Ron Morrison: Great place to picnic and take your dog. From what I read they protect the water they are from any Industrial Waste so it's cleaner than most of the lakes of the area. I can also ride my dog loved it

Jen Gad: Totally love this State Park! We paid $60 for a year long parking permit. Definitely worth it, because otherwise the cost is $7 per day. Also, this annual parking permit works at Kerr Lake and Falls Lake. At Jordan Lake, there are many beaches to choose from, with opportunities for camping and fishing as well. People also grill and picnic throughout the recreation area. At Jordan Lake, there are 27,000+ acres of woods, recreation area/trails and the 13,000 acre lake!

Robert Avina: Was at B.everet dam today on 5/20/23 with my wife and grand daughter for a day of fishing and when we arrived the bearings on our boat trailer shattered didn't know what to do ( no jack ) John the park ranger or core employee went above and beyond to assist us he was a godsend can't say enough
Orion Pax: This was my third time camping here. Probably one of my favorite camping trips of all time. I have friends that I now camp with and we look forward to such adventurous every six weeks or so. So glad there's many more to come. The extra bonus is while this is wilderness for us to camp at, it is not so far away that my family does not have to miss any weekend appointments they have scheduled. (My son has martial arts and was able to attend. We left in just returned back to the campsite) if you are thinking of camping this is definitely the place!

Cheryl L. Conner: A hidden gem. Pristine lake system, with endless undeveloped shores. Options to beach, hike and boat. Staff at visitor center were super. Great exhibit at the Visitor Center as well. Will definitely return.

Xiaowen Cao: Terrible experience at this place. They lost my package and the response I received was “I don’t know what happened” after waiting for 15+ min. While waiting for the assistant looking for my package, I heard the lady next to me received responses like “there won’t be anything you can do; I don’t know; maybe it’s in California, I have no idea”. The attitude of working staff at this place is just terrible. I would avoid this place as far as I have another option!
Barbara King: The terrible service of the postal worker who lied and said I requested my package be held for me is outrageous! I waited all day for my package to be delivered. She never did!

Cameron Crawford: Scheduled appt for 2pm, I had it scheduled for about 5 weeks.Arrived at exactly 1:50pm (they said arrive 5-10min early) and knocked, no answer and no window in the door.I saw the paperwork next to the door and went ahead and filled it out.Knocked again (now it's about 155pm)No answer.Reluctantly I pushed the bell that had a big sign that said "PUSH ONLY ONCE!"No answer.At 2pm I knocked quite loud this time, and got an answer.The man opened the door, said you're late, and therefore I couldn't go thru with getting my passport.I pulled out my phone and said sir it's 2:01, I've been patiently standing here for 10min.His reply was "it's past 2pm. I take lunch from 1-2, and since you didn't arrive by 2, there's no possible way to get your application completed before my 2:15 appointment"I was shocked and amazed. Again, like pointing at the clock, my phone, my paperwork completed...and going "why is this even happening? I took off work, had it planned and came fully prepared""Well, you see, it clearly states you need to show up 5-10min beforehand. So now it's 2:05pm and I will miss my appointment with the next customer if I take you."We kinda went back and forth like that until about 2:10 when I said the obvious, that his 2:15 customer was also late so therefore he would not take them. And then I made a point that if he was on lunch until 2pm, it's impossible to be 10min early. I was, he just wouldn't open the door.It's really sickening my salary pays for that piece of garbage to do what he "does" which is clearly nothing.We went down the street to a walk in at a different usps location, got excellent customer service and I was in and out in 20mins....AND there was a family of 4 in front of me.I'll be leaving that usps a 5star review.Don't waste your time with an appt. If you do, make sure you're 10min early and don't pick the 2pm slot

France (the woman who helped me during my appointment) was so pleasant to work with and helpful from start to finish! Thank you, France! DeAnna Palazzolo: Twice I've had packages of live insects die because they were delivered to my house instead of being held at the post office. Both of which had bold stickers saying "LIVE INSECTS" which that alone means they shouldn't have left the post office, but the second package (I was reimbursed because the others died) says in two places "HOLD AT POST OFFICE".Not sure how to order insects to my house now as I can't trust them to be held at the post office and I don't want to pay for a PO box. If you have something that you need to stay at the post office for pickup good luck.

The postal officer was super polite, clear in communication, efficient and we got our work completed within 10 mts which included taking photo, application and documents verification, payment (including creation of money order). Definitely 5 stars

MARY HUNTER: They can never get mail hold correct. I always have to scramble to find a neighbor to go get my unscheduled delivered mail picked up. Why even offer if you can't get it right? Then you can't even get them to answer to get it corrected. I even called them to alert them to a mail hold instead of only doing it online. Very rude to me on the phone.
Moon Sol: The African American woman at the front desk is short with customers. I heard her tell a non native English speaker that she couldn’t understand what they were saying and she didn’t try to understand nor did she try to help them. She shooed them off and another woman had to take care of them. Absolute disgraceful. She is disrespectful and impatient. Even with me she was impatient. If you come here be prepared for an unpleasant interaction. She is miserable.
Dan Mulloy: They keep crossing our names off the mailbox, impacting our mail delivery and causing things to be redirected. Deeply annoying and completely unnecessary
Kathy Foresta: I live near this location and try my hardest to avoid any interaction with the women at the counter. They seem to loathe their jobs as well as all of the customers, and use any opportunity to degrade, belittle and generally make known that everyone is an inconvenience to them. Today, I overheard one of the ladies telling a non-native, English speaking gentleman that he was in America now because she couldn’t understand him. It’s a shame - everyone is short -staffed so I’m sure nothing will be done but if you hate interacting with the public, how about doing us all a favor and working in the back???
Lindsey Call: Place was super crowded, line out the door, but the two women working the front were patient and kind as they worked through everyone’s needs. And one gentleman (possibly named Tony?) was cracking jokes and helped me tape up my box when there wasn’t any tape to be found. Mailing stuff can be annoying, but they made it so much better.
