Maybe they are under new management- it’s no longer a store but a destination, a true experience. Like the sign at the door says, step into fun and nostalgia. I have never known about a line of stuffed animal called Jellycat before- this was a showstopper. I just stood and stared - toys as art!Their rewards program is just a marketing program- no “reward”, but I’m not dinging them for it.Can’t wait to visit the other locations to see if they have all been reinvented. The feeling this place gives you is addictive! Serotonin high!!

Zoe Miller: Awesome place!! I love the staff, and the products here! The stickers are adorable and it has changed a lot over time. It's somewhat calming in there now. In the past there were kids on scooters running around the shop and stuff, now I don't see why, but it seems like less kids come here, rather, the parents getting them gifts. I do love going here though!!

Amelia Shaw: Learning Express is one of my favorite stores to go to with my kids. We moved here about three years ago and were looking for a particular game and a couple of birthday presents and wanted something unique and super fun. They have so many great products- and such a great variety!I remember walking in the first time and it was a little overwhelming and hard to find things. It didn’t really make sense in how it was set up, but I noticed that the last few times I walked in that the store felt “organized” and it was so much easier to navigate! There were lots of little additions that made it more fun to explore the store. It was more inviting, engaging, and somehow warmer. The staff were all super helpful and honestly seemed like they cared that we found toys that suited each individual kid.The biggest issue now is that we spend about 3x the amount of time when we visit and end up walking out with a lot more stuff! Especially the Jellycat area- it’s probably where all three of my kids come together and spend the most time. I’d complain, except it’s awesome that my kids (11-15 years old) all find things that are engaging and bring us together as a family. Playing and laughing together is exactly what we need! Keep doing whatever you are doing!

Workers seemed to not care that their only worker called in sick and we’re not proactively helpful with providing solutions to not being able to complete the task we signed up for. A suggestion to better customer service would be to call and inform individuals that they could no longer be helped or even provide suggestions on other locations/calling to see if other locations had walk in availability.

Kristin OBrien: Just left this store. I was in line at the customer service register because it was the only one open. An older gentleman was waiting for service on the other side and was next to be helped. Michelle proceeded to ignore him and his ink cartridges. She asked me to come forward until I said he was next. He thought he could refill them. She was short and mean with him. He didn't understand the services available and she didn't explain. The lack of basic human kindness to this man was painful to watch and listen to. I'm angry with myself for not saying anything right away. Nobody would want their family member treated this way. There was no line, only me. It would have taken two minutes to kindly explain the recycle program to him. She ruined his and my morning and should be ashamed of herself for providing nothing but a negative experience at Staples.

Taylor Long: I came here for my TSA pre check appointment. After the machine wouldn’t work and waiting over 40 minutes, the lady said I could wait two hours for tech to fix the issue, or return another day after 2pm. I came back a few days later at 2pm and had to be considered a walk in. She took all the other appointments before me one after the next even people who came in way after I had been waiting. After 45 minutes I was finally able to get my TSA Precheck done.They need to have a better system for this. Not only that but she was incredibly unpleasant. I would not recommend going to Staples for your TSA appointments.

Valentina Carpinelli: It's not the first time I need the printing service, the ladies who are in the printing service are rude, they don't make an effort to help, and they even make faces that they are not happy to help you, I felt like begging for friendly service . And still whispering about you in front of you, totally unethical and unprofessional. The only one who really does a wonderful job is Leah, she would work exemplary. I noticed in other reviews that many people have the same complaints, and I still have to hear from the manager, I'm sorry she's not having a good day, too much service. This happened twice in one month. I think it's time for some customer service training. I will definitely never come back, I literally felt humiliated.

The shredder I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf even though the website said they had 3 so Sean looked up the store stock, went hunting for me and not only did he find it he had it waiting for me at the register. Constance Smith: The one star is not directly related to staples as the front counter cashiers were very friendly and eager to help, my issue was with the print and copy management. I utilize a third-party service that I pay for opposite staples. On this particular visit, no one in the department had a working knowledge of the service. I find that to be a quality control issue w upper and middle management. Why is it that only management is familiar with postal services?

Mital Desai: Never really go to staples unless I need something printed. Every single time I go there the ladies working at the printing/copy center are absolutely miserable, unfriendly and rude. They don’t make eye contact when talking to you. They don’t say hi, thank you, please or bye. Wish management would review their performance and take action.

SarcastiKat: Ive never experienced such rudeness as I have today. A simple "no ma'am I can't help you" would've been enough. But instead the lady in HR chewed me out like I'm some sort of garbage. I was polite as can be and after she slammed the phone she had me in tears.Im suffering from severe depression and this really hit me hard. I'll never call or associate with anyone there ever.I'm literally sobbing and shaking after she talked to me like that.
