes unhappy employees. But upon stumbling upon Pet Mania on my friday Fresh Market run, I was greeted by two so upbeat and smiling young faces! And when I did ask later about a bird cage screen and the young man didn’t think they had one but went to look anyway and said we can probably order one check back! Just very helpful. Told me about owner having three parrots, one rescued recently to make third. Just very engaging and makes for a very personalized experience! This is what you get with “local”!!!

I came in with my 14-year old pitbull (Rest his soul, I miss you Archebald) and a young, smiling employee proceeded to recommend me the absolute BEST food for my Archie. He was blind at this point, so he could not visually enjoy the beautiful food we bought for him, but when I poured the first bowl, the way he limped to the food on his 2 remaining legs spoke for the quality of the food. The late Archie and I recommend this store to everyone!

Antonio Tart: This place is great! The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they offer and the brands that they carry. I never have a problem when it comes to items being in stock here because they always have what I need at this location. The store is clean and easy to navigate and everyone is always so helpful and happy to help when and if you have a question! I love Hollywood Feed, so much so I stopped shopping at PetSmart for my supplies because everything there was generic and no one really knows anything about the products. If you ask questions they refer you to the packaging or the companies website… Hollywood Feed is definitely the better option for me and my boys! The food is always fresh and even the raw food I get for my boys that comes frozen, I’ve never had any issues with them as far as looking or being rancid from being thawed out and re frozen or anything. You can tell that this company takes pride in what they do because they do it so well… I will be a customer for years to come!!
Kelsey Raymond: We visited this store for my pups first birthday. I can’t remember the name of the girl who helped us but she was great! Everyone was great actually! So friendly and they made us feel at home! We bought a beer mug shaped cookie and Finn thoroughly enjoyed it!

Yolanda Williams: I have been a customer for about 2 years now. My go to stores have always been Hollywood Feed and Pet People. I have a very pity shihpoo. 2 weeks ago I ran out of primal lamb. Hollywood feed did not have so they suggested I try the beef. My baby was not a fan. I attempted to return on yesterday and team member named Denise was rude, asked if I could try the beef with another dog. I only have one puppy so I was shocked someone would suggest I give it to a second dog. Anyone with common sense would try with a second dog if they had one. I travel over 24 miles to get my dog food. I was also trying to restock up on Primal Pork and Lamb. I asked if she had the large bag. Denise was rude and stated what we have is out on the floor. I asked if I could get the small bag, once again Denise was very short and repeated the it’s on the shelf. The lamb was on the top shelf not easy to grab. Failed to offer any help. I returned the items and refused to make any purchases from this store or with Denise. I drove across the street to Unleashed. Alittle more money but customer service was excellent!!! This will be my new place for my shihpoo needs. I normally enjoy going to Hollywood Feed, Denise poor customer service will now have me take my business to someone who can support customers

Оленка V: I started coming here and told all my friends and family about it years ago when I got my first dog. Overall it’s a decent experience depending on who’s working at different locations. Sometimes you get no attention, sometimes they are great and super helpful. I eventually switched to Morrisville location but sadly they shut down. I started doing delivery to save the trip and for some reason they now put a plastic covering over a bag of dog food which just seems wasteful to add more plastic to something that already has its own protection and seems to be unnecessary so it’s sad to see this addition that just ends up trashed. Overall the company is nice and most of the employees are great and care about their jobs and the people they are helping. The best part is the education that the employees receive and that you can receive as a customer which is a great benefit.

One example of their over priced stock is a small ceramic (not thrown pottery, but mass produced ceramic) food bowl that was priced at $50. I was stunned by the price.I immediately left and went to a pet store around the corner where I got a very similar bowl for $15. I then searched on Amazon, PetSmart, Petco, etc and their similar bowls were also priced at around $15.This is just one example of many.
