Olivia Huffman: Worst experience ever!! got there at 7:20pm and was told it would be a 45 min wait. I was only getting a spray tan that only takes around 10 minutes. Sat there for 2 HOURS and NEVER got to go back. They took 7 other people that had gotten there after me to get their tan. Eventually it got so late I just had to leave but when I asked for my money back they refused. DONT RECOMMEND!!!
Ashley Shaw: Honestly, it all depends on who checks you in. One employee has “forgotten” to check me in twice now and is the only times I’ve seen her. I was put in line behind two people on two different occasions. However, the guy that works here is an incredible human being! He helped me to my car in the rain and even apologized for her “oversight” the first time.
Camila Mazariegos: VERY MISLEADING (recently updated better outcome)Signed up for their “No-commitment”membership that’s more expensive but.. hey, there’s no-commitment,right! BUT guess what…there IS a commitment. I explicitly wanted to tan for just one month and they knew that when I signed up. Low and behold I’m charged on the first of this month AGAIN. I knew there must be a misunderstanding so I go into the front desk to handle this in-person because apparently they will not let you do so over the phone and they won’t refund me the draft for a service I will not be receiving. Called corporate..it’s being “reviewed by management” both interactions were fine just feeling deceived by what I was sold…I’ll amend my review if I am charged fairly for the service provided otherwise a one-star review is generous for misleading and false advertisingThey reimbursed me for this month after about 3-5business days. All is well friends. I guess not being complacent and making some calls helps.I’ll be returning to this location for more tanning.

Bridget Biser: Been a customer for years. One employee must have talked to a customer for 40 mins while I was there. Yet the other employee had to deal with the line of 10 ppl or more cleaning beds. 4 ppl walked out. They didn't have a care in the world. If I wasn't up next, I would have walked out as well. Multi task.

Alexsandra Johnson: My daughter put money on my membership for a Christmas present to use the red light therapy. My membership ended dec 31. Today is Jan 24. Today I was told I cannot use the red light unless I purchase another membership, so my choice is to forfeit the money remaining or purchase a membership? So I opt to do a membership (I can't use the money in my acct, even tho the red light is for "credits") so we're processing and something goes wrong after doing everything including sliding my card. So the second time it's declined. She says she needs to get help but the guy was helping another customer and by this time there's a line. I didn't expect to be anything but in and out so I asked her just to back out of everything, I had somewhere else I needed to get to. My daughter was not told several things when she purchased thisCpl things were that I had to b an active member and that it required different glasses.I would have renewed in March/April like normal. I'll do the membership to finish up using the money in my acct but I'm very disappointed.Just looked at my bank acct and it was charged the $1 sign up fee???

lisa lupien: Kirby, Sam, and all of the ladies at the High House Road are amazing. You are greeted with a smile, professionalism, and some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They explain all of the packages that they offer along with the products and the tanning beds they use themselves. They don’t rush through the educational process of tanning, and this is why I drive over 20 minutes just to use this location. I highly recommend the Highhouse Road location.LisaService:Tanning
CM WH: The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. However, there is a major problem with the bathrooms. They are often not working for weeks at a time. The stench is nauseating and there is never a permanent solution. Toilet paper rolls are not replenished. Every time I ask about these problems, there’s a different answer. They say it’s from a neighboring restaurant, the management refuses to help them, and many other reasons why the bathrooms are not functional. At the front of the door, it clearly states that Sun Tan City takes cleanliness seriously. But I’m not so sure about that. When there is no working restroom, when the stench is sickening, when there is no soap or toilet paper, how conscientious can one really be? I’ve been a member for several years. Do better.July 2022PLEASE READ UPDATE AS OF JULY 2022. Update 7/22 Well, I’m disappointed to say that restrooms are back to the nauseating septic smell. One of the restrooms is not available which may be the source of the problem. As usual, the staff is friendly and accommodating, however, something needs to be done permanently regarding the septic system! It’s unhealthy to breathe that foul smell into customers’ bodies🤢.

It was really even with no dark spots around my nails or other areas that I feel a lot of tans tend to stick to and such a natural color! Highly recommend.

Toni Adkins: Yesterday, I decided to treat myself to a spray tan for an upcoming New Year's Eve holiday. Although familiar with tanning beds and the shower spray on tans; this was my first time having someone spray me. They received great reviews online, so I went with it. The consultant Elisabeth did a wonderful job showing me the options available and walked me through the entire process. Everything went smoothly and it didn't take very long. Laura did a great job explaining some of their products with health benefits. Here's a tip: If you go there to get a spray tan, be sure to go ahead and take off your shoes ASAP. I wore flip flops and had to run a few errands before getting home. They left tan lines on my feet. The good news: I'm not wearing open toe shoes tonight, Ha ha.

Misty Babson: I received an airbrush tan 2 days before I left for Florida and it was awesome. It was even and a beautiful color. I felt so much more confident in shorts and my swimsuit, as it was the beginning of April and I had not been able to be out in the natural sun for color. Neile’s directions for exfoliating a couple of days before and the after care is very important to get the most time out of your tan. I followed it all carefully and my color lasted almost the whole week. I bought the lotion from Neile to use days following my tan. I will definitely use GlowRayMe again. I've used her services twice now for wedding that I've been in and both times she's been super efficient, clean and really convenient! She came directly to me, set up her tent and equipment so the spray was contained and recommended the perfect level of bronze to give me a beautiful sun-kissed look.
