EZPro Kitchen & Bath: what do users think?
Doris Craven: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueVery impressive company. We had them do our master bathroom which we love. Now we have had them remodel our kitchen and they did an excellent job. We love it.Service:Kitchen countertop installation
Chris Traylor: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueEZ Pro Baths did a great job on our master bathroom remodel.
Mark Maslow: Great experience with very courteous workers and completed the job in a very timely manor. Beautiful outcome with a total master bathroom remolding.Service:Remodeling
Gordon Sinclair: Fully renovated our hall bath: Great experience all around. From the first sales call to the final install it was communicated clearly, handled professionally and the people were easy to work with. The job finished a week ahead of schedule. At the final walk through there were a handful of punch list type items to take care of - all items were done within 24 hours.Service:Remodeling
Charlotte Fouque: Working with EZPro was a pleasure and I am totally happy with their work!I hired them to remodel my primary bathroom, which included removing the old shower, taking out the old bathtub and replacing it with a new larger shower (with plumbing changes), flooring, drywall/painting, replacing the fan, light fixtures, some electrical work. The design process was perfect, the designer had prepared several options in a 3D rendering ahead of our appointment, and we worked with her to update it on the fly and pick out materials. I super appreciated this partnership and felt like she genuinely wanted to help us design exactly what we wanted before proceeding. She also worked with us to make adjustments to meet our budget, and was patient with the back and forth. The work took 4 months, but they helped set our expectations from the beginning, and kept us updated via an app when there were schedule delays or adjustments. The project manager would also sometimes text/call/drop by when there needed to be a discussion, which helped clear up confusion and I appreciated that they consulted us on key decisions. We were out of town when the work started but I trusted them to be in our house and do the bulk of the demo while we were gone, which saved us some time in the schedule. The project manager coordinated all the different specialists (plumber, tiler, electricians, drywall/painter/inspector...etc) so we never had to worry about it other than learning names! The end result is even more beautiful than I had pictured and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom.I met with a couple other companies before picking EZPro and did plenty of research, I have zero regrets! They are not the cheapest or fastest, but the quality of their work, the thoroughness of their design process, and all-around ease for us as customers make them the best choice around. I highly recommend EZPro, and have already referred them to others. I plan to work with them again for another remodel project in the future!Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Fan installation,Paint indoors,Shower refinishing,Remodeling,Drywall installation,Plumbing fixture installation,Drywall repair
Jim Clarke: The project, which included a kitchen/dinning room renovation and hardware flooring throughout the house, was a very good experience and we are pleased with the outcome. We had a very clear ideas what we wanted going into the project, and their design team was able to turn our ideas into documented plans visualizing the finished project and detailed enough for the construction team to implement. The construction team was easy to work with, timely and provided a quality product. We are very happy with the net outcome. The only sore point was the planning did not consider replacing the floor underlayment, however, when the construction team arrived for a site check, this problem was immediately spotted resulting in a change order increasing the project costs by ~15% before any work had started. Of course, it needed to be done, and the costs were not out of line. It was just frustrating that it wasn't planned from the beginning.Services:Install flooring,TV mounting,Remodeling,Kitchen design,Kitchen cabinet design,Kitchen cabinet installation,Granite countertop installation,Drywall repair
Molly B: EZPro Kitchen & Bath did a great job on our renovation. We had a 1960's kitchen with a cut up floor plan. EZPro removed all the walls, reworked the ceilings, including vaulting the ceiling in the kitchen, put in new, beautiful custom cabinets with a huge island. We picked our finishes at their design studio with the help of a design professional and the sales associate. She helped us design the layout and all the finishes, with a great program that calculated every inch. We brought the dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook all together in an open layout which is great for entertaining. The before and after is amazing! It was a complex job as well which involved removing ductwork and adding/relocating HVAC as well as replacing the insulation in the ceilings. The owner Greg is a stand up guy with integrity. Very professional and experienced crews.Services:Kitchen countertop installation,Tile work installation,Custom kitchen cabinet construction,Fan installation,Kitchen cabinet door replacement,Kitchen countertop replacement,Remodeling,Kitchen design,Interior structural repairs,Drywall installation,Kitchen cabinet design,Plumbing fixture installation,Kitchen cabinet installation

Jodi McNeill: We did a complete renovation of our bathroom with EZ Pro and we were not disappointed. They took everything out and we started from scratch. They understood my vision right away, and the designer did an amazing job of making it come to life! Everything was explained up front and there weren't any surprises from that standpoint. That being said, as with every project, stuff happens - as we all know from our DIY home projects. We had a hiccup with the tiling, and a tile that ended up knicked by a fallen tool. Both issues were brought to our attention immediately and fixed without any additional days added to the schedule. You get what you pay for, and we will definitely be looking at EZ Pro to do our kitchen and other remaining two bathrooms in the future! Thanks to all at EZ Pro! We love our new bathroom!Services:Tile work replacement,Paint indoors,Shower refinishing,Remodeling,Drywall installation,Plumbing fixture installation,Repair flooring,Granite countertop installation,Drywall repair,Fan repair

Sarah Turner: Contract was to replace a tub with a walk- in shower. Miss Stayley did the estimate & assured us we would have the walk-in shower as long as there was not any termite damage, rot or mold which we did not have. We had to pay 1/2 the cost that night which was not mentioned when I scheduled the estimate. The worker came removed the tub & found a pipe that would prevent installation of the shower pan. He called his supervisor who came out & said it would require an engineer to move the pipe & the only option was re-installing a tub. He did not give us the option to stop the job & have our money refunded because it was out of their scope of work (listed on the contract). Instead, he said they would need to install another tub. When asked why he did not offer to stop the job, he said he wanted to make sure we had a usable bathtub. (One of the questions at the estimate was if we had a second full bath which we do) The tub they installed is worse than the original tub because it is deeper which makes it harder for me to get in & out of with knee problems. My husband told the supervisor he wanted to speak to the owner of the company because we did not receive what we wanted. We requested a refund, but the supervisor would only refund the money for the shower doors. We requested to speak to the owner repeatedly. We were told he would call us but did not. We made multiple calls, sent emails to the company and to Connie Stayley that did the estimate. Over 2 weeks later he finally called. We explained why we were upset; we did not get the shower that was needed for medical reasons, were not given the option of stopping the work since they could not do it or offered to have part of the money refunded. He did finally refund $550 of over a $10,000 job. We informed him we would not have paid that much to have a new tub installed and brought up the information on the contract, but he was not concerned. I used this company because of a recommendation I received from a friend, but I would not recommend them to anyone else. They obviously do not care if their customers are satisfied, given accurate information, or receive the modification needed. They do not return calls or emails and if they had looked under our house, they would have seen the pipe and known the pipe would be a problem. On top of that their solution was to let them remodel our upstairs bathroom at a reduced price. How would remodeling an upstairs bathroom help someone with knee problems?

Stephen Williams: A kitchen remodel is never easy. We hired EZ pro to redo our entire kitchen, and they made it as ease as anyone could. All of our concerns were addressed without any question. We also hired out for our flooring replacement, and they were flexible working around the installation. With big projects communication is key and they kept in constant communication with us. Would do business with again.Services:Kitchen countertop replacement,Remodeling,Kitchen design,Drywall installation,Drywall repair
Cheryl Fritz: Positive:Professionalism,QualityWe had a complete gutting of our master bathroom and the replacement is wonderful. All of the people who worked on it were professional and courteous. I highly recommend EZ pro!Service:Remodeling

John Petitte: The sales process felt disingenuous, as though they would say whatever is required to achieve the sale, but I understand that some salespeople can come off this way. We looked past that experience and focused on achieving a good work result. The shower itself is fine, but the paint job is abysmal and promises to come back and fix it were not fulfilled. We paid on time, were respectful, and didn't withhold payment for those final fixes, which was a mistake on our part. We should not have been so trusting.
david keedwell: I put a down payment down for 1,894 then 2 days later I changed my mind and. I said I want my down payment back and the salesman said he would hold onto it and they won’t cash it right away. we’ll they cashed the check right away and when I called the main office in NC They said no problem we will refund your 1,894 right away so here I am still waiting for my money going on almost a month!! Called last Friday they said they sent it called Thursday 7/22/22 and they said they sent it last Tuesday 7/20/22 and nothing yet. You mean to tell me it’s gonna take almost 4 days to send a check from North Carolina to South Carolina. In my opinion very unprofessional I would never recommend them.
Alietha Hahn: We had such a great experience with ESPro Bath. The communication was great from beginning to end. The work was done on time and with great detail. The best part was Brian Cashman the installer.
John Behringer: I found this company on Angi and proceeded to book them for a master bath remodel. We actually contracted for a full teardown to the studs and rebuild. The original bath was circa 1995 and was very basic. We went very high end with the remodel. The first step was a showroom visit and they do have a very nice showroom. However, you should expect a hard sales approach to this visit. There was nothing they couldn't offer but they pushed hard for a check by the end. In fact, the salesman even drove his car back to my house at 9:00 at night to get a check because I didn't bring one to the appointment.Once the contract was signed sales is done with you and your next contact is the project manager. He came out a week before the scheduled start and confirmed some details with me. He was back on day 1, did a QC check 2/3rds of the way through and showed up on the last 2 days. Although this will be your primary contact, don't expect to see him. I want to say he was onsite maybe 4 times but certainly less than 5. Most of the time we communicated through text. You will be given access to BuilderTrends which is your only way to know what is happening through the process. You will have a schedule in there that goes out about 5 days but will always show the next time they want money. I questioned my PM multiple times about the schedule because things on the schedule didn't always occur. My PM told me the schedule is not for me, it is for him to push production to get trades in line for this work. So essentially, my PM told me there is no schedule that I can use.The people who did the work were awesome. I had no problems, and they were always professional and courteous. The biggest issue is that you have no idea who is coming and when. Jobs that were subbed out generally went all day, even multiple days. Jobs that were not subbed tended to be an hour or two. There was a running joke in my family about this because we just knew that 2 hours after someone arrived, they would drive off. The frustrating part with this is that it was like they were trying to show a little bit of progress almost every day instead of just coming out 1 or 2 days and busting the work out.The contractors generally cleaned up after themselves but there was stuff everywhere. I found more than one razor blade laying around which I assume they used to open some of the materials. Just be careful if you have kids or dogs. Also be careful of the guys driving the trucks with the big trailers. I almost lost a mailbox and got to see one guy slam the trailer into their dumpster hard enough to send a reflector into my yard. No worries though, I helped him find it. Just don't leave your cars, pets or kids anywhere near them when they are being moved.20% of the payment is due at contract signing, 20% when "wet work is materially done which apparently means about 2 weeks in and seems to have nothing to do with anything water related", 20% when construction was done which was due when fixtures were installed 10% at completion which was before the final inspection. I refused to pay the final until after final inspection was done and the PM told me he couldn't give me my warranty docs until I paid. I told him I will pay online when inspection passed and he said I will get my docs in the mail. I never received my documents. Finally, and most humorously, the final day the PM was onsite he handed me a paper where I could rate him and then proceeded to tell me that if I gave him all 5's he gets a bonus. That was hysterical. I gave him all 5's because of the sheer audacity of that request and the fact that I was so happy to be done.Final electrical inspection failed but they came out and fixed it though and we passed.Again, the work came out excellent. Couldn't be happier but the process was a giant pain because we never knew what to expect and when.Services:Tile work installation,Install flooring,Bathtub replacement,Remodeling,Bathtub installation,Plumbing fixture installation

Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery: what do users think?
lauren doskoez: We went in to buy new flooring that is on their website she immediately got nasty at the front desk said we don’t do do flooring you’re on your own we won’t assist you at all. We needed to purchase floors, lighting, appliances due to a house fire and they lost our business because of their very rude front desk help. All she had to say was unfortunately wish we could help but it’s online only. She told me call my builder over and over. You need etiquette training.
S Gardner: Wow! Such helpful people. Especially Mike in counter sales.
Valentin Feliciano: I was helped by Rachel Peloquin and she went out of her way to personally deliver an undamadged stainless steel sink to my house in time for a new granite counter top installation. We have used Ferguson for over fifteen years and always appreciate their exceptional customer service.
Jonathon Cesaro: Quick courteous service.
Blake Ball: Crystal was very helpful with our questions about a new BlueStar range... a nice change from the vendor we have tried to work with previously.
Patsy Clark Real Estate (#PatsySellingSunsetLake): 🌈 So on this day, as we approach Thanksgiving, I am grateful for Eddie! In these crazy times, sometimes it is difficult to get a plumbing contractor to a home for my client. So I have to improvise to keep my client happy. Well Eddie a sales person for the contractor sales office in the back (not in the showroom) at Ferguson off Yonkers Rd helped me so much. 👍🏽 I had pictures and dimensions of what I wanted but no idea how to get it. Eddie was so patient, kind and professional. He really knows his way around the different manufacturers that all have a vast selection of the parts we needed to update the kitchen sink faucet, a new powder room pedestal sink, new powder room touchless brushed gold faucet and a new toilet lever to match the new pedestal sink faucet! All for a great price with delivery in two business days. My client is so happy to know that this will all be completed by Friday evening the week before Thanksgiving! And my client was just hoping for it to be completed by Wednesday of the following week. Now I can focus on my family's needs next week and finished my week with a bang! . THANKS EDDIE!
Mark Maresca: Avoid these guys like the plague (or like a rampant case of COVID).I purchased a built-in Sub-Zero Fridge/Freezer combo from Ferguson for roughly $10k. However, when they installed the fridge and freezer, they only connected the waterline to the ice maker and did not connect the fridge waterline. When I called them they told me that there was only one water line behind the appliance, so that is all they installed. I had to email them a photo from my builder proving to them that there were in fact two waterlines behind the appliance. They reluctantly agreed to come back out to my house to install the waterline. It is now over three months later, and after numerous calls and emails, they still have not come out to install the waterline. They don't even bother responding to my calls or emails. When I do manage to get in touch with someone I am "yessed" to death, or I am handed off to someone else, or my case is transferred to installation or warranties. But nothing gets done. You would think that on such an expensive appliance they would provide a decent level of service. Like I said AVOID...
Andrew Meyer: Recently my wife and I embarked on renovation of our kitchen and powder room. We went to Ferguson to purchase our plumbing supplies and lights for the bathroom. We highly recommend making an appointment with Brandi Jeter, one of their showroom reps. Brandi was extremely helpful in assisting us with picking out the multiple items needed based on our taste and budget. There were a vast number of options and Brandi helped us through the process. She displayed excellent customer service and patience throughout the purchasing process and was very responsive to our follow up questions via emails and phone calls as issues arose during deliveries and construction. Brandi was very easy to work with and we highly recommend using her as you select items for your kitchen or bathroom project.
Chuck Johnson: Alexis is my sales person she does an excellent job.. Incredibly knowledgeable..
John Hargis: Staff and customer service is terrible. I built a house and bought all my appliances from here including grills for outdoor kitchen. Had so many issues with several appliances and the store was practically impossible to get help with anything. They claim to be there 100% with any issues after the sale but the truth is they use some third party company to handle service issues as way to pawn you off so they can focus on selling more product. I will never buy from them again and warn any of my friends to shop elsewhere.
Samantha Moline: Attempted to order the Bosch built-in coffee system. Their website said they had 12 in stock. We called to confirm and place the order. They confirmed, said it would ship in 2 to 4 weeks. Our card was charged but we never received e-mail conformation. We called back and were told the order was cancelled due to a security measure on their end. We placed the order again and were assured it went through. We now have TWO charges for 3,957. Next we received an email that we would not receive the coffee machine until JULY 2023.This is not acceptable.... It took another week but both charges have been refunded.
J L Phillips: Good place to buy and also to get Ideas
Paula Dickerson: I enjoyed my most recent shopping for my kitchen project. Rachel was very patient and answered all my questions to help me make a final purchase decision. Thanks! 😀
Jay H: They are Helpful friendly and have what you need
Gheorghe Fala: 3 hours to get unloaded
DV Phil: this is a great place for professionals and home owners that know exactly what they need.
C Velasco: Friendly staff and a beautiful showroom. Luxury appliances
Tiffany Sikes: Stacy is the best!
Gregory Coltren: My salesperson was great, mikie helped us narrow things down. Found us the style and finish we were seeking without a lot of back and forth. Definitely recommend his expertise. Thanks 😊
Shree Kuppam: I bought 2 toilets, from Ferguson...what a nightmare, they delivered the toilet and one of them came broken and the tanks to go with the toilets were never delivered. I paid a plumber to come in only to find out that they had not shipped all the parts and that one toilet came broken. I didnt learn my lesson at that, i let Ferguson to reorder, i was promised that the toilet would come in 3 days, on the 3rd day their delivery partner calls to tell me that the product wont reach me for another 4 days. I called Ferguson back asking to cancel and to refund my money back. They said they cant do anything till their delivery partner delivered the product, BUT i didnt want delivery of the product. They of course couldnt help. I am posting this, so no one go through this pain. Avoid Ferguson !
Masterz: Wide selection of parts.

Curt V: The hotel is located next to Wake Med. We stayed there for just that reason. There's a discounted rate for hospital patients. Mention it when you make reservations. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfy. They have USB ports to charge your devices if you don't have a plug. They have a hot breakfast which is fantastic. Parking is plentiful. Only issue is that crossing the road to get in is a bit of a struggle if you're coming in from the westbound side. It can also be a chore to get out if you're going west.

Liz Garrison: This hotel does not meet my expectations for a Hilton property. It is in desperate need of renovations. The outdated decor and furnishings make it feel rundown and dirty. The floor in one of the elevators was noticeably dirty and remained that way our entire stay. There was, what looked like, mold in our bathtub, the toilet seat didn't match the shape of the actual toilet bowl, the couch cushions in our room didn't seem like they matched the couch, and the couch overall looked stained. I passed the pool and it was empty and full of debris. I am honestly very disappointed that I used my Hilton honors points to book a room at this hotel. The staff was courteous but that doesn't make up for the shortcomings of the hotel overall. We have family in the area, when we visit again we will book at another hotel.

Sarah Butler: We hosted a large family gathering in March. Several of our family members stayed here and enjoyed the accommodations. It was nice to find a hotel where family members could bring their dog. The breakfast was delicious. The lobby was a wonderful gathering area, and the cookies are delicious. We reserved the meeting room for a more private gathering area. The hotel staff was very helpful setting up tables and chairs so we could host a family birthday party. Overall a great experience!
Nate R: This place is kind of gross... It's old and worn down. The AC unit in my room was awful and buzzed all night. The ceilings had evident water damage and we're poorly patched. Lori Palmieri: I was having a procedure done at the hospital next door and the hotel gave me special rates for that! The lady cooking breakfast let my daughter in early because breakfast started when I was supposed to be at the hospital. The room was very clean and in a convenient location. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely stay there again!
