There were numerous distractions and mult-tasking needs to attend to while he helped me with my job. He was amazing! I’m a teacher so I always appreciate when others show kindness, especially since we are so underpaid and undervalued for the work we do.

Sarah Frye: Had an appointment for TSA pre check. Workers seemed to not care that their only worker called in sick and we’re not proactively helpful with providing solutions to not being able to complete the task we signed up for. A suggestion to better customer service would be to call and inform individuals that they could no longer be helped or even provide suggestions on other locations/calling to see if other locations had walk in availability.

An older gentleman was waiting for service on the other side and was next to be helped. Michelle proceeded to ignore him and his ink cartridges. She asked me to come forward until I said he was next. He thought he could refill them. She was short and mean with him. He didn't understand the services available and she didn't explain. The lack of basic human kindness to this man was painful to watch and listen to. I'm angry with myself for not saying anything right away. Nobody would want their family member treated this way. There was no line, only me. It would have taken two minutes to kindly explain the recycle program to him. She ruined his and my morning and should be ashamed of herself for providing nothing but a negative experience at Staples.
Taylor Long: I came here for my TSA pre check appointment. After the machine wouldn’t work and waiting over 40 minutes, the lady said I could wait two hours for tech to fix the issue, or return another day after 2pm. I came back a few days later at 2pm and had to be considered a walk in. She took all the other appointments before me one after the next even people who came in way after I had been waiting. After 45 minutes I was finally able to get my TSA Precheck done.They need to have a better system for this. Not only that but she was incredibly unpleasant. I would not recommend going to Staples for your TSA appointments.

I noticed in other reviews that many people have the same complaints, and I still have to hear from the manager, I'm sorry she's not having a good day, too much service. This happened twice in one month. I think it's time for some customer service training. I will definitely never come back, I literally felt humiliated.

Constance Smith: The one star is not directly related to staples as the front counter cashiers were very friendly and eager to help, my issue was with the print and copy management. I utilize a third-party service that I pay for opposite staples. On this particular visit, no one in the department had a working knowledge of the service. I find that to be a quality control issue w upper and middle management. Why is it that only management is familiar with postal services?
Mital Desai: Never really go to staples unless I need something printed. Every single time I go there the ladies working at the printing/copy center are absolutely miserable, unfriendly and rude. They don’t make eye contact when talking to you. They don’t say hi, thank you, please or bye. Wish management would review their performance and take action.

Neal Kenny: I'm a repeat customer at Triangle Toner and Ink, so I have two experiences in the store and one product experience. Both were excellent, which is why I'm a repeat customer. Customer service at the store is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The first cartridge worked very well from the first print till the cartridge had to be replaced, one year later. The print proved to be dark (easily readable) and uniform on the page. The second cartridge installed easily and again the print is dark and easy to read. TT&I provides excellent value: the price is very good for a quality product. If you are a new customer note that although the store address is 'Six Forks Rd' the store is actually on 'Wake Forest Rd'. The store is located in the shopping center on the southwest corner of Falls of Neuse Rd and Six Forks Rd. The store itself faces Wake Forest Rd, behind Arby's.
