Hailey Jones: If you take Pre-licensing with TravTalks and take it seriously you will be set up for success. This was my first time taking the class (night class with Travis & Seth as instructors) and I passed it and the licensure exam on the first try.Beware if you are a quick learner, this class is long (108 hrs compared to minimum of 75) and drags on reviewing topics over and over and over again. There were times that the entire 4hr class covered less than 10 slides. A self paced or more accelerated option would be wonderful for people who don’t need the fluff.However, this class is comprehensive and if you want to pass everything on the first try, you should spend the money and put in the work.

MANDY JIANG: I am the best witness to the go school, that its unique teaching approach, and I had an amazing instructor Rob in this class, because I am a second language student and a middle-aged woman with three boys, my instructor Rob's classes helped me fully understand one of the most important courses in the real estate field that caused the score was 90% which is an unexpected outcome to me. I sincerely thank go school and especially many thanks to the instructor whom gave me more patiences and instructor whom have ever taught me before during the classes!Excellent experience with the go school real estate courses in the past four months.

Michele was very willing to answer questions and her classes were never boring, even on some of the more boring topics. I will be using GoSchool for my post licensing classes as well as CE...I met great people in my class as well...My advice is to get in a study group early in the class. My study group met 2-3 times a week for 6 of the 8 week class. It really helped and you meet people who you can work with throughout your career. Thanks GoSchool for helping us prepare, well worth the money.

William York: Pros: They offer online courses, and you might get a decent instructor (although I actually learned more from listening to A-Ha! Real Estate Exam Prep videos/podcasts than I did from this class).Cons: There is no in-person office and no option for in-person testing; the online testing software they use is buggy and unreliable; and if you experience technical issues while taking your test, they might accuse YOU of cheating. Moreover, their leadership/administration are pretty unprofessional and more akin to what one would expect from a diploma mill type of operation than an actual "school."If you are thinking about getting a real estate license, I would seriously look elsewhere (as I will be doing for my post-licensing classes).

J M Mac: I attended HPW Real Estate School from approx. 2016 - 2019 for my 3 in person post-licensing courses. My favorite instructor for those courses was Renee Hagan.I recently began working out of an HPW office in the Triangle and began attending my Continuing Education classes through the school. I really love that they offer online CE classes. That format of instruction can be very boring with a bad instructor, but thankfully HPW has amazing real estate professionals like Malea Lemon and Vicky Ferneyhough who keep things efficient, informative, upbeat, and engaging.I highly recommend HPW Real Estate School!

Scott Sturm: I didn't use HPW until I began my PL and CE education. What a great experience each class has been!! I was never a fan of online classes, and I expected the Post Licensing classes to delve quite deeper into the subject areas, and therefore, be much harder to get through than pre-licensing. Not the case. Despite all of my classes being online, I was not limited whatsoever in the level of personal engagement that can be achieved in class. Fully functional, with the ability to ask questions, chat privately with instructor, split screens to see related docs, etc. And, after having 4 different instructors, I can say that each one has made the class fun. Each instructor also made it a point to welcome and encourage full participation from students. For PL classes, end- of-class reviews and exam prep activities are very precise and helpful. I always asked each instructor about their historical exam pass rates, and I believe all were above 95%! Class schedules for PL are very flexible, depending on how fast you want to go, and what days/nights you are available. And, recently, many of these classes have resumed with in-person formats in addition to on-line. I highly recommend HPW Real Estate School for all of your RE educational needs.

Robert Buesser: Had a great experience with the pre-licensing class. The class covers all the material well, and there are online videos and tutorials to supplement what you learn in class. In addition there are practice tests for each chapter. Definitely would recommend.
