goutham siddhu: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Philips Farm in Cary, NC, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty and tranquility of this enchanting place. Here's why Philips Farm deserves a perfect five-star rating.First and foremost, the farm's picturesque setting is truly awe-inspiring. Surrounded by rolling green hills and serene countryside, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The well-maintained grounds boast a variety of vibrant flowers, lush trees, and neatly trimmed gardens, creating a delightful ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The staff at Philips Farm is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They greeted me with warm smiles and were more than happy to share their expertise about the farm's operations, crops, and sustainable practices. Their passion for organic farming was evident in every conversation we had, and their dedication to providing fresh, locally sourced produce was truly inspiring.Speaking of produce, the farm's selection of fruits and vegetables is unparalleled. From plump, juicy strawberries to crisp, organic lettuce, every item I purchased was of exceptional quality and bursting with flavor. It was refreshing to know that I was supporting local agriculture and indulging in the freshest, most nutritious ingredients available. Moreover, Philips Farm offers a range of engaging activities for visitors of all ages. Whether you're interested in picking your own produce, joining a guided tour to learn about sustainable farming methods, or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll through the orchards, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The farm also hosts seasonal events, such as pumpkin picking in the fall and holiday festivities during the winter, making it a perfect destination year-round.Additionally, the on-site farm stand at Philips Farm is a treasure trove of delicious goodies. Apart from the abundant fresh produce, they offer an assortment of homemade jams, jellies, honey, and baked goods. It's an ideal place to stock up on local delicacies or find a unique gift for a food lover in your life.Lastly, I must commend Philips Farm for their commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Their organic farming practices prioritize soil health, water conservation, and biodiversity, ensuring a healthier ecosystem for future generations. This dedication to sustainable agriculture is truly commendable and sets an excellent example for other farms and businesses. In conclusion, Philips Farm in Cary, NC, is an absolute gem. Anusha: Had a very good time, wonderful place to visit with kids
Beatrice Paneto: Always a good time
David Sawin: Great Farmers Market, good vendors, fun rides, good music
Chivukula Subrahmanyam: Cool place to hangout
Bryce Burkhart: Really nice. You don't want to miss their next open house. Truly a Treasure of the Triangle.
David Hitchens: My 5 year was excited to go to be able to pick strawberries. We got there only to find you couldn't. Bought a bucket of strawberries and left. The strawberries are/were very tasty. Much better than store bought strawberries.
D C: Made a comment about the signs could be better about not parking at the church and the OWNER pretty much insinuated I couldn’t read. The condescending tone and attitude was completely uncalled for. Take your business elsewhere - they obviously don’t want it!
Elizabeth Traner: Came out for their Strawberry festival and had a wonderful time. We will be on the lookout for future events.
Toya Kits: Extremely rude staff. Most of the good reviews here are written by friends or employees of the owner.
Vilma Gonzalez: Excelente
Alina Zhigunova: We are so disappointed! The whole farm is closed for renovation until September. I cannot believe they don’t even mention it on their website or FB-page. Only small spot (play zone) open for visitors, and there’s nothing special about it, but you have to pay $10 for each person 3 and older to get in! Well they have cow rides and tractor rides, but it’s not worth 30 mins drive for us. Awful experience :(
Vi “V” H.: was listed as ‘a grand reopening’ and yet over half of it was closed? had a sign that says its closed till september despite the website not saying anything of the sorts.
Brenda S: Went there for the NC Eat and Play Spring Hootenanny. Such a great venue. Would definitely come back!
Tony G: Amazing
