I want to extend a thank you to Mark who was on the phone with me all day Explaining the differences between HDPE and UHMW. At the end of the day, he sold me a cut off at a discount of exactly what I needed instead of an extremely expensive purchase I was ready to make. If you need plastic, give them a call.

As a firm believer in professionalism as it is the right thing to do and there are always other options, Piedmont was right on point. The big box companies have to special order 4x8 plexi and it can take awhile yet after a single email, I was sent a quote and proceeded to call where I spoke to Will who was prompt and professionalism. I believe it is vital to cover one's bases when spending money as relationship building over a long term can mean the world to a growing business. I will recommend them to friends and clients alike when in need of this specialty product.Thanks,Jim
steve jahn: I would describe my experience with this company be a 000 stars experience and don't feel they should even be open to the public. Yesterday I went to pick up a piece of acrylic sheet I had ordered for an important photo show that I have coming up. When I got there I was told that the order had not been placed and that they had no knowledge of me ordering it. When I called the week prior to that I was quoted a price for the material and that I could pick it up the following Monday or Tuesday. Well I waited until Wednesday to pick up. I told the only salesman in the room that I don't make things up and that I wouldn't have been there at all if I hadn't spoke to another salesman. He proceeded to tell me in a very unapologetic and belligerent manner that I could not have been quoted that price and that I would have to pay for an entire sheet and would have to wait another week before I could pick up the material. UNACCEPTABLE!!! So after going back and forth with him and one of the managers they did cut the piece, reluctantly, and for the price that I had agreed to. Whatever happened to the old adage that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. The icing on the cake, so to speak, was that the salesman said that he really didn't care if I left with the material or not. I did tell him I didn't appreciate the way I was treated and that I would put the word out there concerning their customer relations and I have to as many people as I can. Your company ethics SUCK!!!!

However my level of satisfaction for each treatment was low. … I was forced to see another provider because I was 10 minutes late (traffic) . I was told the person who was scheduled to do my treatment had to go home. I sat in my car ( in CARE parking lot ) feeling real disappointed . I decided I would never reschedule an appointment with them. I made a call to another provider and schedule an appointment for the next day. … awesome service!!! 20 units instead of the 30 I got at CARE!! BEST Botox ever!! Two weeks and unbelievable positive result !! Result I have never seen before….leave me to wonder…….Sometimes it pays to be bold

Malik Awan: For OTR deliveries: Call receiving to confirm your delivery appointment. I was told my receiver if my delivery is not on schedule they will refuse my delivery. From Blue Ridge Rd Go on Beryl Rd, building is on right side, so have to go all the way end of the street to turn around unless you want to blindside from street. 7 skids to unload, was in and out in 15 min. Nice people at receiving.
