Tim Orr (Tim Orr): Be wary of ordering a bike online. I tried buying one here that was advertised as free shipping all the way up through getting a shipping confirmation. Then they called my after shipping was confirmed to say they messed up and I had to pay. They gave me an ultimatum to pay shipping or get a refund with no option to negotiate. Their staff was patronizing and explained that the information of their shipping was on their website.If there is contradictory information in two different places on your site, that does not place an obligation on the customer to (a) scour the entire site looking for those contradictions after they find one answer or (b) assume that the contradiction should be resolved in favor of the seller (the one who made the mistake and is responsible for the confusion!).It may have been an honest mistake, but it felt like a scam to get extra money from after I was excited for my purchase. Very suspect.This was a big purchase for me and I had bought multiple other items in anticipation of getting the bike, which I now have to return or loose money on. It was a big hassle and was handled poorly by their management. In the end, I'm giving an two stars since they did issue the refund fairly quickly once I made a decision.Will not shop here again and will encourage others to avoid.

I feel guilty leaving a bad review, but I even overheard a lady making a bike fitting appointment or attempting to...very dismissive he told her to call in or book online. She sounded perplexed, she was standing in the store. I asked about wetsuits and I requested a specific brand to start, no one checked on us so I just pulled some myself. I can buy the same one online with free ship and a discount, but I like to buy local. We kinda showed ourselves out. We made a trip from an hour away specifically HERE bc of the historically good service. 👍 Disappointing and a real bummer.

I watched another customer being treated dismissively as well. I wanted to buy a bike, but if I am going to drop that kind of money it has to be with right people. Those were not the right people that day. I look forward to returning on a day that other sales people are there... three stars for the selection and what I have been told is the standard there... I hope to adjust it up next time I visit.

He told me that if I needed to return any items, I would not be able to do so unless I provide a phone number for their records. To clarify I asked: "So you're saying that if I bring the merchandise back to the store along with the original receipt, Bass Pro will not accept it unless I give you my phone number now?" He confirmed this and said "it's just procedure."

Dennis Baker: NO one answers their phone. Been trying to place an order since February 2023.
M R: Purchased silicone ties (shoelaces) and specifically said on package if not completely satisfied, will refund my money. Mailed in my Walmart receipt and attached a letter explaining the faulty silicone ties that did not work. Silicone ties are not for every shoe size as there is no way to adjust the tightness therefore my shoes would slip off when walking. Biggest complaint is the installation into tiny shoelace eyelets for my walking shoes!I have yet to see my "guaranteed" refund as stated on the package. It has been 2 months. Won''t be purchasing "INPLUS" PRODUCTS again. False advertising and faulty products? Disappointed and will let Walmart know as well.
Frank Brown: I ordered a pair of insoles that were a poor fit for me. It was more than difficult to find a means to return them. I contacted the company via USPS as their physical address was the only avenue I found to do so. After more searching, I found a phone number and spoke to a customer service rep. that was helpful with an email address. Forwarded requested paperwork and never heard back. An impressive website but customer service is non existent!

Mike Kohm: Placed an order in late May for Rocktape. The product was never delivered and the order status was awaiting fulfillment. Upon trying to contact the company through the Rocktape email contact page the email was rejected. Called and left a voicemail in Mid June, no reply. Called again on July 9th and spoke with a customer service rep and was told the original order "glitched" on the website, so no fulfillment. The customer service rep reordered the products on July 9th, still no products. Called again and spoke a rep and they could not find my account. Called back 2xs and left voicemails with the order numbers, no return call. Now on the account page it says the orders have been cancelled and yet my cc was charged. There is literally no customer service. I have taken Con ed courses from Rocktape which were excellent. Implus literally has no customer service and what customer service they do have is incompetent.
Amy Cathcart: Getting ahold of customer service is IMPOSSIBLE. I've left multiple emails and messages over the course of a month and a half and no one will get back to me. Last time I tried to call, I went straight to a full mailbox. I was overcharged and never received the items and can't get ahold of a single person for a refund.

I would have understood, but because they would not provide me a shipping label to return them and are making me pay for shipping twice for something I did not want I am annoyed. Not the safest to enter and exit onto the main road and into the facility. Staff and loaders are friendly and courteous so it has to be the organization and environment affecting the quality of service at this location.
