Yolanda Perez: They tell you one thing over the phone when you go in the store it's a whole nother ball game. Not a welcoming environment. The rep was the only one in the store he made sure to tell people that. He seemed to try everything possible to turn peoole down then to help them. I won't be going to this store for any device needs again.

Robert Bray: My IPhone battery was not holding a charge. I took it for service and was very pleased. The tech was very knowledgeable and efficient and diagnosed the issue and was able to exchange the battery in a couple of hours.

GeraldLaz38: While Samsung and Best buy were busy chasing their tails, this place took my Galaxy fold 4 and pretty much replaced two screens, and the phones framework SAME DAY, and in less than four hours. All done under warranty. Simple, fast, efficient. Why mail your phone to a service center and hope to get it back in a month when these guys can do it same day? Awesome job!
