Parin Bodiwala: My visit to Brixx pizza was worst experience ever.First of all, the table we were sitting on outside was not clean so we requested our server to get it cleaned and it was not cleaned even after asking twice, so, we had to ask another server to switch our tables. Now, my wife is allergic to mushrooms and so we requested without mushrooms pizza and to our surprise we got mushrooms on pizza. The server was apologetic and got us a replacement but both our pizzas were burnt till black and one of them tasted sour probably due to burnt tomatoes on top. Also, for appetizer we placed an order for Mac n Cheese and to our surprise, the server placed it on our table and left. We had to wait for 10 minutes to call him again to ask for silverware to eat that pasta. The Mac n cheese tasted okaish and didn't taste that well. The server hadn't placed any silverware/napkin on our table from the start. Refill for our drinks were taking so long; we had asked for a refill and cheque in the end but it took so slow that in the end we just paid and left. The only good thing was atmosphere as the place really gave good vibes.Edit 1: The owner followed up with me on this and was very much apologetic and listened to every detail and provided with a very satisfactory resolution. I am planning on going in again sometime soon to try it out again and will update my review per the same as I do believe mistakes happen and so will try them out again but I am really satisfied with the follow-up from the owner and so updated my review for the same.

Staci Hackney: It was our first time here and we really enjoyed our visit. We enjoyed our food-pizzas, macaroni and cheese and chocolate chip cookie dessert. Casey was our server. She was so nice as was the young man who brought our dessert. I asked to speak to the manager to give my compliments. His name was Greg and we had a nice conversation. Very friendly atmosphere. I can see going back!

God of poop: Pizza was straight up fire (wood fire (hahaha)). Charlie was my server and was very attentive and helpful for the entirety of my visit. He checked back every now and then to see if everything was ok and the food came out fast. If I ever am craving pizza in the future, I know where to go! Will be back another day 100%, get this man a raise STAT! 👍

Hassell Stacy: When you go on the website for Brixx Wood Fired Pizza on Bradford Green Square in Cary, NC, their vision statement says it all...."We Bring People Together". It goes on to say that they offer friends and families the opportunity to connect and create memories. That was so true for our group of family and friends! We hosted a "Welcome Party" for my son's wedding at Brixx and I can't say enough positive things about our experience! The owner, Tim Morley, and his manager personally saw to every detail. The space they set up was so pretty and inviting; the food was delicious, and the wait staff was friendly and efficient. They mean it when they say, "We know that the little things in life really are the big things"! Thank you, Tim, and all the staff at Brixx for helping us create lasting memories! Brett Thomas: Only 3 stars for food because I'm tired of being so limited on options for food. It'd be nice to expand your menu to what it was! I've been an avid brixx regular for over 2 years now. Why you thought it'd be a good idea to get rid of sandwiches/subs is beyond me. Whoever made this decision needs to reevaluate their position. Also the napkins in place of coasters at the bar is absolutely ridiculous! Have you ever had more than 1 drink used on the same napkin and see how messy it gets!?! Again, whoever thought this was a good idea needs to find a different line of work! Whoever is making these corporate decisions is ignorant, clueless, has no idea how bars work and clearly never worked in an actual restaurant. When your regulars leave to eat elsewhere because you have such a horrible selection in food. That's a problem! Stop trying to fix what's not broken.

Brittney Wendt: Great experience! The manager Lauren is doing a great job. The staff was punctual friendly and it is a very clean restaurant. It was well priced and I give 5 stars especially to Lauren because she was very professional and the great customer service is key in running a restaurant. We will definitely be visiting more frequently. If you have not been here you should try it out! Ian Stanton: It takes a lot for me to write a review - and this place - and more importantly their people - keep us coming back several times a month for pizza, beer, and wood-fired (not deep fried) wings. We've had Alyson as a server on the regular who has been who has been attentive, kind, and takes great care for not only us, but groups of us sometimes (with kids!)... and the kitchen, especially the past few months, has kicked it into an even better gear somehow with dine-in or takeout. Great beer list too for us parents :-)
