North S: I had a very poor experience with a Raleigh Cary Realty Realtor - Annamaria Papp - listing at 105 Aspen Hollow Ct in Cary, NC. The realtor misrepresented and concealed facts about the house in the disclosures for the home when it was listed for sale in June, 2020. I would not recommend this realty company based on the experience I had. I would like to add that I am not a disgruntled buyer. I am glad I did not purchase that house. By the way, the NC Real Estate Commission found some issues when I filed a complaint and this realtor's license is suspended for a year.
