Scott Stephenson: I had a part time "job" with them several years ago. After finishing training (unpaid), they would never call me for work, or cancel it at the last minute after I was already on the way.The few times I actually did work one day here or there for them, I was threatened at the end of my shift for a 5 o'clock shadow.Then when I got a better part time job that actually got me work, they tried to cancel my PPSB card because I had not worked enough to pay them back for it. They were not successful.It seemed that as soon as they knew I had taken another job, they started calling me with more work, because they knew I couldn't take it and would try to guilt me.Then finally they sent me a letter threatening legal action if I didn't send back their uniforms.I shipped them COD and they refused the shipment. I never went and got them when they returned, so who knows where they are now.

Emit Brown: Securitas employees that work at UPS Raleigh harass discriminate against certain employees. The work environment is stressful enough without having to deal with these people. Kevin the supervisor is especially useless and fosters this policy of harassment.

Jorgen Platner: If I could I would seriously give this outfit zero or negative stars. Where do I start? The starting pay is pretty decent however don't expect any raises anytime soon. The site I worked for; Securitas lost the contract (that happens quite often so, it's not to alarming) the site supervisor told us what was going on but, he wasn't privy to everything. The account manager Shane didn't even come out to address us to let us know if he would put us @ other sites or if we could stay and just sign w/the new company. Guards started calling him and he wouldn't even answer their calls. That's called piss poor management!!!

4runnergravy: Terrible place to get a job. HR doesn't care about its employees. They lose more contracts than they can keep. So once they lose a contract it takes them months to find you another site to work at. The one manager (Perry Hildebrand) will lie to you about everything. He is unorganized. Many sites hate him. One site even had it set up that the manager who controls the contract has to be notified if he is on site and wouldn't let him have access to most to all the building unlike the guards. This company has no idea how to do anything right. Don't even ask for overtime, you won't get it. Pay is crap.The will miss hours on your pay check, and it takes 2-8 weeks just to get that missing time added to your paycheck.

James Bledsoe: Horrible training and staffing. These people do not care about their employees at all. Please look elsewhere for work if you want a career to advance in. These people lie and are underhanded in nearly all the deals they conduct.

It was reassuring to have Josh and Andy present because there was a situation that could’ve gotten dicey when I went to get my loved one.They went talked me through the situation and talked to my loved one which they didn’t have to do and I am very thankful for their actions. Alexander Saba: Tried to book them 2 weeks in advance. Required my friend to keep calling them everyday for 2 weeks straight. He ended up going to a “meeting” where He was sent out of the room. He heard through the doors about how they needed to call me to inform him that there is nobody available. He waited 20 minutes on a couch when nobody else was there and had to knock the door, where the guy says “he hasn’t called you yet?” Apparently they did not put our information on the computer. Poorly ran business- very unreliable. Now we are without a security service 1 day before needed.

Employees here make up lies and get people fired . The instructor called me one morning and said I was know where to be found when a security officer was getting attacked by a random citizen. I knew from the start this was a lie that came from one of the employees that doesn’t like me for some reason. Also the instructor never gave me a call back so I can see if I can still work for this company they basically threw me to the side with no explanation to why I can’t work anymore.

Justin “Voyvoda”: If you are googling this company and looking for a job I simply would not apply, also if you are googling to see if they would be a good fit as a security service I would look elsewhere.For starters I worked for the company and was let go for "poor performance" while I was sick with the flu and was told I would be fired if I didn't show up to my shift.The company is more or less setup as a pyramid scheme, as being a security guard you are the bottom of the pyramid while armed security guards are a smidge above that but even then most of the employees stay hired for about 2-3 months.The contract you signed is will pretty much rob you blind unless you read all of it, along with him putting hidden fees in it, so when you decide to leave the company or be fired you end up making far less than minimum wage because of "fees" that you signed up for inside the contract. There are a few even worse things that have happened than that, for instance the person he was going through to get everyone "certified" so you could legally carry a weapon while doing security got in a legal bout a few years ago for illegally giving armed security license's.I was charged $430 for training which included 100 rounds and a pistol (which is rented by you unless you own a pistol for $1.)In case you're curious about the price of getting that license it is 30 dollars almost everywhere else. Another big thing was I never received my license in the mail when I qualified and passed because it was all fake to begin with, which is terrifying as it's a felony to carry a pistol as a security guard and not be licensed which carries a hefty fine along with jail time.Now if you're here to see if they would be a good company to guard your assets I would highly suggest you look at any other company.The simple fact is the company is almost entirely a lie on security, the company does not hire experienced people, they will hire anyone off the streets that has a half decent legal record, I was hired as a no experience armed security guard and out of everyone I was hired with (was 12 of us) by the 3rd month only 3 of us were left.This company has got to be the biggest pyramid scheme I have ever seen, it is 100% not worth anyone's time to hire this company or to work for this company, they will try their absolute best to rob you blind either as a client or as an employer. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

Edna Quintana: I went to eat at McDonald's Restaurant number 14961, located at 4413 Capital Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27604, today, January 2, 2019, at 4:40 p.m., and I spent $7.45 for a meal and a young man by the name of Stanley, who said he is the manager therecalled Security on me for no reason and a big tall man with a uniform accompanied by a woman also with a black uniform entered the restaurant. The stood in front of my table showing me their backs and waited to talk to Stanley and then turned around and started to ask me questions to which I answered that I am still drinking my drink that I paid for for my meal. Tony Drake: Not only has Ms. Seville never been a client of Global One Protective Services, the alleged complaint occurred on an employees private time and not while performing duties for Global One. We take every complaints seriously, even if it comes from someone who has committed a crime on our properties and is unhappy about the outcome. Seville Suzette: My experience with this company has been a horrible one. And officer has publicly threatened via social media outlets me my fiancé and other colored people within my community. He admitted that he was a redneck and told us that while working with in the community that I live in the community in which he’s contracted to be working with through this company... That he can meet my fiancé and I and fight and that he carries a gun. I have made a complaint to the company and no one is reaching back out to me in regards to the matter. Myself and other businesses have started the legal process with this company to hold hem accountable and I also have pictures of the threats for anyone who would love to see.
