COMBATIBLE: No Kosher lamb for Passover
Shaunt Kiredjian: I love going to Golden Hex to find some of the comfort foods from the old country that I miss. I gravitate to the basturma, but aside from Armenian food, there is such a wide variety of other European foods that are available.Golden Hex is a treasure!

adam smith1776: This is the finest European market I have ever been to in the USA. The range of products is impressive. Anything you want from eastern Europe seems to be there. And if you love fresh meat this is your store. And the deli foods are so tasty: Meat pastries, stuffed cabbage and red peppers. They have one of my favs too... Rose petal jam. Love the variety of home made dumplings. Can't wait to go back on my next trip to North Carolina. The staff are adorable and so helpful for us non-euros. Oh, and its hospital clean!
Rolando Larino: Fresh Kielbasi and Kishka .....and everything Eastern Europen....you cannot find these items anywhere else in the met area.
Heidi Moravcik: Great place for your Polish/Ukraine type food, fresh meats, freezer items, Farmers cheese for pieroges, jar items, etc. We drive from Wake Forest to get things that my husband had as a kid growing up in a Polish/Slovak family.
Ярина Кобзар: Досить високі ціни на деякі товари,що зрозуміло. Мінус,що багато російських товарів,українських менше

Nick Meisher: Great Eastern European deli. Excellent gourmet food and friendly people.
FA: A friend told me about this place and was so exciting to finally visit and check it out for myself. So many delicious items to pick from and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend you pay them a visit, too!
Wild Alaska Ken: Awesome selection of Russian/East European/Jewish/Caucasian foods! They have great sausages, all sorts of blinis, blintzes, varenikis, pierogi's and even cool and tasty foods, like real Uzbek Bread and katchapuris! Yummmmmm.

Harmony Mediterranean Market: what do users think?
Stepan Vtorykh: Used to be great store where I stopped by often. One day I bought spread that was clearly expired. I brought it back and cashier told me it’s suppose to stink like that lol! Not only that but he threw 5 dollar refund at me. Looks like the same clerk other people are complaining about here. Another cashier/owner before was so much nicer. I’m not going back to shop there again.
Debra P: I always find the most interesting food, drink and cookies🙂there. I’ve known Sam ( one of the owners) for over 20 yrs. He had a store right across the street! Always has the best feta cheese! I recommend taking a look.
Crystal Czeck: I am so glad I found this place. I needed very specific Hungarian noodles that I have only been able to find at a store on Capital Blvd. And I hate going to capital. Prices are fair, the man working was nice and chatted with me. I will definitely be back.
Bo Winn: Always great service and nice inventory!
Camille Paytas: I wasn’t in there for 1 minute before the owner started following me around. He very impatiently asked if I needed anything, even though no one else was in the store. I came in hoping to find something interesting I had never seen before...I left happy that I didn’t spend any money there. Not a place to go and shop in peace, they will instantly profile you.
Yelena P. Francis: The store has a good variety of some Eastern European goods. We like it, and when we are in that area, we always stop by to purchase tasty Hungarian plum butter, Russian style farmer's cheese and dumplings, buckwheat, vanilla for baking, dried dill, or some sweets of European style.
Duru Chan: Before anything, let me point out that this was my first time in an arab market to actually try and buy items (all I wanted was a baklava set but they didnt have the kind I wanted). The clerk there was very rude and impatient and never wore a mask. I was told to leave--essentially kicked out--because he had to "do something" but all I saw was him going on his phone behind the front desk after I left. I wasn't even in the store for 10 minutes!! One other remark I should make is that he never picks up the phone as he always ignores it (my end barely got any rings before it told me the line was disconnected). NEVER am I going here again. I understand that dealing with customers can leave you weary, but I was THE ONLY ONE there when I arrived!
Andrea Polik: Goods from Europe and the Middle East. I love this store. Pantry items include Milka, Ülker, Baci chocolates, Russian brands, Savoniardi, jaffa cakes, Davidoff coffee, Ahmad tea. They also sell Teekanne and other German brands, Turkish tea and coffee, Turkish delight, Napolitanke and Manner waffles. Lots of fermented and canned goods, syrups, preserves, condiments, Dr Oetker powders and sugars, boxed juices. They have beer too. Fridge contains Russian tvorog, perogies, burek, various dumplings, dried fish and salami, excellent Feta cheese, and other European stuff.Covid-19: face mask required. They have contactless pay installed.
Brandon Bell: My family loves this place. We debate inviting the cashier to Thanksgiving. They carry so many great ethnic cheeses, pita breads, and our favorite, the frozen gyro kits that taste like the ones you used to get at a Greek restaurant back when lived in Charlotte. They remember you and can talk you into buying anything.
Brian Reynolds: Great service and variety
Anca T: I love this little store. Has great assortment of cheeses and salami that I missed so much. We have been coming here for years. They have frozen yummy gyro meat and awesome feta too. Great selection for eastern Europeans too!
Nick Meisher: Lots of good Russian, East European, Turkish and Persian food!
Maryam Hatami: The best International/Mediterranean grocery store in the whole research triangle area. The best Turkish sweets, Arabic and Persian stuff for very good prices. All fresh and high quality.
John Varnum: Good prices and customer service
Iryna Sa: I was so happy to find this place! You can get heres some Eastern European items that you definitely won't find in the regular supermarket and these items will be very tasty and great quality. I always buy here Turkish jam, buckwheat, some Ukrainian candy, "syrok" (sweet cheese bar), and cottage cheese. They taste way better than a lot of similar US products! Staff in the store is very friendly too!
Nikolai Hesterberg: Great prices and the selection seems to be great!
Richard Marinos: Good place for yufka, olives, feta and other Turkish Staples.
