Matt Burnette: I have bought several racqets at stringers and always wanted to go there because it’s a local retail store. I won’t be going back. The older gentleman who is the owner “helped” me today. I already have a Racquet that I have played with for a couple of years and just wanted to try something different. He was questioning me on why I wanted a new racquet and that he didn’t have any demos that were the size grip I needed. He was just pretty rude. I finally just took my racquet and told him I would just come back some other time. That however was a lie - I will not go back to the store. It’s a shame because it’s a local place and I always try to support that. But I won’t be treated like I’m a nuisance.

James Brown: Walked in to the store, no one else in there. Manager couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge a potential client had entered for service. Think more than twice before giving Stringers Tennis your money. Rude, appalling!
Patrick Miller: The older guy seems annoyed when we ask questions. Also I went there to get my racket restrung and I simply forgot to come get it and it’s been there for a month and they didn’t notify me once that it was there. I am going to get it tomorrow. When I wa son the phone with the older guy, he was annoyed with me for some reason.

Dianna Stavros: I called Wednesday evening to find out hours and was told 10 for opening on Thursdays. I arrived at 10:05 and the store was dark and locked. Not good business.
Jonathan Frye: The older man working there seemed annoyed when I asked the difference between some similar racquets. He was condescending and replied by re-stating the subtitles for each. "This is a 'pure', the other isn't". In general, bad service and disinterested in customers. Will take all my future business and restrings to Brian's.

Johnanna Munroe: Been shopping around for a tennis racquet as a gift for a loved one. The older man in the store greeted me and was very helpful finding the perfect racquet. He was short and to the point, as many other comments point out. But I appreciate that personality. And he knows what he is talking about. Will definitely continue giving them my business!
Ali: Went to buy 2 pairs of tennis shoes with an outsole durability guarantee for my daughter (one for tennis and one for outdoor basketball practice) and at least 2 tennis rackets, possibly the Wilson Clash 100 and the Babolat Pure Drive or Aero Drive. She liked both the Gel Resolution 8's as well as the Wilson Kaos. However, the older man selling the shoes was extremely rude, but only to us, not to customers of a different complexion.Younger man stringing tennis rackets was polite, courteous, and professional.Could have easily bought online, but decided to support local business and develop relationships. Would have easily spent $1000 on two pairs of tennis shoes and two rackets, and that's only for my daughter, include myself and my wife and thats at least 3 life long customers who will need shoes, rackets, attire, strings, etc., but after witnessing the demeanor of the older man for a good 20 minutes, decided to spend our money elsewhere.
Chris Foley: Jim and Tim always go above and beyond. They have been my go to for two years now. They do quality work that just can't be found anywhere else. Give these guys a chance and you won't go anywhere else.
