Dropped my laser off 2 weeks ago, promised a 3-4 day turnaround initially, only to have it returned with “no problem found” and a $100 invoice. Still has the same problem. Explained and illustrated the problem to the repair tech Jeff only for him to argue there’s nothing wrong with the level and it must be user error or just how the laser acts.The laser worked fine previously, then stopped out of nowhere. Why would I bring a laser in for service if it was working fine? Sheesh.Brought it here for professional service and diagnostics only to be out a hundred bucks and the same malfunctioning laser.

Michael was fantastic putting everything right where I wanted and they were able to deliver with a quick turn around time from delivery. The best part? The price for the mulch and stone was significantly lower than any of the big boxes chains where no one would care if you were happy with the product. Michael had me look everything over and make sure I was happy before he left. Wonderful company and wonderful people. Choose local and small, y’all!
ESDRAS MANUEL CARBAJAL MELGAR: This company is amazing. I have been working with them for the last two years and every time they have been so professional and responsable. From the nice lady that took my order and information on the phone. To the guy that does delivery. Michael did the delivery and he was amazing. He even managed to attend the little demands of my toddler.We have order mulch and gravel only but the whole process was on time and as described. I highly recommend this company.
Brandy Kennedy: The staff are very friendly and helpful, but there is so much trash and debris contamination in the mulch that it was alarming. I found myself picking out plastic and large peices of metal, amongst other trash. I understand you can't keep everything out, but it looked as though the trash was mulched up into the product.. not a good look for a professional landscaper to install such contaminated mulch, was very disappointed.
Patrick Harrison: The 50/50 mix I purchased from them was extremely disappointing. On the website it says all soil has some clumps but this is way worse than "some clumps." This "50/50" mix is mostly clay and sand with some composted wood chips. The picture I included is clay and sand from the soil that I removed from my raised bed. There is about a 2" layer that is as hard as concrete on the ground next to my raised bed now. All of the soil in the bed still contains way too much clay/ sand and I'll likely have to remove all of it and replace with better quality soil. I can't speak for the rest of their products but if you're looking for soil for gardening I suggest you stay away.

Catherine Florczak: We just moved to Garner 1 Sept and bought a house. Now it is time to get the yard and gardens new and beautiful. The place to start is the soil and finishes with mulch. Today we discovered TLS and it was the best decision to start there. They had exactly what we needed, the prices were good and they almost beat us home with the delivered. Loretta made us feel like old friends and Odie went above and beyond helping us get the dirt where we needed it. As soon as we finish landscaping we will be heading back for the mulch. If you need these products they are the best place to go.

I always go to TLS because of the consistency in quantity of materials.
