Austin Sprague: My phone sucks. It won't let me shut off auto rotate, and it randomly rotates to the side and sticks there even though I didn't turn mt phone on its side. The only way to get it to switch back is to go to lockscreen and start over. I turned off auto rotate, but it still does it. This is my 3rd Samsung smart phone and they have gotten worse with each purchase. I'm strongly considering purchasing an apple product, and I would strongly recommend the same to other people 😣

After trying multiple chargers we googled it and saw this was a known issue. On the first call we’re told it’s probably the charging port but it could charge wirelessly. We go out and buy a wireless charger and that does nothing. We call back to find out this is a known issue. Allowing the phone to die can in some cases crash the firmware and the phone is useless. We now have a $1,000 paper weight. We have to send the phone back, wait 5-10 business days to get it back and we’re told everything on it will be lost, including pictures and videos of our family vacation to Disney Word and our 2year old. This is completely ridiculous! Your last phones caught fire, the new ones are defective. Last year your washing machines were in the NBC Nightly News for blowing up and nearly killing people! What on Earth is next? Can you perfect ONE thing before trying to sell a million defect products.
