The Lodge at Crossroads: what do users think?
Tiffany Hansley: I toured this property and I can not say enough good things about Raiyn. She was extremely professional and answered every question confidently. During my apartment search she has been the BEST leasing consultant I have seen. The apartments are average, clean and on a nice side of town. Definitely singing my praises on the staff. What a gem to have such great management and service.
Dena Rogers: I have been a resident for 12 years and I love it. Maintenance staff are all awesome. Fernando always makes sure that things are dome right and in a timely manner. Hats off to the management staff and all whom work there. Your hard work makes my stay pleasant.
Weab Snacks: Just moved here. The leasing process went smoothly. It was a pleasant experience, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Any problems I encountered were hastliy resolved. Thank you to Fernando, the property manager, for all his assistance!
Seth King: We have lived here since near the beginning of this year, we have had multiple packages go missing (their parcel boxes are rarely working, so that means the leasing office people have to recieve them, one more chance for someone to steal/lose your package, not that safe), the gym equipment is old and barely working, good for an elderly person but if your someone trying to get a decent pump, don't waste your time. There are road lights that have been broken the whole summer, that could be fixed. And it seems like they don't clean the stairwells, always cob webs and trash in them. Other than that they are decent size apartments and it has a nice lake to walk around, I actually do like that part. Enjoy your apartment hunting!
Xavia Way: Real name is Carmesha. Despite my issues with the actual property manager’s lack of professionalism, I just want to say RYIAN at the front office is amazing! She is the best. From the day she showed me my apartment to today (a year later), I’m satisfied with the service and assistance she’s provided me. Keep doing your thing!
Ben Hoffman: The Lodge at Crossroads has apartments from the 70's that were renovated with cheap materials and fall apart shortly after you move in. All the windows have mold in them from the condensation, the air conditioning goes out 3-4 times each summer, and there is always trash literally piled outside the dumpsters. On top of this, there is no recycling in the apartment and you can't rely on your packages actually showing up.The apartments are full of pests. There were hundreds of spiders on our porch outside, cockroaches, and birds nesting in the drier vents. There were also "bird mites" crawling out of our air conditioning vent, which was absolutely disgusting and horrifying as they are so small you can't really see them, only feel them. It took maintenance 4 days of calling every day to send a pesticide company. On top of all this, I *still* have not received my security deposit back 60 days after moving out, even after emailing their management company, going in person (which was entirely unhelpful, as they just told me to email management again), and attempting to call on the phone. It's unfortunate that the management is so awful here, because the location is great. After two terribly long years, I would not recommend anyone live here.
Janelle Roberts: I really enjoy living here at the Lodge at Crossroads in Cary. I have been here almost four years and it is consistently a great place to live. It’s a quiet, safe and convenient place in the middle of Cary. There is so many places to walk and it has an amazing dog park and it’s so pet friendly. Fernando, Ryian, Kimberly, Mariah and Sue work in the office. They are professionals and provide an open door for communication and work hard to provide quick and efficient solutions to any issue that might arise. Carlos, Lowell, Gabriel and Garcia work in maintenance and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced a better staff of knowledgeable, friendly and quick response to maintenance requests as these professionals. I feel lucky to live here and I would recommend this complex whole heartedly. Good job and a big thanks! Emily
G. Thomas Hedlund: We just starting looking for a new apartment home in the area, and this is easily the top of our list. Why? Because of Ryian's kindness, willingness to go out of her way, and overall wonderful demeanor. That makes a tremendous difference in this style of living. We'll be on the lookout for the right available unit and, if all works out, hopefully call this place home soon. Thank you, Ryian.
john McCarron: I have lived here for five years, I have seen major improvements on the grounds over the past year and a half. Fernando the manager is very good at what he does even with all the residents here he makes you feel like you’re the only one so thank you for that Fernando. The CrossRoads apartment is a very fun place to live When my grandkids come over they feel safe and welcomed. I plan on moving into a two bedroom in the future right here at this place nice place to call home
Dorothy Flynn: The people that work in the office pretend to be nice to you when you first move in. When you give notice to move out for whatever reason, they turn on you and look/invent reasons to make you pay for damages, stains, etc., that were there before you moved in. Do yourself a favor and take pictures before you move in! The trash compactor is always broken, and the trash is piled sky high overflowing! I will say the grounds are nice; however, the inside of these apartments are very dated and the electric bills due to the heat and a/c are through the roof because the windows need to be replaced. The maintenance crew are nice and are overworked. The American Roaches are so big, they can help pay rent. When you schedule to have your apartment sprayed, the pesticide company they use hardly ever show up, but checked off a box to say they were there. There are way too many speed bumps, and why they have them makes no sense because the vehicles fly by too fast and never do the speed limit. Forget trying to cross a parking lot, it won't happen without letting a bunch of cars go first. My poor young neighbor's rent was jacked up over 400 dollars when her lease was up. The Lodge did this because they could get away with it. Luckily, she moved in with her boyfriend in another area. The Manager has a nasty Latin temper and can look for reasons to fight with you. Beware of this place, they are not what they seem! There are many other places to rent in that very area that have professional managers and staff members. Stay away!
Aly Brinley: I have lived here for the past 2.5 years and have almost zero complaints. I know working at apartment complexes can be thankless jobs, so I would like to recognize the staff here. Mariah at the front desk is very kind and helpful. Fernando, the manager, is also extremely kind and helpful. It is a very lovely, quiet place to live with wonderful people. (And in a great location.) The maintenance people are also super friendly and helpful! I think this is my second review of this place, so highly recommend!
Nancy Petrillo: Beautiful complex and surroundings (adjacent to the Greenway), responsive management, capable and friendly maintenance - a VERY nice home!
brenda johnson: Leasing office staff member, Ryian B, was knowledgeable, polite, and customer service-minded in her friendly delivery of information. Her feedback and follow-through has made our transition from homeowner in Florida to apartment dweller in North Carolina smooth and seamless. The entire management team has been very quick to respond to our questions and maintenance issues, and they continue to fulfill all the necessary requirements of creating a comfortable living space!
Kelsey Sauer: Mariah is EXTREMELY helpful! After looking at different apartments all day it was so refreshing to work with someone that was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She made the whole process painless!
Rohan Lewis: The Lodge at Crossroads is about ~20-25 years old. The neighborhood is within walking distance and short driving distance to many shopping centers and businesses in the Cary Crossroads Area. There is a beautiful 0.8 mile walking loop around Lake Macedonia in the backyard of The Lodge. There are many species of birds, as well as turtles, river otters, and other wildlife.Prices have jumped in Cary in the past year (2021), but I found the Lodge to be reasonable. The manager Fernando, the office staff, and the maintenance manager Carlos are extremely friendly and polite, taking an active interest in the residents' comfort. The office building has a lounge and gym with 24hr access via key fob access.I have received adequate assistance by calling or walking into the office every time. My maintenance requests have been handled within 48 hours. My rent and additional service fees are sent to me via email around the middle of the month to be paid by the 5th of the next month. Their online portal is easy to setup with a bank account. While parking is tight around some buildings, there is plenty of overflow parking within a minute walk of anyone's building.Negatives? A lot of people have pets in this area, and not all owners are responsible in picking up after them. I do hope they upgrade the gym facilities. Trash and recycling services are often problematic or overflowing, both at The Lodge and the next door complex The Park. Some of the residents are careless drivers, ignoring stop signs and speed bumps within the complex. The Lodge is quiet with an extremely diverse group of single working professionals, elderly, young couples with kids, and foreigners. I have lived here for a little over 2 months, and overall I am comfortable and happy to be living here in 2022.
Alicia Sheeley: Not sure if there is new management for the maintenance team but they have really stepped up their game! Our dishwasher broke and it was completely replaced within 2 days. Yes, the trash compactor is typically piled up every week but almost all apartments in the area have the same issue. It's be a good 3 years. Thank you Lodge at Crossroads (especially to the maintenance team 😁)!!!
Michael Nye: I have been a resident here for a few months now and am always surprised at just how well maintained the grounds always are. The complex is convenient to both Crossroads and Waverly Place, which gives you access to pretty much anything you could possibly need shopping or restaurant wise, within 2 miles. The apartments themselves are a decent size and even in a 1 bedroom like I am in, it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The office staff are always kind and helpful and the only 2 minor issues I had needing maintenance, were handled right away. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, other than the occasional dog barking (which who doesn’t love the furry friends), you pretty much never hear anything. If you are looking for an apartment in Cary, I’d highly recommend stopping in for a tour, you’ll be impressed too!
Cherri Johns: I lived on this property for five years without incident. Due to issues that had absolutely nothing to do with me, the new property manager breached my contract and attempted to force me out. (My apartment is currently on the market for $600 more than I was paying! 🤔) Once he invalidated my contract and based on the condition of the property, I chose to leave early.Over the last year, the property is no longer maintained well. The trash is overflowing, there are grills everywhere, they are basketball goals in the middle of the road, there are illegal pet breeds on property, residents hang all different kinds of sheets and blankets from their balconies as curtains and you will literally lose the bottom of your vehicle on the speed bumps they recently installed. During the summer, carloads of non-residents show up at the pool and it goes unchecked. Also, they advertise a business center but there hasn’t been a business center at this location in four years.Within 2 miles there are far more beautiful apartments that are either new or recently renovated for the same price or less as The Lodge
tash .0: Positive:QualityI have been searching for an apartment in the area and came across the Lodge at crossroads and met Ryian who has helped tremendously every step of the way. She responded to all of my emails promptly and answered any questions I had! 10/10 recommend
Dina Mahoney: Ryian is so sweet and professional. She answered all my questions and is very good at what she does. She deserves a raise!
Larry Arellano: We have lived at the lodge for several years and have been through a few office staff changes. And we have had the best experience with the Manager Frenando and the current staff as well as the maintenance. They are professional and responsive to resident needs. Very happy and if your looking for a great place to live in a great area, this is the place. Highly recommended.

Tradition at Stonewater: what do users think?
Bhavanika Yadav: If you're looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend Tradition at Stonewater Apartments. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by Sadie, a leasing consultant, who provided me with an outstanding tour of the premises. She was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions. The complex itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the apartments are affordable. However, it was the staff that truly sold me on this place.I was in a rush to move in, and Sadie went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and efficient. Thanks to her, I was able to move in within my desired timeframe. After I moved in, I briefly lost my cat. I was in a state of panic, but Ashley from the leasing office personally helped me search and found my baby!! I was blown away by the level of dedication and care shown by the staff.Overall, I can't recommend Stonewater Apartments enough. The ladies at the leasing office are fantastic and the apartments themselves are top-notch. This place gets a resounding 5-star review from me!
Jasmine: When we first moved in there was roaches (which they charged extra for each visit) even though pest control is already in the base rent, the rent went up an additional $300 without any new amenities... The garbage compacter stays broken! They have switched trash valet and charged more money when now they actually do less they use to take up to 3 bags and now they only take one bag and leave trash violations. The facility is too large for only one pool. The dishwasher wasn't bolted in, none of the property staff or management responds to emails or messages and when you call they can't help assist with anything at all. Management is barely in the office to assist with more important needs the regular staff can't help with. Everything they use is through a 3rd party so no one knows how to nor or they able to fix any clerical mistakes. It's like the staff is just there to smile and give you your keys. After that worthless! Maintenance response time is fast
Jo St: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. I feel very safe even walking at night. I love it here!
Sonya Matthews: Moved in June 2019 and I love the complex. Outstanding customer service from the office employees. They email and talk with me the whole time I was moving from Texas to NC. My apartment was clean and ready for me on the day I moved in. When I had an issue with AC unit during August it was fixed the same day.
Maria Conticelli: I’m still in the process of moving in, but so far I love the area and my apartment
LavenderGold: Tradition neighborhood is for sure a safe neighborhood which i love and my neighbors are super friendly. The leasing management needs to improve their customer service and compassion towards the tenants . due to we are the ones that are paying rent and allowing them to get paid. No tenants no job for them .They smile in your face but do sneaky things that just makes me feel uncomfortable. They also show amazing pictures on line but the outside of the apt complex isnt always cleaned or kept updated.
Senthil Kumar P: Apartment is well maintained by the admins.Employees are friendly and graceful. Apartment has sprinkler, smoke detector and security system for doors .Once small concern is that, spare bedroom doesn't have lights and fan in a 2bhk apartment.
Renee and John Wilburn: We moved here four years ago. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff was great and very helpful and responsive to our needs. I am sad to say as our time here becomes short they don’t really care about fixing certain things and I get it but sure would be nice to not here “ you are moving to we will wait to fix that”. However overall it has been a good experience.
Amy Van Devender: Nice enough place but like everywhere rents are so high.
J. Matthews: We recently moved into the Tradition at Stonewater. On our move-in day we had some concerns about our apartment and Josephine handle everything with exceptional customer service. She worked quickly to make sure that all of our concerns were addressed with the utmost professionalism. She is definitely a great asset to this apartment complex and the Greystar company. I also appreciate the maintenance staff for working hard to fix everything. I'm excited about renting from this place as I feel like we're in hands here.
sandeep reddy chintala: Please DO NOT consider renting at this place as you will regret during renewal.Property management spends tons for beautification of space, but not on units. Irrespective of whether the unit is upgraded or not and clubhouse amenities were closed for 1yr for rennovation, there is an exorbitant rent hike during renewal time close to 25%. It is almost as good as good tenants are forced to move out.Maintenance folks are very very good. Except for them, since greystar took the property management everything went down on service but only rents went super high.
Siddhartha Dogiparthi: Nice community to live in.
Ashish Katariya: Awsome place... friendly neighbors and good management of community.
Timber Droove: More drawbacks than advantages. In my 6+ months of stay here, I heard about at least 4 break-in/1 robbery. Someone recently drilled into someone else's main door and tried to break-in. This makes it difficult especially when you want to head out for vacation for a week and not sure what will happen by the time you return home. I also keep seeing many more visitor cars here than in any other apartments I've lived in so far. You can easily spot them and they always drive very fast in 15 MPH inner roads. On top of these I have seen Broken beer bottles on sidewalk + some people doing car fixing (different car every time) on the parking lot 5 days a week for months now (Probably they are doing business and nobody cares)Crazy. Such things make me think to decide my renewal with tradition at Stonewater. Moreover rent is not cheap.
Felicia Cooper: Great Staff. They are very courtesy, polite, sweet, professional and always readily available. Great Resident Portal. It is easy to use and keeps our residents informed of events happening in our community. Great way to communicate with other residents and an easy way to pay rent online. Great Maintenance Team. They are quick, professional, courtesy and very knowledgeable. Great Apartment Space. Our bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, and patios are large and the layout is very comfortable and fits our life style. We have trash pickup, plenty of community events, delicious food on the food trucks, nice pool area, nice office with plenty of computers, media room, great workout space / Gym, plenty of parking spaces, large storage units and garages and close to stores and major highways and roads. Low deposits required but you may not get that back as the blinds are very cheap and break easily plus make sure you show proof any issues during initial walk through. Plus, the area has a lot of recent auto thefts and you got some of the typically residents that do not curb their dogs.
swapna gaddam: Great place to live..The service is great with management and maintenance. It’s very close to different shopping and restaurants.Overall apartment is beautiful & amenities as well.
Jesus Cuevas: Very nice, updated, and clean. Leasing Agent was very friendly and accommodating. Answered all our questions and was patient.
Yingtong Sun: It is at a decent part of Cary.
Emily Turner: We moved in 6 months ago and are considering not renewing our lease due to the mail situation alone. If you don't pay for the optional Parcel Pending service, the mail couriers will leave your package on the floor of the package room. I think this happens even for some who have Parcel Pending. This room is not locked or managed by staff, and despite complaining to the mail services it continues to happen. Just piles and piles of loose packages for the entire community on the floor. We have lost 3 packages so far! The worst part is, the Tradition staff very much see this as "not their problem" which I find ridiculous and unacceptable. Be ready to lose some mail if you move here.
Jazz'mine Sampson: We love this community. It's a little pricey, but for the safety, location, and amenities it's well worth it! :)
Ashwin CS: Amazing place to stay with such a great hospitality by the leasing office folks especially Kate and MacKenzie, we have been living here for more than a year and it's been an absolute pleasure staying here, apartment premises is maintained is so clean round the clock the whole year and the management people take so much care and attention to keep it pristine and safe that too during this pandemic and I highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay near RTP area to first check Tradition at Stone water residence, once before heading to other apartments, and I promise you will never go back !!Happy staying !!

Bexley at Triangle Park Apartments: what do users think?
Karina B: I have lived here for over three years and am frustrated to say the least. Rent goes up astronomically every year, but the dumpsters are constantly overflowing, the pool pump has been broken for months putting it out of commission, there is gym equipment that has not been fixed for months either... meanwhile, the leasing office is wildly glamorous and expensive looking. It presents itself as high-end, but basic things are not taken care of. They got rid of the laundry room some years back, so you either have to buy your own or go to an outside laundromat. Bexley, schedule more frequent dumpster pick-ups. There's no way the apartment complex can't afford it. Prioritize communal resource functionality over the appearance of your leasing office. With all the money we all pay in rent, it's shameful. And fix the time on the clocks in common spaces. The time change was ages ago. Just another thing that makes me think no one is paying attention to how things are actually functioning.
udayakrishna baliga: It's a good property, conveniently located near to RTP and many schools. Though the property is old, it is well maintained and all the complaints get addressed promptly. A special thanks and heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Sequoia Fisher for all her help. Truly a gem of a person.
Annie: I recently tagged along on a tour here with a friend who was looking a place. I was so impressed with Mellisa that I am thinking of moving here when my lease is up! She was thorough and clearly knew the property real well. She never even hesitated answering all of our questions and gave us information we didnt even think to ask about. They will be hearing from me in the fall!
manoranjan dash: I just moved in less than a month ago. There were a few maintenance-related issues I faced initially. I spoke to the leasing office (Koa Street), and she was super nice and assured to follow-up to resolve the issues.Other than this, I like the location as it's very close to Alston Ridge Elementary & Middle school.
Rosemarie Graus: I was so pleasantly relieved to move in to a clean apartment at Bexley Triangle Park. I will enjoy this location and my one bedroom unit. I feel so at home here; thank you. The staff; All of the woman....Melissa, Koa, Yimisa, Corrine and their supporting colleagues have welcomed me and provide assistance promptly with the full leasing process. Thank You Ladies and have a Merry, Peaceful & Healthy Christmas.
Michael Grubbs: Moved in 10/17. Everyone very helpful and thorough. Should also note that Maintenance timely and friendly. Can't ask for better treatment. We were new to all the automation of documents, payments and parcel receipt. They stepped us thru all proceedures with smile on face. We believe we will be happy here.
Barkha Kumar: Let me start by saying this community is terrible and the leasing agent and management are the worst and very rude This community is trying to cheat me after I moved out. I was on a month to month arrangement with this community and as per NC law, you are required to give a 7 day notice. They want to charge me extra rent for a month when I cleared all my dues before moving out. In addition, they are charging me washer dryer rental, thrash, some balance overdue which by the way is a made up amount (because when I moved out) I had 0 balance and I have an email copy and transaction that cleared my payments. I have been punctual with all my monthly payments and never had any issues. They also included some deep cleaning charges, when I left my apartment pitch clean. They made me return my key on Sunday in a lockbox when the leasing office is closed, you cannot move out on any other day as per their policy - It makes sense now how they pull off they gimmick and cheat people to pay extra charges and send it to collections. They do not do any move out inspection with the residents. The management is not supportive and it is difficult to discuss anything with them as they will not listen and barely even reply to your emails. No one wants this kind of service. I contacted them multiple times to resolve but they don't care as they are too busy cheating their residents.I have also had maintenance issues, the cabinet door under the sink was broken because of water leaking in the wooden cabinet, that's how old the community is and has bigger issues that will never be fixed when you live there. I have had my dishwasher, refrigerator, heater break at some point and have had lot of follow ups and slowest maintenance received after. Its been nothing but a pain dealing with the leasing management in this community. Please note this is consistent with all other reviewers that they will try to screw you after your move out, try to get extra money from you which is not fair and I wish I read these reviews before I moved in. I have not got any resolution from them.Update: The response from management is a lie as I clearly have an email confirmation stating that I am on a month to month arrangement. No one was in touch with me and they sent an illegitimate invoice to a collection agency.BEWARE: They will find a reason to bill you and send it to a collection agency when you move out.
Barkah Keswani: This is the worst apartment complex, they deserve 0 stars. Beware of this community. The leasing staff is very rude and have a bad attitude. They yell at their residents. I have been threatened and accused of trespassing in the clubhouse and asked to get out, whereas I was told while signing the lease the clubhouse and other amenities are for residents. You can never ask questions because the leasing staff will only yell at you and not listen to you. How can a community be so horrible. I was scared to raise any issues, any maintenance concerns and just moved out.I contacted the management however they don't care. They never apologized or took action against the staff, in addition I was told, she is just direct and if you mention leasing staff name in the review it will be deleted. How can your staff get away with threatening and causing the residents to live in fear and the management supports that. This is just not my experience but my friends moved out as they had similar experiences. In addition, this community is very old, barely hosts any events and stairways, hallways etc. are dirty most times. Not worth the rent and the bad attitude. I had my dishwasher break at least 3 times and after lot of follow ups and pictures, they decided to replace it.I never had such a daunting experience in any community, infact all other communities have been a pleasant experience and I would advise you to think twice before considering to move into this community.
Sara Nicole: Lived here for 2 years. Outdoor safety lights rarely worked, repairs took days/weeks/or sometimes were completely overlooked all together. The office is barely if ever open to assist you with anything you may need help with. Upon move out, I was informed that I owed hundreds of dollars for my carpet that they deemed damaged beyond repair, which is a complete falsification. Because I own a pet (a fully house trained 5 year old golden retriever, who has never once used the bathroom inside), they used any excuse they could to scam money from me. When I reached out to corporate to discuss these charges, I was threatened that "it would go to collections if my balance was not taken care of immediately". The cherry on top was the unfortunate situation in which a resident died in the building, and the complex left all of her belongings there for over a year, they could still be there for all I know. They also failed to mention anything to any of the residents who lived in the building and might of been concerned about their own safety. This place only wants your money, and will steal from you at all costs, they could care less about their residents.
Aidan Gimon: I originally didn't have Bexley at Triangle Park on my list of apartments to tour, but I'm glad I saw it on the map and decided to take a tour.Teyondra was professional, knowledgeable, and funny to boot and made leasing an apartment here super quick and easy. If all of the staff is like her, I highly recommend checking them out!
imran suleman: I have been living since 2018, and although my experience at Bexley began as a positive, things unfolded in a way that left me no choice but to leave a 1-star review for the Triangle Park community. They try to keep the lease open ,and raise the rent amount in mid of the lease, that has been already signed at the renwal period . I have been complaining for my Carpet since last two year , but no postive response and no regard for the old tenatans .
Nitish Deshpande: We relocated here in 2021, and the staff is all excellent and very quick to respond. The apartment was stunning, even better than the photos. This apartment has exceeded my expectations. A modern layout, plenty of light, considerate neighbors, and a pleasant merchantServices are provided quickly, and routine maintenance is performed.Cleaning of the neighborhood is done on a regular basis.
Kerry Gregory: I moved in to Bexley Triangle Park in September and have had a wonderful experience thus far, the Leasing manager Teyondra is beyond helpful and extremely responsive and professional. She has helped me with so much since being here! The grounds are very well kept and great for walking! I’ve enjoyed my time here so much and I’m sure I will continue to! I highly recommend Bexley Triangle Park to anyone looking for a great place to live with great neighbors, beautiful grounds and great staff!
Bethany Burdine: We were with this complex for 3 years. They will absolutely try to scam you when you leave without mercy no matter what your situation is. They charged us $600 (the cost of the whole apartment) to have one room painted back even though corporate told me they paint every unit back anyways. They also put on our sheet (smells like animals) because we had a dog for 2 months 3 years ago and then scribbled it out. I’m assuming they were going to try to charge us for the cheap carpets they put in. If you don’t pay or refuse they will send it to collections. Not worth living there.
Efrain Quinones: Critical:QualityRoaches in the unit , administration doesn't fix it or have a solutions ,unhealthy living conditions. Poor sanitation in the common areas.
Nakita Mcgee: Critical:ProfessionalismThe lady working in the office today on 10.4.2021 was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a horrible experience.
Taylor Austin: This apartment is absolutely disgusting! We have tried so hard to give these people the benefit of the doubt. When my husband and I lived in our first apartment here it was great for a long time, until the upstairs tenants toilet was leaking so bad we had a waterfall in our bathroom above our toilet. Not only did it take them 3x to come out and fix the issues they spray painted the water damage once it dried. We decided to put that behind us and move into a different apartment of theirs mainly because the rent goes up so much and we have three animals which gets expensive having to pay pet deposits. The new apartment we moved into the AC went out and it took forever for them to fix it and when they came in to fix it they burned the hardwood floor. Due to the housing market right now we moved into a third apartment of theirs just until we can find a house because the rent again was going up so much and low and behold this apartment has roaches and was not cleaned at all before we moved in. I spent an entire day scrubbing this apartment which had urine all over both bathrooms! The office does not care about you or how horrible their apartments are. You are a paycheck to them and they resolve nothing properly. Cabinets will be splitting, tile will be cracked, carpet will have paint and walls will still have holes and not be properly painted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Brian Austin: You wanna live in a roach infested apartment that has incompetent maintence techs and has nothing luxurious except the overpriced rate your paying then this is the complex you. Ive literaly had toliet water from the apartment above me dripping on me because the maintenance staff is to incompetent to replace a toilet. Had several maintenance staff not able to fix my a/c resulting 200+ dollar electric bills but the best part is they will charge you for a cleaning fee when every apartment you move into is disgusting and has left over pee stains from the last tenantwhat does the office do in every case bribe you with a 5 dollar gift card last problem i had was moving into an apartment with roaches see disgust in pictures below
Raleigh D: Where do I begin? From my first inquiry, I just had a good feeling about this place. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and professional, and offered to set up an appointment for a tour of the property (which may not seem like a big deal, but so many other places didn't!). Upon our arrival we were greeted by Will, who was just so friendly and made my fiancé and I instantly feel welcome. He gave us a tour of the property and various amenities (a meeting room, a room with a kitchen and a pool table, a gym, and one of their pools) which were all lovely, but what really impressed me was the 1 bedroom model apartment he showed us to give us an idea of what our new home would be like...let me tell you, prior to this we have been looking at different homes and apartments FOR MONTHS....and the most trying part was witnessing how TERRIBLY developers had decided to design and use the space at hand. So many homes are designed with weird angles that closed off space and end up creating tiny, cramped rooms that are dark and just miserable...not this property! The rooms (even in the 1 bedroom model) in this apartment were spacious and open! With large windows that flood the space with natural light! And the bedroom is actually large enough to fit a king sized bed....with a walk-in closet! Oh, and did I mention the garden tub and in-unit top-loading washer and dryer? And we were even able to apply using the computers in the lobby, and we received confirmation of our application acceptance within an hour! And when my fiancé and I realized we needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, Will made it so easy for us! I'm just so happy we found this place, it's a truly a beautiful location, and the hospitality is top notch! Can't wait to move in :)
