Then I found WCS a short drive away & I absolutely love the fun, safe family friendly atmosphere & the racing is great. Tammie Fail Norris: It's always a good time at Wake County speedway. Parking had improved, the track has new pavement, new paint, and more vendors. People do need to learn to park only in their space marked. They do have everything accessible for handicap, especially the bathrooms. Also, it appears they are putting up some new lights. It's looking good, Wake County Speedway 👌.
Fuquay Fun Finds: We went for opening night last spring and had a blast. Hoping to make it out again this year for a race or two. Definitely wish they could have better parking but know land is limited so we suggest getting there early like we did. Also would love a few more food & beverage options but we did enjoy some fried deliciousness 😊
Tony Schwind: Racing was great. The steps on the grandstands were too high for many old folk.
Michael Radford: Great place to watch short track racing. Hadn't been in 25 years probably, but had a wonderful time with wife and our 8 yr old.
