Tina Williams: I have had some mixed experiences with Bed Bath & Beyond. While their prices may be a bit higher compared to other stores, I have found some unique items that I couldn't find elsewhere. However, there have been instances where I encountered rude customer service representatives which left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, it's worth checking out for specific items, just be prepared for the occasional less-than-friendly encounter with their staff.

Patty Haley: Bed Bath & Beyond must think we are stupid. You all know we never shop there without a 20% off coupon. Shop now you can get a whopping 10% off. The only reason I shopped there today was I had returned a set of sheets that I couldn't find the receipt for. When I bought them they were $59.99 today they are $120.00 with 10% off!!!! So walked around trying to figure out how to spend my store credit because after tomorrow May 8th you store credit won't be any good.

Allison Kalloo: Insanely high prices! Literally hadn't set foot inside for YEARS, and wouldn't you know it... they STILL think entirely too much of their own merchandise (quality, uniqueness, appeal), the store aesthetics, and the overall customer experience as compared to Home Goods, for example-- not to mention our ability to source the same (or better) for far less on Amazon!! It's not special. Who shops here?! Are you insane?! No wonder their stores are reportedly closing.

D. Stauffer: Well stocked but everything is self service with one (1) employee at the register. Think I can do as well price wise by shopping on line at Amazon or Walmart. BB&B isn't the store they used to be.
Michael Henninger: Store is looking BARE. Be careful like items have different prices and difference can be significant. Customer service is RUDE. Manager Megan is rude, sarcastic and indifferent! BBBYdoes NOT honor the warranty on THEIR name brand products and they don't care. Corporate care is offshore and they read from a script plus they DO NOT get back to you about issues! Online survey link does not work. Prices have gotten much higher and are cheaper at many many other retailers. Used to be a great experience but it won't be long before they are gone, probable the best thing for customers!

Brian Willis: Nice over priced stuff. Feels good to be able to purchase a towel from here. Might go back for another or a matching hand towel or wash cloth.A wash cloth for some of the reviewers is what you are supposed to use to clean your body in the shower/bath. Do not use a soapy hand and use a separate wash cloth for your face. So two wash clothes are needed to clean your body. One for your face, the other for your body. All the way to the bottoms of your feet too. Smh.

Rose Brin: Needed to pick up a gift for my great granddaughter. The Kohl's Care was a perfect gift for her. She loved her Little Mermaid and the book that comes with it. Staff was extremely helpful and the store was immaculate. I had a great shopping experience.

Am Po: Always love to go to this place, not only close to my place but the people around the store are very kind and helpful. Every checkout was faster. Also they always have enough products that I want off course including clearance and aome good deals during the season. BJ wholesale, home depot target and best buy and most of rhe shopping stores within a half a mile range as well. Recommend visiting this store for your clothing needs, good stock all the time.

Prasad Mehta: Opened a new Kohl’s card which gave 35% off and I had additional coupon of 20% which was working after scanning the barcode. But staff working there were not ready to give it. They said it’s a system flaw and further discounts cannot be applied. Also, I purchased a suite and it was just wrapped in a plastic. No proper bags were given. Horrible service!!!Another thing I observed is all the items are overly priced and then they give huge discounts on that to make you feel good. But even after discounts, things seems to be pricey!This was my last visit to Kohl’s! Never going back.

Tony Schloss: Very nice store. Clean & well-tended, with plenty of staff. I was able to find what I wad looking for easily - shorts in the wintertime! And all the items I got were on sale. The checkout line - during prime Christmas shopping time - went very quickly; we waited less than 10 minutes, and the lines were actively managed by the staff to keep things moving. Great experience during a season I dread shopping!
