The experience I had with them for my new custom designed ring was not only exciting but also very smooth while also being informative. Whit Haydon provided great insight to understand every little detail, without putting any pressure to make a purchase. Any time I reached out for an update or any questions, the responses were timely and addressed properly. Although I said I was not in a rush to receive the ring, it still came in earlier than the expected arrival date. I cannot thank Whit and his team at Haydon & Company enough!

Emily: Wonderful service and super lovely people! I was visiting the area for the holidays and noticed the main stone on my ring was coming loose. I went to a big box jewelry store and they said it would take $100 and 2 weeks to get it fixed. So I decided to look for more of a local place to see if they could do it any faster. We were in the store for maybe 15 minutes and they were able to fix it for no charge. They also gave me some advice on how to take care of it so it doesn’t come lose again. Super helpful and friendly! This is why local places are pretty much always better. Thank you Hayden & Company for your help!

Jason Huggins: Not going to lie, I usually hate buying my wife jewelry, which is why I'm so glad I went with these guys. No one blew sunshine up my rear or threw bs at me. I wish I'd found these guys when I was buying my wife's engagement and wedding rings, what a difference it would have made. Whit was amazing, and took the time to help me understand my what my options were and explain the process behind everything. It takes a lot for a vendor to earn my respect, and they did it in spades. Plus, it was pretty cool to buy my wife's Christmas present from a building wrapped like a giant present. They also create jewelry in-house and I'll be working with them after the new year to custom design a ring for our 10 year anniversary. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, totally unlike anything I've ever seen before.

Ashley: My experience at WT Jewelry was awesome. I was nervous as it was for a ring removal. They immediately put me at ease and the process was swift and professional. The shop is amazing and to be able to see the workshop where all the magic happens was a sincere delight. I'm looking forward to having my ring restored there and bringing them additional business in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Highly recommend.

I wasn't confident that I would be able to do it myself without breaking it due to it having a shell on it so I brought it on in to his shop to take a look at. There was already another customer there being helped, so Travis himself came out to help me and inquire about my needs so I showed him what I had. He assured me that he would try his best to restore it with the utmost care. Voila! He was able to restore its form and even polished and shined the ring for me. I offered to pay but he wouldn't let me. You just kind find service like this anymore!

I knew then that he would someday make my wedding ring.Fast forward quite a few years later, I have received the most beautiful engagement ring I could have imagined. The ring is wonderful reflection of my relationship. It is so unique, absolutely perfect.We met with Travis and Marika to design the ring. All I knew going in was that I wanted something special with a little bit of blue. Somehow from that, they walked us through the process and designed exactly what I wanted! For anyone considering a custom wedding ring, I can't recommend William Travis Jewelry enough. Travis is also very respectful of your budget (or so I've been told by my fiancé). My custom ring is absolutely perfect. I am so happy to have a one-of-a-kind ring. I cannot recommend William Travis enough.And aside from my engagement ring. His shop is just amazing. If nothing else, just walk through to enjoy the experience. Having lived in Europe as a child, his pieces remind me of a modern museum. He uses such a wide collection of metals and stones; I cannot justly describe the beauty.Thank you so much Travis!
Colleen McDowell: Excellent customer service and quality Jewlery. Helped to design an engagement ring with a very quick turn around time. The ring was designed beautifully and very well made. Marika met with us a few times and was always very helpful and available for questions. Owner was friendly as well, he walked out to introduce himself. Also had a number of pieces appraised. Will be back to have wedding bands and other pieces designed by them. We live about 45 minutes away but well worth the drive

Elizabeth Prioli: I had a watch looked at and was charged $30 for a new battery. The watch continued to malfunction. On a return visit, I was offered to have the watch shipped out to be looked at for a possible other problem which was going to cost more than the watch was worth.So, I took the watch to another jeweler, asking them to check the watch and saying it had just had a new battery installed-and could they find out what else might be wrong. The response was it needed a new battery! This new battery cost only $16 and the watch is working fine now.Apparently, William Travis jewelers didn’t replace the battery or gave me a faulty one. I feel I didn’t get good service and was overcharged to boot.

I’ve brought them favorite pieces for repair, appraisals for insurance, shopped for gifts and have they’ve exceeded my expectations at every turn. Plus, they have the a huge range of truly lovely designs to choose from. Everything from modern pieces to gorgeous classics. I’m a fan!

Rebecca Ames: I've never had a ring break before. Not even a cheap $15 ring from any old gift shop. Not once. I purchased this beautiful, elegant blue sapphire ring from William Travis Jewelers, it is seriously lovely and I was so excited about it. I was instantly in love. It has broken five times. FIVE. The first time, it was while I was calmly driving, I wasn't even tense. They repaired it for me, and I was thrilled to wear it to DPAC for a play. It broke again. They repaired it. The third time it broke, I was at a wedding. They repaired it. The fourth time, I was out on a date having dinner and this time one of the eleven blue sapphires fell out. I have to say that I just feel done. I don't want to keep bringing it in for repairs. I asked for an exchange or something so that I can wear this ring without having to bring it in for a repair, but no, they won't do anything other than repair it for me. I guess my beautiful, classic ring is just a paperweight now. I guess I can just look at it in the box. I sure do wish I could wear it though, it's seriously lovely.
