Rebecca Murison: Please let me first say I feel like what I was looking for and expecting was impossible, but my expectations were not put into realistic proportions. I had a photo I was trying to recreate exactly, I reached out to Jenny and she said she would be able to recreate the photo.We spent a fair amount of time trying to recreate the shot and I even approved and accepted a photo before I left only to realize when I recieved the photo nothing was like the original. The lighting was different, the angle was different, and honestly the vibe / I am different (which of course is not Jenny's fault).I'm just so disappointed... Heather Fox: I cannot recommend Jen enough! She has worked with us through several phases of life - engagement, wedding, and now family photos.Our wedding, in August 2019, was originally set for summer of 2020; however, Jen quickly accommodated us when our wedding had to be replanned within a matter of a couple months due to military orders. Our engagement and wedding photos were absolutely stunning. She took SO many photos, and they were everything I’ve ever dreamed of!Just recently, she took our family photos. We have three toddlers - so I can attest to the fact that she is incredibly patient, kind and understanding. She captured our family and littles in the very best, authentic way.Jen is professional, quick, and has a wonderful eye. We have used several photographers before, and none of them have ever compared to the magic that she works. We will be jHagan customers for life!

Erica Amis: I had the pleasure of working with Emanuel at The Fotoshoppe to create a slideshow for my wedding. I took it old school photos from the early 90's and also emailed in some new ones. He did an amazing job creating our slideshow with different transitions and added in some special songs for us! We will definitely be working with him in the future!!

Roger Bertrand: This shop specializes in film processing, but also does other photo related services.I took some photographs (about 25) to them for help b/c years ago they had gotten stuck together.They were able to get them unstuck and once that was done they scanned them and saved the pics to a CD. The service was great, the price was reasonable, so bottom-line I would definitely go there again.

Autumn W: Did a good job of trying to make things right. I wish I had received better communication on when my photos would arrive such as push notifications similar to Amazon, Wal-Mart, Target, and Home Depot. Image quality was mediocre on metal. It was sent back for correction and returned a week or two later the same. I wish I was told initially that the resolution would be degraded because of the material I chose to use. I didn't know this to begin with. If that was the case, I would have spent the $300+ on having it on acrylic. Instead I spent around $100 for something I'm not too satisfied with.
Luz Piedrahita: Excellent photo printing service! Needed 2 passport style photos printed and I had my own digital copy, at Walgreens, they wanted me to pay $16 each! Here at the Fotoshoppe, I simply emailed the file, and in less than 5 minutes I had 2 great quality photos, for only $6! Absolutely recommended!
Toni: This is a brick and mortar store in Cary, I ordered a large photo print from it recently, their service was relatively quick, I could pick up the print the next day, and was happy with the quality of the print. The GPS location was not accurate, leading me to the correct plaza, but not the exact store, you may use the 'Harris teeter' grocery store as reference, as they are next to each other. Overall, I recommend this store.
Kyle Vu: I came in to get a roll of 35mm and a disposable developed and they were super kind to me and had such a fast turnaround time. I’ll be coming here for all my film developing and scans in the future!

Hommy: We needed large size portraits for a funeral, the day prior, and the employees (and owner? manager?) did everything they could to walk us through the process and expedite the order. They were so good to work with and the quality of the printing was amazing. Thank you!
