The Tile Shop: what do users think?
Patisha Manneh: Very nice tile selection. The showroom is beautiful, but most importantly the Sales staff are amazing. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently had my kitchen remodeled and now starting a bath remodel. I appreciate all the help in choosing the tile selections.
Edd Hughes: All your needs for your home and bathroom
James Conklin: Great selection
olman rose: Very nice place and a huge selection of tiles. The staff is very knowledgeable and no pressure selling. I enjoyed shopping there.
Coach Grace: Great selections and great service.
Katherine Skinner: The Tile Shop in Cary, North Carolina is excellent. In my house renovation, I needed an assortment of tiles for the kitchen, tiles to augment a custom backsplash/mural behind the cook top. and tiles for the bathroom. . The assistant manager, Ian, listened well to what I wanted and worked with me to get the different looks I wanted in the kitchen and bathroom. While I made many trips over there, every visit was extremely cordial and he worked to solve whatever tile problem popped up. In the end, my kitchen and bathroom look exquisite with the personal touch I wanted. Many thanks to The Tile Shop, the decorators, the tile installer and the general contractor -- all of whom worked to get me a splendid finished product.
Vinay Jain: Today was our second visit to the Cary store of The Tiles Shop. We had first visited the Raleigh store about 4 weeks back and had a very bad customer service experience. On my wife's request I came to the Cary store to look for tiles for our Bathroom remodel project. The vibes, the feel and the customer service of this store is simply outstanding. On both the occasions we were greeted with a smiling customer service rep and they give us 100% attention, guiding along the way on the tiles selection. Between our 2 visits, we met with Ian, Jessica and Shams. All three made us feel important by giving undivided attention to us. The store is very well lit and the bath models help us decide easily. The customer service reps are very skilled, qualified and knowledgeable. I describe this store as the "Apple store" of Tiles in RTP area.If you are looking to purchase tiles, make this store as your first stop and you will not regret making a trip.
stephanie sudano: Meredith at The Tile Shop in Cary is amazingly wonderful! From handling smallest details to learning my style and helping me find the perfect tiles!
Nan Alberti: Tile Shop give us excellent service. There was a problem with the order when delivered, they caught the problem and fixed it quickly.
John Williams: Great design ideas, but some of the material is a bit pricey
Lisa Mickys: We had a fantastic experience at the Tile Shop in Cary NC. We were fortunate to work with Ian. He was super knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with! He had amazing follow up with us, and we needed to contact him on several occasions. Beautiful store, and super professional and helpful assistance with Ian!! We look forward to working with him again Soon! The tile for the backsplash and floor are gorgeous! On a side note, our contractor was super impressed with Ian as well! Lisa Mickys
Steve Southwick: Friendly staff and great prices!
Alva Anthony: Enjoyed working with Ian, very good professional place to go for tile, will pay more but the tile quality is v good
Tara Harris: Kind of torn on this one because on one hand it's a nice store with lots of product and nice staff but we had to leave without being helped because there just wasn't enough help and they closed while we were waiting so we wasted a trip. So I would recommend making an appointment to ensure you will get the attention you need because I think I will be worth it.
David Ignacio Gutierrez: This place is awesome! Great selection and show room. But best of all was dealing with Jennifer Dominguez! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and had great customer service skills.Couldn't be happier with her service and final selection of tile.
H. Gutierrez: I loved their selection, and Jennifer was a great help!
Eric Smith: The widest selection of tile I have seen in one place. From $3 sqft to $99. Many demo areas for design ideas. It has convincinced me i want to go with woodgrain tile floors in my next house.
jerfi cicin: We had a great experience these last few months working with Ian Roz at the Tile shop in Cary. He was very helpful and so knowledgeable about all of the products through to installation. He made our complicated bathroom project a breeze.
Clarke Atkins: Attention: An honest, heartfelt positive evaluation of Tile Shop, Crossroads, Cary locationIt is my pleasure to strongly recommend The Tile Shop in Cary for your tile needs, for both indoor and outdoor application. They have a massive inventory of tiles and nice, knowledgeable and will take the time to assist the customer – something I found nowhere else, in high-end tile stores and in box stores. As a bachelor adding a screened in porch, I was more or less flummoxed by the decisions regarding tiles – type, durability, frost resistance, style, pattern and color. I spent lots of time on line, in the two large box home product stores and in 3 different tile stores in Cary and Raleigh. Jennifer and Justin (always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful) came to my rescue, educated me and helped me select a tile that met my needs, both in design and in suitability for an outside project. The Tile Shop has a user-friendly website with design ideas and a very handy tool whereby one can “try” different tiles and grout colors, room colors, and patterns of tile placement, in a very effective way. This saves a ton of time and headache, helping to narrow the search.Interestingly, the product we decided upon was only 50% of the cost of what I was considering at the box store. They supplied me all I needed for the project and promptly delivered all the materials and stacked them in my garage. I could not have been happier. As an aside, I needed to return a portion of my order. The return was happily accepted and my money promptly refunded, without question. Additionally, there was no restocking fee.I am taking the time to write this review because I was truly impressed and touched by the help and care that The Tile Shop provided me. If you are considering a tile project, I can whole-heartedly recommend that you start your journey there.
Ravy17: The staff were really helpful in getting us started on our tiling journey. There are tons of tiles to choose from and their showroom is beautiful.
Angie Brandt: Well-designed, well-lit store. Had some interesting tile options but definitely has mostly on-trend items and highly stylized mosaics. Some displays up too high and too heavy to see fully or pull down. If you are looking to replicate a photo from a magazine, this is your place. If you want more character and individuality with staying power, you will have to work hard to find it here.

Absolute Stone Corporation: what do users think?
David Allgood: Very Professional and responsive. We use Absolute Stone at DavidSon Home Crafters for all our counter top needs. Staff is very responsive and professional
Ray R: I had a kitchen countertop (granite) installed after installing new cabinets. In order to get the countertop with the sinks installed, they decided they needed to start cutting on my new cabinets inside. Also, they moved the dishwasher out and upon reinstalling it cut some more on my space around the dishwasher and just jammed it back into the hole. I had to pay someone $350 to redo the trim around the dishwasher so it could be installed properly. They seem to do only very simple projects without much complaining. Now my countertop has separated from the backsplash.
Lori Miller: Was not the best experience. The piece of granite I had picked out was totally different once seen on a slab. Had to start over. They tried to give me one piece of quartz in my kitchen that had small potholes and pattern was off. Which was odd because it is quartz! It took many phone calls and visits from different “managers” to get a new piece. They were not the friendliest visitors and tried to convince me it wasn’t that bad. Poor customer service once installed for sure.
Trista Swing: Had a great experience with Absolute Stone. They replaced our kitchen sink. Leo, the service manager was helpful and quick to respond to emails and get me on the schedule (which didn’t take months). They contract plumbers for their projects, so I didn’t have to find a plumber to come reconnect the pipes. Very pleased!
Lena Shemiakina: We just had a small vanity counter installed this morning and can't be happier! This is the third project we've done with Absolute Stone in the past year and had a good experience overall. What makes this moat recent project so special is how well the veining ended up being spread across the counter. You can see in the attached photo that we have a small half-bath vanity. We risked by selecting Michelangelo quartz because of its dramatic veining, which could look strange on such a small surface. We could potentially end up with a completely white counter and a small splash of that dark veining on one side. But whoever cut this stone for us did an outstanding job at choosing the perfect piece of stone for the veining to be spread well. We're so happy! As I mentioned, this isn't our first project with Absolute. Earlier this year we ordered another quartz vanity counter for the guest bath and a bench top for the master shower. Both of the previous projects went well.It was convenient that Absolute had a good size showroom in Cary, their staff was responsive throughout all projects and we had zero issues with the installation. Selection of stone is sufficient (not too large but enough to find something you like). All in all we are happy with our experience and totally overjoyed with how the most recent vanity turned out.
Tom McSweeney: When you first walk in, you see they have a huge selection of granite, marble and quartz! But, as it turns out, they had very few that went well with the tile colors we chose previously. Gabi narrowed the search quickly, and directed us to a beautiful piece that they had in the showroom, installed on a white kitchen cabinet, similar to what will be in our bathroom. Then she brought us outside to the slab yard, so we could see it in natural light. Select the edge, the sinks, and we were done.
Suzanne Evans: Receptionist was curt and unfriendly! Basically in some respects ignored us. There were two sales women talking and did not even speak as we walked thru their showroom. There were no other customers in the showroom!Needless to say, we left!!!!
Paula Drew-Estes: The business is totally lacking in customer service. The company is only interested in making a sale. They fail to provide full disclosure of their products and their products that were once quality are now inferior.I requested a quality granite and received a sub par stone. In addition I asked for rounded edges instead I got sharpe corners.Last but not least they installers tore a hole in my wall and cut a water line in a kitchen that had just completed renovations. The manager for the project acted as if he were doing me a favor by having it repaired.I would not recommend this company to anyone,
COYOTE RED: Bueno
Rob Anderson: Absolute trash. My initial exchange with the sales rep was positive, but I started to get a bad feeling when she said the template team needed to come out for a second time. After tons of back and forth with her, and her going back and forth with the crew and her own boss, they still didn't seem to understand my kitchen sink replacement project (the simple fact that the countertop has to go in before a drop-in sink can be *dropped in*). They ended up bailing on the countertop replacement two days before they were supposed to come out. It ended up being about a month later that I could get the plumber and a different countertop specialist to come out, which was a pain, to say the least.
Cathy Hughes: Be careful of their "estimates". Unsure if this is a business practice or if we had a rookie sales person. Being on a tight reno budget, we provided photos and measurements and then had my realtor measure again. Each time working with the Absolute sales person. Although measurements remained the same even through Absolute's template process, they increased the price by $600. Then they charged us an unexpected $150 for metal supports that earlier they indicated were included for a total $750 increase from the estimate. They did give us a $350 credit, but it did leave us feeling that they do not disclose all fees and use the template process to increase their price. The countertops are due to be installed later this week. Here's hoping their installation process is better than their business practices.
Ann Kirby: They attached my kitchen sink under quartz countertops. A month later I found 3 small wholes in the sink. When counter tops were 1st installed they had cut & pieced together the top with the pattern not matching. They fixed that.
Rebecca R: We hired Absolute Stone to work on a small project in our kitchen. The technician did a great job and offered good tips on upkeep. I highly recommend Absolute Stone Corporation.
Steve Wells: I wanted to get this out there now. Tracey was amazingly patient and thoughtful working with us and walking through our options. We were able to take our time and see different slabs and remnants. We ended up picking something that looks amazing in our kitchen and master bathroom, because she was so helpful during the process. The install went very well. There was one question that I needed to answer during the install, and the crew patiently waited for me to get out of a meeting to come and look at it before installing. It was great to have a company committed to doing everything right from the planning phase right down to the installation. They took their time and leveled every section of our island.Overall, we spent a lot of money on the countertops, because of what we wanted. Absolute Stone nailed it with quality and service all the way through. Bottom line is that you pay for what you get, and what we got was quality material, guidance and an installation with thorough attention to detail.
guillermo maldonado: Good place to see the next piece on you home. A big showroom. Need more info please contact to me.
Dixon: If you are going to drive around like an aggressive angry teenager, maybe don't do it in your company truck.
Nate Campbell: Absolute Stone is great! When I walked in, I was greeted by Tracey Fuller (HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH HER) and she was very warm and welcoming. Tracey walked us around the BEAUTIFUL showroom and even showed us options that could be ordered. With her help we were able to make a decision. There are many places around here to purchase stone, but I am all about the overall experience. It's because of my experience, here at Absolute Stone in Cary, why I am writing this review. Go see Tracey Fuller at Absolute Stone in Cary and you will understand why :)
Janet Joines: Absolute Stone is the best in the area. Elizabeth took a long time helping me decide which slab would work best for my kitchen. She was attentive to my needs as well as my taste. Template was done with perfection and installation was a breeze. The countertops are absolutely beautiful. This is my second countertop experience with Absolute. They helped me many years ago and I highly recommend them for any project or any size.
Liz Lehrer: Amazing every step of the way. Stephanie made the selection process super easy, great communication. Zero pressure sales process. Purchased their sink/drain hardware, found our own faucet, and used our own plumber. They sell popular styles of sinks and faucets, but are happy for you to find your own if they don't have what you're looking for. The template team was was wonderful and very professional. The installation team was amazing - you could tell they've done this a million times - nothing came up in our old house that they couldn't solve. VERY happy with our experience. Someone even called after to check to see how everything went (although he did emphatically tell me how hard our white quartz would be to keep clean - not quite the pep talk I had in mind the day after everything was already installed lol. But he recommended products and cleaners to use)Thank you!
Elle Elle: We had a very positive experience start to finish with our quartzite master bath countertop installation. It was an unusual design & Moses who did the template on site was very careful & precise so that when Edwin & his team came to install the top & two waterfall legs, it all came together perfectly! They went above & beyond for us! Julie was very kind & patient helping us at the showroom lot to place the template exactly as we wanted. Julie’s communication with our designer Michelle from Kitchen & Bath Galleries & the installation team was top notch. Bravo & thank you to all involved at Absolute Stone! We highly recommend your services.💐
Lisa Campbell: Absolute Stone installed quartz kitchen and bath countertops and did an amazing job! The kitchen and bath vanities are absolutely gorgeous! Stephanie did a great job helping us with the selection and details. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship were exceptional. The installation team were very skilled, professional, neat, and paid attention to the details (seam in kitchen countertop is virtually undetectable). Absolute Stone exceeded our expectations.

Florida Tile: what do users think?
Fredrick Powell: The selection was underwhelming, and the one person in the store seemed like she wasn’t terribly interested in helping us.
Michael Berry: The service is top notch and they have in-house design consultants to help you find just the right colors and tile.
Jenna Schirmer: I made an appointment for them to help me pick out tile and grout for my new shower. The tile was nice but they gave me the wrong type of grout which I didn’t find out until after my shower was done. I called them to ask if I needed to seal the grout and they said I used a grout not recommended for showers. I do not recommend.
Kevin Kovalchik: I visited the "Raleigh" location in Morrisville, NC and I was shocked to see all 5 employees maskless despite having a sign on the door saying they required masks. Needless to say, I did not stay long and they definitely lost a sale.
Katrina Brownlee: Great customer service
Abbey O: Krysta was very knowledgable and helpful over the phone verifying details of our tile order for our contractor. They have a wide selection in the store along with grout. I would suggest making an appointment ahead of time so that they know exactly what you're looking for.
Brandon Johnson: Great staff and very friendly customer service.
Alfredo Vargas: Nice place to buy Tile 👍
Kelly Nguyen: Krysta helped my daughter and I today. She’s very nice and knowledgeable.
Jose Rojas: I can not review the quality of the products, but the no-service received. I went to this store looking to buy tiles for my home. There were 5 people gathered around a table in the middle of the showroom (I assumed that some were customers and some were employees) working out some details. I wandered the store for about 10 minutes, and not once, an employee acknowledged my presence. Customer service is just as simple as saying "we are working an order with these clients right now, but let us know if you need something" OR just "we will be with you shortly". The store has a beautiful selection of tiles, but I will never going back to that store again.
Adele West: Nice showroom, excellent tile selection. The service is non existent. Sales people ignore you and when I went to collect the tile, the distribution center acts as if they are doing me a favor.
Caitlin Filipski: Jordan was knowledgeable and very helpful! Their selection is great and prices even better. Thank you all!
Miguel Alvarado: Muy bueno y cordiales
Aaron Betts: Using them for 25 years of setting tile great place for tile ....
Marc Reeves: B2B customer for 5+ years and spent thousands over that time as well as referring my tile customers there though few of them bought there. On one order for about $500 retail price they fail to get my materials in the time frame they gave me. To keep my tile job on schedule I had to acquire from another supplier who had materials in stock. Florida Tile manager calls me and tells me I should get all my materials from the other supplier from now on. Really? Shared this with the other supplier and they were not surprised and are happy to have my business.
Ty Mahar: POOR SERVICE - We just visited this "business" and we were highly disappointed. The signage on the door did read "store hours" followed by "appointments preferred" but with no other customers and several staff "available" no one acknowledged our presence. We browsed around for 20 minutes looking at several tile samples with no willing help. Can't imagine we will be back.
John S: As a professional I look for knowledge, service and product availability. They have all three
Justin Collier: Nice showroom but the service was non-existent. It did sat appointments preferably but no one was in the store. Poorly run.
Shane Bigler: No problems. Got what I needed and the staff was helpful. Not sure why the others had a bad experience.

Triangle Tile & Stone of NC: what do users think?
Lori Purcell: Prompt service
Saul Martinez: Crew in the back are not friendly, or helpful and have a sour attitude
Danica Thomas: Excellent service with a wide variety of fantastic samples to peruse.
Marianna Murray: Erica Pippen was fantasticSo easy to make a selection
Philip puccia: Sales person very professional and helpful
Melissa Dowland: We purchased tile after looking at examples in store and samples at home. The samples were not representative at all - actual tile was lighter in color and incredibly variable in both color and texture, including almost 1/5 of the tiles in each box that at first we thought were the result of some sort of flaw in manufacturing with stamped lines running through them looking like stripes that were completely unusable in our project. After examining all of the boxes and seeing that this was consistent, we talked to the store, who just said "Oh yeah, that tile is really variable. And we don't accept returns of open boxes, sorry." They should have told us that before we made the purchase! They also neglected to tell us that we needed matching caulk to finish the project, so I had to drive almost 90 minutes to and from the store in a major hurry to get it before our installer was finished - though they were helpful in making that happen quickly, which I why they get 2 stars.I'm very disappointed in their customer service in not properly representing their product with samples and in not ensuring we were well-prepared for installation with all the required materials. Though there are many great reviews for this company, I would caution you to make sure to verify that samples match actual tile, not to open all your tile boxes if some are unsatisfactory (they will not accept open box returns), and to ensure that you have all materials needed for installation.
Michael W.: Called twice to make an appointment. We couldn't do any of the times they gave us but told us they had plenty of appointments in the next morning. I called the next morning and was then told they didn't have anything till 2pm. We went to The Tile Shop in Raleigh off Glenwood where we were pleasantly helped and purchased. Didn't like the fact they seemed to qualify me yesterday before telling me they didn't have appointments... Asking me questions about how big my project was. Lost a $2,000 order.
Mia Lyons: My husband and I are building a new home so we were directed by the builder to meet with Erica. From beginning to end, Erica was amazing. She had a packed schedule, but had us squeezed in to suit our schedules (we wanted to get all our design appointments done on one day). She knew exactly what we needed, when she didn't have an answer right away (some cost info) she made sure to have it within minutes. After asking us some questions, observing what we were gravitating to and even our interactions as a couple not always agreeing, she pulled together options that we both were very happy and confident in. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We would be so lucky to work with you on any upgrades or changes we might have in future. I can't wait to come back to this review and add pictures of our work together!
Jane Sherman: Erica was a huge help and very patient through my many decisions. Thanks!!!
Orlando Washington: Triangle Tile employee unloaded freight quickly....Good Job....T-Force Freight
Teresa Edwards: Web site did not indicate an appointment was required. I drive an hour to shop I was turned away.
Jacob Jewell: Super frustrating experience trying to get a quote for a new backsplash. Employees not communicating with one another at all.
Steve Schmaus: Very helpful staff with great ideas.
JoAnn Favitta: I love this place for all my tile and stone needs. I have used the place for my kitchen and bathroom updates. They have a fantastic selection with lot of coordinating options. Example a bathroom floor and herringbone shower floor with the same materials for a fabulous look. The designers are great and are are extremely helpful. They really listen to your likes and dislikes and offer great solutions. The designers also create a tile plan with instructions and pictures for your installer. I highly recommend this place for their outstanding selection and designer help. Appointments are appreciated so call ahead and make yours.
Sue Weems: Riley was knowledgable and patient and helped us make some really good tile choices.
Nancy De Paz: Excellent selection and customer service. Riley was extremely helpful. She listened to what we were trying to accomplish with our backsplash and was able to steer us in the right direction. Tile arrived in the stated delivery window. Great experience and would use them again. Highly recommend.
Stephenie Joyner: We are so excited about our new tile floor on our screened porch! Riley did a great job helping us select beautiful tile for the room, and Jay Cashwell did a wonderful job installing the floor. What a pleasure to work with both of you! From start to finish, everything went extremely smoothly, and we are very pleased with the results. Thanks for doing such a great job!
Bill Johnson: How do these guys make money? Apparently, they to rip people off selling tile that one of their big installers refuses or can't install. So now I have cases of tile that I can't use.
Brian Castelli: Great selection. Friendly, helpful staff. Fair prices. Our favorite tile store in the Triangle.
mbn .hhomero bautista: The best ice cream 🍨🍦🍧
Carl Gee: jane treated me like a king.
