marque1313: I would drop in again to purchase cigars if I was in the area. They have a nice selection, and prices are what you would expect for the area. The lounge itself however, I would not return to.I have been to cigar lounges where the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and others that seemed rather tribal. The lounge at T of C seemed rather tribal imo.There were 2 people, plus the store attendant sitting in the lounge area. Upon entering, sitting down, etc, there was no conversation. I tried to start some casual talk among us, but the silence ensued, unless I initiated the conversation.I sat for about an hour or so, pretty much in silence. The only audible sign of life in the room coming from Fox News playing on the TV. ..And why you would have biased news channels such as Fox, CNN, etc, playing in a place where people just come to unwind is beyond me. Just perplexing honestly.In a nutshell, a rather strange and uncomfortable lounge experience.

Jessica Kennicott: This place is ridiculous. I went in and a pre teen was checking people out. AT A SMOKE SHOP! This place needs to be shut down because obviously they are already breaking laws with children selling tobacco and cbd products. Spend your money at a legal shop instead.

Anterious Williams: Worse tobacco shop in the area, I’ve been to this location multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s no use I’ve came multiple times to see a sign that says “ be back in 5 mins” I thought maybe their busy so I decided to wait ended up leaving after 30 mins. This has happened multiple times. The last time I came I was told I couldn’t enter the store until the worker finished her cigarette as I’m waiting I notice she lets a different customer inside while she is outside smoking but she told me I couldn’t go In until she was in there, mind you I’ve been here before and showed her my id on multiple occasions, and sometimes she didn’t even ask me I told her I had taken a photo of my id and could I use that since I didn’t have my hard copy of it on me she refused even though I’ve showed her my id multiple times even when she didnt ask but since I was interrupting her cigarette she told me she wouldn’t be able to sell to me, this isn’t my first incident with her she is extremely moody lazy and shouldn’t be working customer service

Tracy J: Terrible customer service. I have been a frequent shopper since moving to Cary a couple of years ago and the customer service has gotten terrible. Last week I purchased 5 vapes and yesterday when I opened one of them, vape juice was everywhere. I took it back to the store to simply exchange it and was told I had to come back when the guy was at work on Monday that sold me all my vapes...What in the world. I told him I will be out of town for school until Thursday and he was like oh well.....Clearly he saw the exact same product I was pointing to and I just wanted to exchange it. I spend $$$ at this store and shouldn't have to get the run around to get a working product. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For that experience alone, I don't recommend this shop unless you know exactly what you want so God forbid, you don't waste their time.

Lauren Thompson: I had called, early early this morning before the store opened, and was immediately taken care of! I had my questions answered and decided to drop by- I love that the store was open earlier than most vape shops! This was my first time coming by so I can’t recall the name of who helped me, but he actually listened to what specifics I was looking for in the juice I needed and took the time to make sure I found one right for me! Plus I didn’t feel pressured to buy a bunch of stuff at once like most shops try to do. I tried the liquid he recommended and have a new favorite liquid now 😁 hits smooth and tastes great, good quality products and service. I’ll definitely be back!

Katie Peterson: Bought glassware 3 weeks ago and on first cleaning, the down stem broke off and is trapped inside the piece. It also smelled like urine in portions of the shop when I was there… at least the girl who helped us was nice.

Cheryl Freda: Seriously? I have trouble believing these reviews are legit. They all make this place sound great with the large amount of inventory and “deals” they offer. But not one of the reviews mentions or even eludes to the lack of customer service. I’ve called 2 times and both times the call was forwarded to a mobile number with a promise to call me back. That did not happen. The second time actually visiting the store, the salesperson had no idea how the device I was interested in worked and was not familiar with very much she was selling. She actually called the manager (I’m guessing?) at another location and face-timed the question to him with the device in hand.
