W B: I was on probation and it was rough. But Officer Danita James changed my life. There are officers that are invested in getting you integrated back into society that really care. All it takes is to shut up, listen, and do the work they require of you. One day at a time. I have my life back, and for that I am forever grateful. Never thought I'd say this... But thank you probation haha😚
MS BETTY BOOMBOOM aka FEMALE RAPPER D NYCE: They have consistently harassed me. I am in a treatment program that provides my housing. I am in the honor society at my school. I requested that my office reschedule me until after I could get medical care. She opted to violate my probation and had me arrested two days after my BIRTHDAY. I had a seizure in custody and had to be taken to the hospital. That's why my newest mugshot looks so horrible. I've only been in Raleigh three years.. I've been arrested over ten times for basically nothing. I bailed out and I am home now.. GOD IS GOOD!!!!
dixie nourmous: Officer Kidd will make you wait for two hours on him just for him to reschedule on you. Wont answer his phone either. Highly unprofessional. How many times do cops need to be reminded that our taxes pay their wages?
Julia Jenkins: Office staff is RUDE and unprofessional. Childish, even. She kept repeating "I need pertinent information" .. but wouldn't even let me give her the information! Then after I asked her to please do her job and just look up the name so she could list the new phone number.. she hung up on me ?
Ethan Townsend: The office staff is extremely rude. I have been hung up on 4 times now. Extremely impolite and unprofessional.

Jay Gregus: I honestly feel bad for the staff. I know everyone complains about having to wait a long time, or officers missing sessions, and other stuff like that, but consider this: each officer has to manage 60 or more people, and while you may not be a "problem child" your officer definitely has cases on his radar that need intense supervision every day.And the support staff are phenomenal! I have never waited on hold longer than a minute, and I know their phones ring all day long. And whoever answers is polite and courteous. You can't get better service anywhere!So all this to say: is it a perfect system? No. It has its faults, and sometimes they are glaring. But in light of how overworked these people are, this department is a farcry better than people make it out to be.And in closing, next time you have to visit, thank your officer for their hard work, even if they are late. 😉
Jamaria Mcphatter: Probation officer said she was gone come Tuesday 2 weeks ago, going on 3 weeks. Still never came, and never answers the phone.

William Crawford: I don't care how much you hate your job but to take it out on those you swore to help isn't the way to go
G CY: Yes people do things that aren't right from the littlest thing or the biggest mistake and, poor decisions but either way the people who DECIDED to work here are here to help the people that got in trouble. I think these people walk around without compassion and, they hate their job. They should choose better people, the probation officers are very disrespectful.

Shawn Flaherty: Officer Stone is a great guy and helped me through every step of the way. Unfortunately an issue involving a piece of paper slowed down the process of dismissal. I do not recommend this place, but if you happen to get probation and are assigned Officer Stone, treat him well! And dont tell him I sent you! 😂
