I certainly enjoy shopping at Dillard's. I always find what I'm looking for! Excellent value! This year's New Year's sale was fantastic, with 75% off. The UGG boots are incredibly lovely!!

Tiffany Bargeman (JustTiff): The ladies who work in the intimate apparel department of this store are SO helpful and attentive. They have a customer-focused attitude and don't mind spending time with you. They go back and forth bringing garments to the fitting room and helping you make sure they fit well. They are genuinely interested, and you don't get that much anymore these days.
tammy reinert: I have experience serve foot pain recently and went shopping for new tennis shoes. Desiree in the ladies footwear was excellent. I explained my situation and she went to work finding me shoes to try. Once I knew what shoe brand worked well, she went above and beyond to help me get a tennis shoe and Sandal. This was the best customer service I have experienced since pre Covid. Thank you Dillards for having such a Great Employee.
Polo Don Diggity: No coupons, no credit increases, no website price match to in store, no free shipping days, EVER, no ship to store options, and no one EVER answers customer service.
Owls See Everything LLC: Amazing staff. After a last minute fashion disaster, I had less than 2 hours to find a new dress, shoes, and undergarments. Every department had a very knowledgeable awesome staff member who made the experience so much better than anticipated. Thank you
