amy petro: Beth at the printing center was so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to detail. She was very patient, helping to get my projects printed, and chose to personally oversee my order to ensure it printed correctly. I will take future projects to Staples because of the customer service I received.
Bill & Sandy Sheppard: Needed service on new computer in a timely manner. Carlos and Shawn did a masterful job to get the job done quickly. Thanks.
Sarah Frye: Had an appointment for TSA pre check. Workers seemed to not care that their only worker called in sick and we’re not proactively helpful with providing solutions to not being able to complete the task we signed up for. A suggestion to better customer service would be to call and inform individuals that they could no longer be helped or even provide suggestions on other locations/calling to see if other locations had walk in availability.

Lori Miller: Staff was rude and not helpful. I spoke to 2 employees and not one friendly face. Won’t be going there again.
Kristin OBrien: Just left this store. I was in line at the customer service register because it was the only one open. An older gentleman was waiting for service on the other side and was next to be helped. Michelle proceeded to ignore him and his ink cartridges. She asked me to come forward until I said he was next. He thought he could refill them. She was short and mean with him. He didn't understand the services available and she didn't explain. The lack of basic human kindness to this man was painful to watch and listen to. I'm angry with myself for not saying anything right away. Nobody would want their family member treated this way. There was no line, only me. It would have taken two minutes to kindly explain the recycle program to him. She ruined his and my morning and should be ashamed of herself for providing nothing but a negative experience at Staples.
Taylor Long: I came here for my TSA pre check appointment. After the machine wouldn’t work and waiting over 40 minutes, the lady said I could wait two hours for tech to fix the issue, or return another day after 2pm. I came back a few days later at 2pm and had to be considered a walk in. She took all the other appointments before me one after the next even people who came in way after I had been waiting. After 45 minutes I was finally able to get my TSA Precheck done.They need to have a better system for this. Not only that but she was incredibly unpleasant. I would not recommend going to Staples for your TSA appointments.
William Wallace: Management standing around looking like nothing to do and could not get help locating s specific item. Getting help in this store is very difficult.
Valentina Carpinelli: It's not the first time I need the printing service, the ladies who are in the printing service are rude, they don't make an effort to help, and they even make faces that they are not happy to help you, I felt like begging for friendly service . And still whispering about you in front of you, totally unethical and unprofessional. The only one who really does a wonderful job is Leah, she would work exemplary. I noticed in other reviews that many people have the same complaints, and I still have to hear from the manager, I'm sorry she's not having a good day, too much service. This happened twice in one month. I think it's time for some customer service training. I will definitely never come back, I literally felt humiliated.
Katharine Bayer: I came here to print a document and of the 5 printers, only 1 worked. All the machines behind the counter also were down . There was no urgency to fix them. People cut in line. Not a good process.
Robyn H: At first I had a hard time finding someone to help me because they were busy stocking shelves but when I finally found Sean I lucked out! The shredder I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf even though the website said they had 3 so Sean looked up the store stock, went hunting for me and not only did he find it he had it waiting for me at the register. It was priced lower on the website so they matched the price!
Constance Smith: The one star is not directly related to staples as the front counter cashiers were very friendly and eager to help, my issue was with the print and copy management. I utilize a third-party service that I pay for opposite staples. On this particular visit, no one in the department had a working knowledge of the service. I find that to be a quality control issue w upper and middle management. Why is it that only management is familiar with postal services?
Mital Desai: Never really go to staples unless I need something printed. Every single time I go there the ladies working at the printing/copy center are absolutely miserable, unfriendly and rude. They don’t make eye contact when talking to you. They don’t say hi, thank you, please or bye. Wish management would review their performance and take action.

Jade Walker: I had issues with connecting the battery of my UPS backup battery. When I brought it in, one of the employees spent a while connecting it up for me, and it wasn’t easy for him, either. I was very appreciative of his help.

Sarah Frye: Had a TSA pre check appointment at another location, but their only worker called in sick. They told us to go to this location for a walk in appointment. We walked to the back where the TSA pre check sign was not knowing the correct process. The person that just completed someone else’s TSA pre check asked if we needed TSA pre check when we said yes, she rudely told us “go check in up front” When we finally found the tiny check in sign, the lady said they didn’t have any openings, even though there was no line. We expressed our frustrations and she calmly and professionally told us the process. Wish they would have fit us in knowing our situation and the fact that they didn’t seem busy.
Ryan H.: Ups in this store is a joke. Just got to a UPS store. They wouldn't let me borrow tape to tape my box which I didnt do in case they needed to see what was in it or couldn't use the box I had. I also couldn't pay for it and then get tape which I rarely do returns and dont need that kind or much of tape.
Maia Wirth: The copy & print team at this store is one of the best I have worked with in the area - I know do all of my business printing with them. They work quickly to get your job done but still with an attention to detail. They are friendly and knowledgable and I would highly recommend them for your printing needs.
Victoria Powell: Love the clearance area since stuff here can be expensive. Some staff is nice but others are disgustingly rude, especially to women buying electronics. I was buying a converter cord for my monitor to HDMI and the cashier guy kept asking me 6 times if I know what I’m getting in a condescending voice. Of course I know what I’m getting. I already have one at home but I just needed a second one for my second monitor which I said but he still kept looking at me like I was an idiot and asked over and over. I hate sexist guys who think all women know nothing about computers.

My wife and I had a great experience with PIP a few months ago in the lead-up to our wedding! A few days before the wedding, we anxiously searched for someone who could print our ceremony programs and some signs for the reception in time. No other print shop was able to promise us that they would be ready in time. When we found PIP, it was already past closing, but Chuck stayed late and answered every question we had. He assured us we'd be able to pick up the prints the very next morning! The price, turnaround time, and quality of the prints all far exceeded our expectations. I had the BEST experience with PIP! I had them do my wedding invitations and they were the lowest quote I could find locally while still not lacking in quality. I ended up having them do multiple proofs for me which feels like such a luxury that many other companies do not offer and they were always extremely helpful and prompt. Above the quality of their work I sincerely enjoyed their customer service and felt valued each time I came into the store (which was a lot of times!). Couldn’t recommend them enough, especially for all of your wedding needs!
