The personnel who directly work with patients do not receive either gloves or masks!3. Manager Larisa Lewis may forget to pay you, you must always control the payment.4. The company violates the ethics of official correspondence.5. Your salary will be discussed with other employees of the company.6. A very important point !!! If the patients' relatives ask for what they are supposed to, the manager Marina Kamenichnaia may not like it. Inna Gribovskaja: Personal Home Care of North Carolina started to help care for my elderly mother a few months ago. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for help with their aging loved ones! The ladies who provide care taker services are so wonderful - responsible, friendly, take COVID precautions seriously, very well trained, respectful. My mother likes the service a lot! Also, for anyone with Russian speaking elderly parents, this is a God-sent since many of the ladies speak Russian and so it tremendously helps with overcoming the communications barrier! Julie McKeel: PHC's staff are professional, compassionate, proactive, and responsive. They lined up wonderful helpers for my elderly parent, and they stay in touch to make sure everything is working smoothly. They check in regularly, and are very quick to respond to questions. It has been a huge relief to have them manage and arrange caregiver schedules, and to bring trained and caring caregivers into our lives to provide the extra support we need. Rene Vasquez: For almost 9 years I have known of, and have worked for, many home care and home health agencies; but, I have NEVER come across any other agency where the staff was so absolutely dedicated to giving all the care, compassion, respect, and utmost in quality services as I've seen from PHC's home care and home health staff members.
Alexander Golbraikh: My mother received help from Personal Home Care of North Carolina Cary Branch (PHC). Unfortunately, she passed away in March this year, and it was not a guilt of PHC. Just the opposite, administrator Marina Kamenichnaya and a person Nataliya who directly provided help (employee of the PHC) tried their best to help my mom. It was extremely important that Marina and Nataliya spoke Russian with my mom, which was my mom's mother tongue. The PHC has other Russian-speaking employees. Marina visited a hospital and rehab centers where my mom was receiving help, and got information about my mom from social workers and some of the medical personnel. The personnel of the PHC is very polite and attentive. The PHC provides care of the very high quality to the patients. They give aid in feeding, cooking, toileting, including using the bedside commode, washing and taking shower, and cleaning. Nataliya stayed with my mom when I needed to go shopping and to the pharmacy. On weekends it was possible to call her on the phone in case of the critical situation. I strongly recommend Personal Home Care of North Carolina Cary Branch for providing help to the seriously ill patients unable to look after themselves.
Anastasia Bubnova: I have heard a lot of good words about this company. I know they help families in difficult situations, work fast and professional. A lot of families could relax when you know that you senior relatives are in good hands!And the reason I give it 5 stars is because I saw how hard these ladies tried to create a special Holiday on May 9th - which is big in our culture and even more so important for the elderly. Then another day I ran into one of the girls at the store with a huge cart full of Goodies and a Big List in her hand ! It's all for "my grandmas and grandpas" she said lovingly. It is touching to see how much heart goes into what they do!
Alexander Nevzorov: Fantastic, caring and kind personnel, I don't know what I would have done without them. My mother has advanced dementia, and without in-home assistance maintaining regular work hours for us would have been impossible. In-home assistance includes bathing, feeding, administering medications, and help with other daily activities. People at Personal Home Care are very flexible with their schedule and can come in during weekends and evening hours. And their particular strength is a multilingual support, which is critical for older people needing care. Highly recommend!
