Michael Grant: Wife’s birthday dinner. All staff were fantastic and friendly. Food came out quickly. Not rushed and even got clever with the slice of cheesecake offered by restaurant. Picture below is of the togo slice of cheesecake that was brought to us already packed in our togo bag. They put a candle on a plate so she had a candle to blow out. So creative and fun. Waiter even told us a few jokes at the end of our night. Great staff.

T Neal: Very disappointed in our most recent, first time visit to this location. As we were eating a roach crawled across the table. Totally ruined our upscale dining experience. To make matters worse management only offered to move us to a different spot in the restaurant and a free dessert or drink. We politely declined and asked that our bill be comp'd. We ended up with a bill 50% of the original cost, but we should have not been charged anything. I have reached out to corporate with no response as of yet. We definitely will not be dining here again.

Kelley Harrell: The food is very good here, but it's not worth the price. The portions of sides are at least half the size they used to be. Our server rushed us to order; it wasn't relaxing at all. We had to ask for a few minutes three times. Once our food arrived, she vanished. The atmosphere was loud and bustling. Cheryl Ward: Yesterday was the first and last time I dined at Ruth’s Chris. The service was good but my steak was not. It was not cooked as I requested, it was salty and not very tender. I have gotten a tastier and tenderer steak at the Long Horn for much less money.

Melanie Lynch: Couldn’t get into Kanki for Fathers Day so we tried Kabuki and were VERY pleased! The service was great, our chef was hilarious and entertaining, and we were sat + served quickly. Only place for improvement was the quality of the food and beverage. I had the shrimp hibachi, which was good quality, but the noodles, oil, sauces, salad dressing, soup and dirty martini tasted like they were bought in bulk, if that makes sense…. Just not as good as I’ve tasted at other hibachi restaurants. I would still go back here over and over again.

Ryan Byrne: I would tell you about the food but we never got any. We were told it was a 90 minute wait then they called me at 7:30pm to tell me my table was ready. At 9pm they told us we would have to wait for another 30 minutes to an hour for our chef to arrive. Their offer to make it up to us was a free appetizer. A free effing appetizer. All parties at our table left and ate at The Shiny Diner around the corner. Tip: if it’s teppanyaki you want, drive to Greensboro and eat at Benihanas.

Jimmy Pulley: When you spend $175 for a meal you should not have to cut your lobster with a knife. The steak tasted like freezer burnt to the grill and to top that off a lot of gristle. Not near the quality I would expect. The short ribs were half fat and half meat. They need to seriously inspect what they serve. We did not finish the meal, just paid and left. I did not even want to enter the conversation with a manager due to the irate attitude I had. Never again.

Nichole Mullins: This is a fantastic restaurant! We had ribeye, and a filet and they were both delicious, especially with the garlic butter! The manger, Helen, came by our table and she was wonderful! She knew her restaurant well, was super kind, and had great ideas on menu suggestions, even for vegetarians! Our server, maybe Cayden was super sweet and patient, and wanted to make sure we had a great experience! Truly enjoyed the whole dinner and would suggest everyone dine here!

She also stated "if you decided to come back, you'll be charged next time, but since it's mother's day we want you to have a good time so, have the sauce".... My sister gave the sauce back. I didn't even get a chance to try eating at this place, because I attempted to call for an order pick up. My husband and I had been traveling all day and just wanted to order food and relax. When I called I was told they weren't doing any take out orders. This made no sense, since your open for business. Why can't the employees who are there provide take out? I ended up getting my take out from cracker barrel across the street from them, who had no problem with taking a take out order. If your open for business you should be able to provide take out.
