Gary Lackmann: ***UPDATE*** WARNING!!! While the service was excellent in delivering the soil, it turns out that it *poisoned* my garden. The "Black Garden Soil" I received is contaminated with aminopyralid from the manure they used, and now my garden is ruined... tomatoes, peppers, okra, all severely deformed. I am exploring options to detoxify the soil. Soil3 has, thus far, refused to give me a refund, but I am still trying. They sent me a link to a site that sells activated charcoal, which evidently other customers with toxic gardens have used with some success. I've been learning a lot about this, unfortunately, and it is quite depressing.I originally wrote: Efficient service and ahead-of-schedule delivery, Kitrail H. put the soil I ordered in the best spot, so that it doesn't block the driveway at all. Can we recycle the containers, I hope? Great product and service. Update: 5 stars for Kitrail H., zero stars for the soil.

Jeff Frye: I have been a residential customer of the Cary store for almost 10 years. I have never had a bad experience with either product quality or customer service. For technical guidance, Judson is always available and provides me the information I need. On the delivery side, Anthony takes extra care in ensuring he protects my yard and property. Both guys are extremely professional and a joy to work with.
Ed Baumann: I originally posted a review because of weeds in the sod I was delivered. I pulled that review because they attempted to make it right by giving our installer new rolls of sod. But two weeks since installation and we’ve got more Poa annua popping up as well as nutsedge. This is supposed to be premium sod but it’s far from it. I will not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to pay for weeds.

Alex Guichard: Super Sod’s expertise and the education they provide are the best. You can go in, tell them the kind and how much sf of grass you have abs they will give you full instructions on a lawn care plan, down to the settings for the fertilizer spreader. I’ll always buy my lawn care stuff from them!
Vernell Alston: I had a tree removed seven years ago in my front yard and was unable to get grass to grow in the spot of the removed tree. Last fall I purchased soil from Super Sod and seeded my yard with SOIL3 and Tall Fescue. This is picture shown in the foreground of that same spot this spring. My neighbors and I give a 5 star rating.
rob filosa: I wanna leave a review for Amanda Allen that has helped me out over and above Most likely more than her job description my issues with yardwork I needed done. She was on top of everything phone calls even emails she work diligently to fix my issues and could not have a better customer service representative helping me. She is an asset to your company and I would recommend super sod to my neighbors if everybody. had her work ethic your Business would grow tenfold. It was a pleasure working with her. I don’t know what store she worked in I was in the Triangle it could’ve been Cary She was on an 800 number, but she was diligent and got the job done.

Beverly Bell: During Feb 2023 Big Yellow Bag sale, KHargrove delivered 2 cubes, before unloading he discussed best access for the wide-wheeled forklift and cube placement. He thoughtfully navigated wet and/or ruled out tight areas on the property to avoid lawn damage. Unexpectedly, one of the cube lift straps broke and he knew exactly how to handle the situation.....whew, his know how resulted in spot-on cube placement!!Entire 360 Super-Sod experience was courteous and professional.
