I wanted a mat cut for a letter to be framed. After looking at what I wanted to do I was shown a far better option. I ended up with a different frame than originally planned and I’m so happy. They really are very good at what they do and offer. I definitely recommend this business and I’ll be back.

Linda Hart: I will never do business with this company again. I feel like a trainee handled my order because it certainly was not done by a professional. Last month (09/2020) I took 6 pictures to Frame Masters in Cary; 1 for a new frame and matt and the other 5 were for new matts only. For those last 5, 2 had silver metal frames and the other 3 had silver wooden frames; all 5 had been purchased at another frame shop several years ago and all 5 were in great condition when I took them to Frame Masters. The day I picked up my pictures a thin clear wrapping was put around each of them. The lady waiting on me stacked all 5 of the silver framed pictures on top of each other to carry out to my car and handed me the one with the new wooden (non-silver) frame to carry. She placed them in my front passenger car seat and, once I got home, I noticed that the bottom picture, one with a silver metal frame, had several scratches on the front of the wrapping. Once I unwrapped it, I saw that two of the scratches had gone through the thin wrapping and had left ugly scratches on the front of the frame. It appears that the wire and screws and hook on the back of one frame scratched the front of the frame stacked underneath it. That thin clear wrapping they use is just not thick enough to keep that from happening. Furthermore, one of the wooden silver frames had a tiny piece of wood missing in the top right corner. When I called to complain they had me bring those pictures back to their store. For the wooden frame they filled in the gap and touched up the paint as best as they could but said that silver is a hard color to match and it was obvious that the paint they used did not match the rest of the frame. The young lady waiting on me actually remarked that she remembered my frames being “beat up” when I brought them in. I held up my frame that had been in perfect condition when I brought it in and did not have a scratch on it and said “you’re calling this beat up?!”. Actually, the only frame that was not in great condition when I brought it in was the one that I had them replace. For the metal frame they said that they could not repair the damage, nor did they offer to refund any part of the $624.68 I had paid them, nor did they offer me a discount on any future work. They said that I could not prove that they caused the damage. To make matters worse, for the silver wooden frames, this store did very sloppy work. Those pictures came in with black paper on the back of the frames which a worker at their store replaced with a lighter color paper. However, all around the bottom edges on the frame backs you can still see several strips of the original black paper and in some areas, part of a strip will be sticking up because it was not properly trimmed. Also, at least one of the hooks screwed into the back of a frame to hold the wire is sticking out past the edge. .

It’s simple calculation and if you want my business you should be able to convert for me without me whipping out my own calculator to feed you the info you need. Overall did not feel welcome here.

I’m sorry we are a little busy but we’ll be with you as soon as we can”. It was just a very unwelcoming and rude experience. I guess they don’t need our business. We left and definitely won’t be back.

Alanna Howard Garrison: Very disappointed with recent visit after being a customer for several years. I framed 4 pieces - a set of 3 original items and then a portrait. The portrait frame had a small nick in the rustic metal and I had to ask to have it filled in/covered. Considering they charged $400 for the framing it should be flawless. One item in the set of 3 was completed incorrectly; the item was crooked, and Bethany flippantly said she thought it was supposed to be that way. Even though the other 2 are straight as they're supposed to be... She didn't offer an apology nor a discount, and said there wasn't a way to undo the way it was all put together. The only option offered was for me to remake the piece! I was so shocked I paid and left, vowing to never return. Way overpriced for the quality of work, will be returning to Michaels where they take pictures of the setup to ensure the work is completed as requested, and don't charge over $1000 for 4 items.

If you can't find it here I don't think it exists lol!The fabrics range from traditional solid color or patterns to theme celebrated options. The staff was quite courteous and helpful. The store wasn't overflowing with too much traffic in the checkout lines were quick.The fabric wasn't the only thing available there. She was able to purchase the inside stuffing, thread color desired as well as the tail, nose and eyes.I asked her if she would recommend the store and she said definitely. It has everything she needs in one place.
