Hannah Flanagan: I contacted Travel Experts of Cary back in November as my husband and I were in the process of planning our Honeymoon for early 2022. I connected with Lilly and gave her all the preliminary information as well as types of trips we were interested in. A month and a half passes, allowing for holidays of course, but after months of chasing her and following up, we finally receive a proposal in early January. The proposal was more than $3000 over our initial budget and when I asked for a breakdown of cost to better understand what was included, thinking maybe it was all inclusive or included the cost of the planned activities, we were then told that this cost was only for travel and no activities or food and drink had been included. So for roughly a week long trip, we were looking at a cost of over double the budget we had set. When I explained that we simply could not afford to go that much above the budget we had given her, she then proceeded to tell us that we couldn't possibly find the type of trip we had described in our budget. Why was this conversation not brought up at the beginning of our interaction so we could have had our expectations managed and worked on finding another location that was more in our price range? I politely said we could not accept the proposal and she never offered to revisit the proposal or work on another option for us, she just simply stopped responding. So after a month and half, we had nothing to show and were even further from planning our dream trip. I am so incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care that I was shown and strongly recommend against using this agency for travel planning.

Elizabeth Richardson: Had family vacation scheduled to travel to Turks and Caicos. One week after booking we were notified by The Beach House Resort that they had been sold. The resort offered to accommodate us at sister resort for an additional $2000.00 charge. We had to informed travel agent. We were offered wine vouchers (this was a all inclusive resort). We paid for travel insurance which was of no help. We requested a refund for trip, flights, and insurance. Travel agent called us 4 weeks later to inform us the sister resort would give us a ocean view suite at no additional cost. By this time it was to late. Still waiting on Insurance refund and out $200.00 to change flights. Agent was not an advocate for us. Very disappointed in service.

Since then, they are under new ownership and I had fingers crossed that they would be just as good and they are! Barbara Beam helped to plan an important "Girl's Trip" for me and my friends to the Dominican Republic. We had such a wonderful and memorable time there! It took a long time to plan as we were quite indecisive at first. Barbara was patient and there for us every step of the way to make recommendations. She listened and asked questions to help narrow down exactly what we did (and did not) want. She nailed it! The entire trip (and planning) was seamless with her help. Throughout the planning, we never felt rushed and had all questions answered even up until the week we were leaving. We didn't have to really "think" too much on this holiday. All documents were given to us ahead of time, transportation was booked, and we felt very comfortable that we would be able to reach her during our trip at any point if needed.I will absolutely book trips with Barbara at Travel Experts of Cary again. Can't wait!

We had an extra person with us for just a few days, moved to several different locations and even flew out of a different airport. Progressive LawnCare: I called travel Experts of Cary in an effort to get information on a vacation that I plan on booking. I gave the agent my information and phone number. She advised me that an "experienced agent" would call me back momentarily and help me. Four days later and I haven't heard a thing from these people. I have read several reviews indicating these people never call anyone back. What a joke, not sure how a business makes money when they wont call potential customers back!

My husband and I have relied on her to help us with several adventures, including our wedding, honeymoon, anniversary and a spring vacation.When we chose France as the destination wedding we wish to have we quickly realized that planning, booking and securing the feat was well beyond our understanding. When we approached Barbara she assured us that she would do everything she could to help us live out this dream. And she did. Every element she planned and set up came without any problems. From the plane flights, travel, car rentals, villas and tours, she was amazing. She planned a three week honeymoon from the coast of France thru the Loire Valley, Champagne wine region and ending in Paris. It could not have gone smoother or easier for us. With each villa we stayed the check in and time there went perfectly. Car rentals were taken care of without a problem, except for one instance when the rental agency messed up. We called Barbra and she had it straightened out immediately and we were back on our way. Everything from start to finish went fabulously thanks to Barbara's efforts.Given the success we had with Barbara and Travel Experts of Cary we did not hesitate to contact her when we decided on an anniversary adventure. We went to Barbara with ideas and she mapped out everything for us so that we might decide. She even planned out a destination we wished for but didn't believe would have time to get everything in place. Barbara took care of it and we went to St. Martin for a wonderful anniversary week.When my husband and I wished to travel to historic Charleston SC with friends on a moments noticed, we knew to contact Barbara. She immediately handled everything perfectly. She knew us well enough to find things that we would enjoy. She was absolutely correct.She's helped us with many 'smaller' things, multiple times, just to keep the issue of getting things in order off our plate so that we might enjoy what we planned.With her expertise and leverage of the travel industry she's saved us money and has gotten us many extras during our adventures.We will not consider planning a getaway without Barbara

Evan promptly responded, even on a Friday night! Day of, Evan was at the site waiting for us earlier than start time. He walked us through some safety discussions, had vests for all of us adults and kids. Our jetski was clean and ready to go! We rented this for my mothers birthday, and she had a blast. The weather was perfect and I highly recommend 919 sports rentals.

It was fun and fast and overall a real treat. Evan was extremely personable. He did a drop off pick up service for me. The rental process was about 6 mins in total I rented literally the night before. He went over all the little details at drop off. I definitely recommend this sortof thing for a date night or if you just feel like you want to make a splash.. We will for sure do this again. Sean Smith: The experience was just that: an experience! I surprised my gf for a quick 2 hour joyride in the Slingshot. Meeting with Evan was easy, he was readily snd easily accessible for questions and updates. The ride itself started off a little choppy (it was a slightly wet morning), but once I got used to how it handles, we had a great time. It even handled well on the highway. All eyes were on us! I'd absolutely do it again!

The staff answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable; I really liked the super nice gold one with loud speakers (a nice touch) and the acceleration on it was awesome. We will definitely be coming back after the next record quarter.

We went to Jordan lake and the jet ski was ready to go, it was one of the fastest sea doo 's out there. after we ran through the safety briefings we absolutely tore it up on the lake and went super fast. i was honestly surprised, it felt like we were on a rocket. after we were done the staff were waiting in the same place we started and they took care of everything. i highly recommend choosing 919sr because of the availability, great service, and affordable pricing compared to the other options.
