Jessica Vega: It’s an ok store. A lot of the stuff is all over the place and the service you get here is pretty hit or miss. I’ve had excellent visits, but during my most recent one I had a pretty rude cashier who didn’t even speak to me other than to tell me the total and to put my card in the machine. It seemed like I was an interruption to whatever else she was doing.

Brittni Sanborn: Every time I go to this place it’s always a cluster, wish there was another place to go to. Customer service sucks checking out always takes 30 minutes plus and the workers just seem like they don’t have a care in the world to help or be productive.
P James: They refused to take a credit card return without the credit card being present. Yes we had the receipt. The card used to purchase the items was from someone out of town. So it appears we are stuck with sorry items we can't use.

I picked my balloons and it took, maybe 10 minutes. Even the manager asked me if I was finding everything okay. My wife was super happy with hers balloons. Thanks again for excellent customer service.

It’s possible the goods are in the back in the store, but a lack of employees makes it difficult to unload the products. Honestly, it’s easier to order online. In-person shopping feels like a waste of time.

Ada Prudente: me and my boyfriend always come to this party city the employees are often rude. Today he was standing outside while his car was getting fixed. He had just got off work so he was in his work outfit ( obviously not clean ) waiting for me to pick him up, then someone approaches him threatening that the employees were going to call the cops if he didnt leave .. He was standing there less than 5 minute. They shouldn't assume since he is a poc that he was going to do something wrong when he was just standing there waiting for me. Do better party city !! Your employees could of left the whole situation alone and not have to threaten to call the cops for no reason! Not everyone in a work uniform is sketchy stop assuming!

I GET TO THE STORE ONLY TO BE TOLD SOMEONE ELSE PICKED MY ORDER UP BECAUSE THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH THE SAME LAST NAME AS ME .
Ravi Patel: All of the employees were very helpful with getting our gender reveal box ready! We showed up and handed our results to them, they worked very quickly and got us the box within 30 minutes. Destiny was the biggest help and made the day for us!

Emily: Horrible service and Customer service. I had bought my sweet sixteen balloon bouquet and I was told it was a two hour wait to get them inflated. Four hours later I personally had to call them to get a notification about my ballon order and I was told they were still not ready. I was heading for dinner already and I asked the employee if I could pick them up the next day. I arrive the morning of the next day and to my surprise my ballon’s were not properly done. Half of them at the register the other somewhere else. I was horrified and upset. As I talked with them about the situation they blamed it on me for not picking them up the day I had ordered them. Keep in mind I had warned them that I was not going to be able too. Then as they took there time to inflate the balloons they start talking about football and the most random things. I believe that was not the time to play around while a upset customer was their. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this in counter was just that horrible. Hopefully they can get it together but for now I rather buy my own helium tank and inflate my own balloons.

He never acknowledged me after I stood at the checkout waiting for several minutes. He didn’t tell me the total- simply held out his hand for payment. I don’t think he said a word to me.Today I came back hoping for a better experience. Instead there was one register open and 8 people in line. Other employees were watching the line back up but it was a good ten minutes before another register opened.

Prices are insane for what it is, but guess you can price gouge when you've cornered the market. But I still give them five stars bc of their service today.

stacia brown: I have never been to this location and *not* had an issue. No one acknowledges you at any point during your browsing. There’s always one or no cashiers, no matter how long the line is. It’s just been wildly unpleasant trying to patronize this store. Just left without the candles I stood in line for for nearly 10 minutes while the register area was unmanned and the two employees working at the balloon kiosk never bothered to either tell me I could ring up there or that someone would be with me shortly. Literally no customer service.

Caitlin Branham: The manager and the staff are awesome! I was in a bind and they didn’t have the size I needed. The manager was calling other locations to try to locate the product I needed. The store was very clean and organized. I will definitely be using them in the future. I was able to get everything I needed and the event I attended was a success. Costumes are good quality and fair priced. I HIGHLY recommend this location because of the manager and staff. I will be seeing them next year.

S I: There should have been things outside lit up like the mechanical things or whatever the fog the lights should have been entertaining to people as they go up instead it was dark in the parking lot and creepy as far as being attacked whatever but I'm just saying they needed to light it up to let people know it was a haunted house or costume place and I've seen more outside exhibit stuff for Lowe's and home Depot stuff and what they had in there really it was many a costume shop but it was okay for what it was worth

Phillip Solano: I really expected very little from the store since I hade never been. Expected a trashed and disorganized building. But I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super helpful and everything was right where they said. It was very organized and I actually had fun walking around the shop.

Madison Miller: Was there with a friend on 10/29, there are no fitting rooms at all. You are not allowed to open any costumes to even get an idea of the size. And there are no returns allowed. I understand that these policies are in place to avoid losing merchandise, but it is unreasonable to expect someone to spend $50+ on a costume that may not fit and is not returnable. Also, the employees were rude.

Video Epic Reviews: If you know what you’re looking for, you can find some really cool stuff here. However, be wary, as he is known to embellish/simply make up things in order to sell outright fake/prop antiques/surplus as authentic to unassuming customers as authentic.

Jacob: What a fun, unique store! I think people who comment on the character of Sid aren't really thinking about who the dude actually is. He's a unique personality, and says weird things because he thinks they're funny to say. You can tell he's not being serious. The lady working in the costume department is super sweet. We could've talked to her for hours about her life experience.A lot of people drive by this store, thinking "Hey, this place looks interesting, I should go here sometime!" - well, why don't you? I don't think I will EVER find another store quite like this one.

Michael Duggan: Walked in and asked the guy if he was Sid. He answered, " I hope so, I'm wearing his underwear". Knew right there I was in the right place. Kitchy ain't the word, eclectic ain't either. The place has its own smell too. Bring a flashlight. The stuff is everywhere. Floor to ceiling. Aisles throughout just kinda happen. Sid's doing it his way. Buy something and you'll always remember where it came from.
