David Mize: For near two months I've tried to get Atantic Spa to respond to my leaking Saratoga Spa, that I bought in October 2022. Their tech identified the leak, left and i have not heard back. I've have left multiple VM's without a response or action. I'm sure if I called to buy something, they'd be all over it. Please fix or replace my spa.

Debra Gooch: The hot tub is great. We've had it 5 years. Our cover is deteriorating and allowing water to leak in the tub. My husband called and ordered the cover (we thought) and was told it would be six to eight weeks but he would check to see if there was one in the warehouse. We called this week to check on the cover b/c it's been 5 weeks. We were told by the same salesman that he is going to order the cover now since he couldn't find one. We will have it in 6-8 weeks! This is absurd! We should already have the cover. I was very disappointed.

I had an equipment warranty issue which was very difficult for several different reasons and involved many different interested parties. ASB spent a LOT of time working through all of it on my behalf and crafted an incredibly fair solution. They really do care about the customer (I can't think of the last time I said that). I'm impressed to the point that I'm trying to figure out what else I can buy from them!

They even put the receipt in a folder!I have been waiting 60 days for my product but, when I contact Atlantic, they always respond within a day or two. So- good customer service.I truly believe I will get my product some day. I have a tentative date but am not holding my breath.The staff was friendly and the store was clean. They had a nice selection of floor models.That is about all I can say at this point.

Chris O'Malley: Went in just to look at some darts...WOW. Spent over an hour in there looking at the hot-tubs and pool/poker tables and other nice gaming furniture and equipment. We drove an hour to get there. Super-Friendly staff. Got a nice set of darts. I'll definitely be back.

Dylan Taylor: I purchased a new Hot Springs Highlife Aria Spa from Atlantic last year and it finally arrived after 9 months of waiting. The in-person sales consultation and delivery were great, and they were able to place it exactly where I wanted it with ease. I did have an issue with a change order not being entered into their computer and they made it right, replacing the selections I changed after delivery - better stairs and ozonator instead of salt system. I also had no issue getting them to agree to replace a corner that was cracked at time of delivery, although I'm still waiting on that one. I do wish they gave me some sort of start-up tutorial for the chemistry when it was delivered as well as a run-down of maintenance I have to do - what needs added or cleaned and when to do so, as that's been rather intimidating and tricky to get right for a first time owner, but they have been answering my questions on it when I call in and speak to their sales reps. I'm loving the Aria, it's a very high quality product, and I'd recommend the Hot Springs spas to anyone looking at buying a hot tub.
